Easy Integrations and Drag-and-Drop Setup for Heavy Software Stacks
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for integrating big, heavy software stacks. The precanned library of integrations and drag and drop interface make it very easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to get existing actions to interact well with custom code, and can be frustrating that some field mapping and functionality is very rigid and not brilliantly documented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier lets us easily integrate salesforce, pandadoc, hubspot, sage and our document management systems. This has saved a huge amount of friction between tools and between departments.

What do you like best about the product?
The multi-step Zaps have completely eliminated manual data entry between our CRM and project management tools. Instead of spending 3 hours a week syncing leads, the automation handles it in seconds, ensuring no one falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price jumps significantly when moving to the Professional tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps us solve the problem of data silos. Before, our leads from Facebook lived in one place while our CRM was in another, so things were disconnected. Now everything syncs instantly. As a result, my sales team can respond to leads within 5 minutes instead of 5 hours, and that has directly increased our conversion rate.
Easy Automation That Saves Time and Integrates Smoothly
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that you don't need to be extremely tech-savvy to create automated workflows or to show others how to do the same. The automations made possible with Zapier have saved my team and me a lot of time. Integrating it with other applications such as MailChimp and Google Workspace has been quite simple as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area I can think of is when encountering errors in the workflow, which can sometimes be a little ambiguous or hard to narrow down. When integrating with Google Calendar and errors arise, even if it's not on Zapier's end, it can still be confusing to determine the exact issue. However, the retesting capabilities are very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility of so many automated workflows to save time and increase efficiency is amazing. When comparing the time it takes to create a workflow in Zapier versus the manual time required to actually do the work inside those workflows myself, Zapier takes the lead!
Effortless to Use—the Glue That Holds My Funnel Together
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. It's literally the glue that holds my whole funnel together and I never have to maintain it.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it does everything I need perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It connects my Stripe subscribers to my email list so when someone signs up for a membership account, they automatically get the welcome email sent to them without me having to do anything.
Zapier Makes Advanced Automations Easy with Powerful Integrations and AI
What do you like best about the product?
Zapiers ease of use platform helps me do advanced automation tasks easily. Their wide marketplace of integrations, helps me integrate all of our enterprise workflows with each other. From a performance perspective, is generally performant and gets the things done - also when jobs fail, it's clear and communicated. The AI features of the platform, helps me modify and shape quite advanced data easily using code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes API updates aren't communicated clearly, which makes automations break unintentionally.
Also - I don't get the concept of Line Items... Doing a simple no-code "for" loop seem so overly complicated, which I dislike massively.

Automation - getting things moved across platforms, and adding AI to the mix. Helps us save a bunch of time and headaches.

Can be a bit hard to configure complex automations (buried configs hard to find)

Zapier Is Straightforward and Keeps Getting Better with More Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Zapier straightforward to use. I have enough understanding of tech that I don't find the setup intimidating at all. And the documentation is good. Since I started using years ago, you've continually added applications that integrate, which is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I have found nothing I dislike. I supposed if you are not a technical person, even though this is "no-code", there could be an initial learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used it for many things. Most recently, I built a JotForm Volunteer Application and when an applicant submits, I update our database with their information and send automated emails to the correct hiring department.
Great for Automatic Lead Gen Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I use it to get automatic lead gen notifications, its great for that!
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to give their ai tool pretty good instructions, which is totally fair. So i use AI to build instructions quickly then paste those in and it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant lead gen notifications so my contractor partners can reach out to the leads immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to connect all the tools in our tech stack

Sometimes it's a little bit hard to understand if all of the connections are working, even despite the tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to make sure that all of our tools talk to one another and that our data is correct in real time.
