What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating workflows that allow me to connect apps in my business that normally don't work together seamlessly. It provides a go between that is accessible and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting set up was a little intimidating - I didn't know the keywords like "zap" but with a little looking around, it was straightforward to create my first workflow and connect the applications I was hoping to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is giving me an opportunity to message customers when they join my membership to keep them engaged and excited about my community - it also automatically sends emails in the background so I don't have to do this myself for every time a person signs up. It's great having systems working for me while I sleep!

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier integrates seamlessly with most major platforms. Chances are, if there is a software you use, there is a way to automate it using Zapier.
Now, with their AI implementation, it is even easier to create automation workflows efficiently and effectively. The user experience is fantastic, and it is priced fairly for what it does.
You can set up multiple integrations in one sitting, making onboarding a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be difficult to estimate how much you will use a specific flow. This could cause you to go over budget if you don't take careful consideration beforehand. This leaves you in a situation where either you break your workflow or expand your budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation saves time for the staff and me on menial tasks.

Powerful Automations, But UI, AI, and Support Need Major Improvements

What do you like best about the product?
I think that Zapier makes it easy to connect different products and services together in a detailed and complex manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the user interface and user experience is difficult to use. As someone who has tried to get it to work several different times, I find a hard time when connecting uncanny items together. The AI offering within Zapier is not very intelligent, and has led me down many rabbit holes. There was also no support and no onboarding for the service. Even an intro email leading me to product support guides or more instructions would have been helpful. I also found that the performance was not the strongest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Zapier to integrate between Klaviyo, Google and Shopify. It did not work as intended and I was forced to use a manual integration. Not all of the features that were claimed were included and this made me feel that the ROI and the price to continue to use Zapier was not justified.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zapier is how seamlessly it connects the different platforms we use across marketing, events, and operations without requiring technical development support. As Head of Marketing at AOK Events, automation is essential for keeping campaigns, lead management, reporting, and event workflows running efficiently. Zapier has allowed us to eliminate repetitive manual tasks, improve data accuracy between systems, and create faster internal processes. The platform is easy to set up, highly flexible, and integrates with a wide range of tools, making it incredibly valuable for scaling marketing operations efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Zapier is that more advanced automations can become difficult to manage and troubleshoot as workflows grow in complexity. While the platform is excellent for simple integrations, larger multi-step Zaps sometimes require significant testing and ongoing maintenance. Pricing can also increase quickly when managing high volumes of tasks across multiple departments. Additionally, occasional delays or failed automations can impact time-sensitive workflows, particularly when coordinating event registrations, lead routing, or campaign reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of disconnected systems and repetitive manual processes by allowing our tools and platforms to communicate automatically. At AOK Events, we use multiple systems across marketing, CRM, event management, email campaigns, and reporting, and Zapier helps streamline the flow of information between them without requiring constant manual input. This has significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced human error, and saved valuable time for the marketing team. Automating repetitive tasks like lead capture, follow-up workflows, reporting updates, and event registrations allows us to focus more on strategy, creativity, and delivering better experiences for clients and attendees.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of how simple it is to set up. Many softwares are very intimidating, however Zapier makes it easy to get your business needs address.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any dislikes. They do offer tiered plans at affordable prices, & again I enjoy the product throughly. Whenever I need to setup intake forms, I set up using Zapier each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is solving my problem for client intake data. Zapier makes it easy to collect data in very UI friendly data setup forms. It’s very intuitive, has tons of API integrators you can connect to. This benefits me by giving me a way to analyze customer data and see the insights that truly makes a difference

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier for workflow automation because it's easy to use. I've created a fully automated interview scheduling process with its help by integrating it with Google Workspace. I find it full of customization, which is really a game changer. At every step, there are multiple options to customize the workflow from scratch, and I can integrate with multiple applications with a single click. The bot in Zapier is super fine, making it easy to fetch and train from online details. Zapier is the easiest and most trusted option for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier can improve the cost to invite multiple folks from the market, specifically regarding the per seat price for enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
