What do you like best about the product?
Zapier enables our office to connect various services, which helps keep our systems running efficiently. What really works for us are the easy and straightforward 'Zaps' that operate multiple times each day, ensuring our workflow and communication stay on track. When I need to build a more complex solution, I find plenty of helpful resources from Zapier and its community, offering both inspiration and guidance on the simplest ways to implement new ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the shear amount of options and features make you feel like you are not using the service to it's fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: Connecting our lead intake and management by combining our website and two other services. Making communication and task management easier through their integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it incredibly easy to automate workflows without writing code. I love how quickly I can connect different tools and create automations that save hours each week. The interface is intuitive, the library of integrations is huge, and the reliability has been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced workflows can get expensive as you scale, and a few integrations don’t offer the full range of actions or triggers you’d expect. Debugging multi-step Zaps can also feel a bit tedious at times. But overall, the tradeoffs are worth it for the time saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me automate repetitive operational tasks, moving data between apps, triggering notifications, syncing customer information, and kicking off internal workflows. It removes manual work, reduces human error, and keeps everything running smoothly in the background so I can focus on higher-value work.

Zapier Automates Our Workflow—A True Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
Using Zapier to route our Typeform submissions into Google Sheets has honestly been a game changer for us. The biggest win is how it removes all the boring, repetitive admin work from the process. Instead of manually downloading CSVs or copying responses one by one (…which always ends with someone muttering “there has to be a better way”), Zapier just handles it behind the scenes.

What’s most helpful:

It automates the entire workflow so new Typeform responses appear instantly in our Google Sheet. No delays. No missed submissions. No “Oops, forgot to update the sheet again.”

It keeps everything organized in real time, which makes reporting and follow-ups way easier. You don’t have to hunt for data. It’s exactly where it should be.

It’s truly set-it-and-forget-it. Once the Zap is built, it just… works. Like a tiny digital assistant who never sleeps and never complains.

Upsides we’ve seen:

Huge time savings. What used to take minutes or hours each week now takes zero.

Less human error. No more typos or missed entries. Everything lands perfectly, every time.

Easy to customize. You can choose which fields go where, add filters, or build extra steps if your process grows.

Scales with you. If you need more automations or advanced logic later, Zapier can handle it.

Great for collaboration. Anyone on the team can view the synced data in Sheets without needing access to Typeform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some setups feel more complicated than they should be. The basics are easy, but the moment you need a multi-step workflow or conditional logic, it becomes a little “okay… where did that setting live again?”

Debugging can be clunky. When something breaks, it takes a minute to figure out why a Zap failed, and the error messages aren’t always crystal clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is solving one of our biggest operational headaches: getting Typeform data where it actually needs to go without anyone manually touching it. Before, we had to download CSVs, paste answers into our tracking sheet, double-check formatting, and hope we didn’t miss anything. It was slow, messy, and way too easy for things to slip through the cracks

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier keeps *most* of my tools talking to each other without any hassle. It’s easy to set up, works reliably, and saves me a ton of time on things I used to do manually. I like that I can fix or update a workflow quickly without needing a developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Zaps get long fast, especially when you need multi-step workflows. Debugging can also be a little confusing when something breaks, and a few integrations don’t have all the triggers or actions I wish they did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier moves data between most of the tools we use every day, like ads, CRM, donation platforms, messaging tools, etc. It cuts out a lot of repetitive tasks, prevents manual errors, and lets our small team automate things we wouldn’t have time to do ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the wide range of integrations available on Zapier. With over 7,000 integrations, it allows me to automate many different tasks. Zapier is ushering in a new era of automation by adding intelligence both within the automations themselves and in the process of creating them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have always wanted to self-host my automations and customize some of the API methods available for certain plugins. However, because of the limitations imposed by some plugins, it becomes challenging to fully optimize an automation flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use it to tackle real-life issues that would otherwise require a significant amount of my time due to repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy set up. Easy to map our forms back to GoHighLevel. reduces the amount of time to create workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the triggers don't connect and we have to back track to find where the disconnect is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces time by having workflows and triggers to our leads automated. We do not have to keep track of whether a lead got a touch point.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it simple to connect tools that would never speak to each other on their own. Once you understand how the pieces fit together, building and adjusting workflows becomes pretty smooth. It saves time for our team and keeps data moving where it needs to go without manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some setups take a bit of trial and error, especially when building more detailed flows. We have seen brief outages, though they usually resolve fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CRM does not offer a native way to bring in new leads, so Zapier fills that gap for us. It pulls lead data from other sources and sends it straight into the CRM in a consistent format. This keeps our sales process running without manual data entry and reduces the chance of errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to connect different apps and build automations to get different parts of my business connected. It's reliable and pretty low-maintenance once you get a zap/automation set up.

It connects with just about any app you can think of. It is also easy to resolve errors when they happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think I dislike is the interface can be a bit slow at times to use as far as loading up and working on zaps/functions. It's not terrible, but definitely noticeable compared to other websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allows me to connect my ads, leads, Google Sheets, and follow-up software together and also monitor how things are performing.

What do you like best about the product?
I can create complex automations for my clients without having to write code. I've been using it since 2018 and it has gotten better & better!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be tedious to use, but that has really improved with feature improvements! As a consultant, many of my clients use Zapier, so I wish it were easier to navigate between their accounts under my own credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to exceed my clients' expectations by implementing really cool custom automations for them using Zapier & whatever platforms they currently have in place. It is critical to my "toolbox" as a consultant & I almost always require my clients to use it! I truly wouldn't be able to succeed in my consulting work without it.
