What do you like best about the product?
The new AI features (copilot) are fire! It really cuts out 90% of the automation work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Priced very well and works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate a bunch of small tasks that only take 5 minutes each day and collectively saves hundreds of hours a year of work1

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier’s biggest strength is its reliability and how easy it is to build complex automations without writing code. The interface is extremely intuitive, the learning curve is minimal, and the platform offers one of the widest libraries of integrations available. In our organization, Zapier acts as the central engine that connects our CRM (Pipedrive), marketing tools, lead generation systems, and internal workflows. The speed at which automations run, the transparency in task history, and the overall stability make Zapier a critical part of our daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that when managing large-scale processes or very advanced logic, some automations require additional workarounds or custom scripting. Certain apps still lack instant triggers, which means some workflows rely on polling and can experience slight delays. Pricing can also increase quickly as task volume grows. However, none of these issues significantly affect the overall value of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps us eliminate manual administrative work across our sales and marketing processes. We use it to sync leads into Pipedrive, enrich contact information, trigger automated follow-ups, update deal stages, connect form submissions, and orchestrate notifications between teams. This has drastically reduced human error, improved response times, and increased the efficiency of our SDR and BDR workflows. Ultimately, Zapier enables us to scale operations without needing to hire additional staff for repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how it integrates with AI, making it easier to connect the different moving parts of my work.

Setting up the automations by yourself, without the help of AI, can be quite confusing.

This tool makes it much easier for me to automate my AI and have it work on my behalf. It simplifies the process, allowing me to manage tasks more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexible workflow automation that allows our marketing team to connect apps, automate tasks, and incorporate AI into workflows and systems. It has really helped improve efficiency on our team.

Sometimes the steps in the workflow automation can be complicated to deliver the exact trigger/process we're looking to achieve. But through trials and errors, along with their support team. It's often not a big issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier saves me hours — it’s basically my silent assistant keeping all my platforms talking to each other. The interface is clean and the logic feels intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
When something breaks, finding the root cause is like playing detective. And certain apps limit what Zapier can pull in, which can slow things down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier lets me offload all the tiny, tedious tasks that eat up time — creating folders, passing data between apps, and keeping my systems in sync. It basically turns a mess of disconnected tools into one smooth, automated process.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is amazing at connecting all your business software together. I can connect my business management, CRM, messaging, email and everything together. It truly makes my business automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier can be pricy at times, but for the time saved, it can be worth it. I don't like how additional features like Agents and Tables can cost quite a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping connect my website, CRM, contacts, gmail and everything together and is making my process much more autonomous.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly straight forward to set up and allows multiple platforms to talk to each other. This has streamlined our leads process 10x.

I don't have any dislikes as of now about Zapier.
