Effortless Automation and Outstanding Support with Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Zapier since 2017 and what I like best is how incredibly easy it is to set up even complex automation. You connect an app once, and Zapier handles the verification, authentication, and API details in the background. The interface is intuitive, and you can build workflows within minutes. Another major upside is the customer support. Even before the new AI Copilot existed, the Zapier support team consistently acted like a real co-pilot, fast responses, creative solutions, and detailed guidance for every edge case. Whether it was distributing leads evenly across team members or building multi-step workflows with operators and numbering logic, Zapier always had a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I actively dislike. The only limitation is when you work with extremely high-volume processes (100.000+ runs of one workflow). At that point, it may be worth considering a custom-built solution for a very simple, high-frequency automation. However, maintaining your own system also means constant development, monitoring, and fixing API changes, something Zapier handles automatically. Even this “downside” usually becomes an upside when you factor in reliability and maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps us automate a wide range of business processes that previously required manual work. We use it to automatically route customer inquiries to the right team members, manage webinar registrations, send data to dashboards, and trigger alerts when something goes wrong. It also cleans and validates data, synchronizes information across tools, and enriches support cases with contextual customer information pulled from other systems. This saves hours of manual work every week and ensures consistent, reliable processes across the organization.
Essential Automation Tool That Powers Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is great tool for automating processes and manual tasks. It's an integral part of our company workflow, helping us consolidate actions and information that happen in other platforms. Its robust features allow us to create automated actions allowing us to tie together activity that happens in Google, slack, and monday.com, just to name a few. We couldn't work without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier has been so helpful that I'm sometimes frustrated it can't do everything I want it to do. Often times the limitations are with third party app functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like any business, we use a variety of different platforms and apps. Zapier allows us to automated many of our manual processes - updating statuses, filtering, sending notifications... - as well as help us connect those processes together to centralized information which has been game-changing.
Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish, would recommend!

Flexible Task Management That Adapts to Our Needs
What do you like best about the product?
When the tasks reaches beyond our plan limit for the billing cycle they can resumed once the billing cycle is renewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain SaaS product integration is limited, like Amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us integrate two different platform which do have support for built in integration. For example Zoho Forms and Zoom, it is helping us pass the webinar registrations to Zoom thereby reducing our burden of manual registrations.
Easily one of the most robust automation platforms out on the market with countless integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The built in Zapier tools are awesome, especially since they don't count toward zap usage. The history and error logs are incredibly useful. The re-run feature has been a huge help as well when things go wrong. The customer service is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is higher than other similar tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating lead delivery to client CRMs, triggering AI agent workflows. This is helping us save a lot of time because we're not having to create apps from scratch to accomplish this as well as allow us to offer customers a wider array of our AI solutions since zapier makes it easier to integrate with their system
Seamless Integration with Multiple Apps
What do you like best about the product?
The great big integration with thousand apps
What do you dislike about the product?
the flow chart windows to edit the zap result too hard to understand at the first use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to import leads from advertising platforms and inject them into my CRM or in any case into my workflow.
Effortless Lead Management and Seamless Automation
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Zapier is how effortlessly it connects all my lead-generation workflows across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Instead of manually downloading spreadsheets or jumping between platforms, Zapier automates everything in the background—new leads show up exactly where I need them, fully organized and ready to work with. It saves me a ton of time, reduces human error, and keeps my campaigns running smoothly. It just makes the whole process feel seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zapier is that it has so many integrations that it can get a bit overwhelming at times. With so many options available, I sometimes feel a little lost trying to figure out which app or trigger is the right one to use. It’s powerful, but the sheer volume of choices can make the learning curve steeper than I’d like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me eliminate the manual work of handling leads from my advertising campaigns. Instead of downloading CSVs or checking each platform separately, Zapier automatically captures leads from Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads and sends them straight to the tools I use to follow up. This saves me a lot of time, keeps everything organized, and ensures I can respond to leads much faster. Overall, it makes my workflow more efficient and helps me avoid mistakes that come from doing everything by hand.
Effortless Web App Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to set up integrations of the web apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Outages happened sometimes, need to monitor and replay the zaps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to set up integrations which saves me a lot of time.
Automation Without Limits: Zapier Empowers and Simplifies My Technological Ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier became the invisible link that makes my entire tech ecosystem work in harmony. What I like most is its ability to integrate platforms without needing to write a single line of code, allowing non-technical teams to execute enterprise-class automations. Its flexibility is incredible: I can build complex workflows, scale processes, and centralize operations in minutes. In short, Zapier democratizes automation and gives me back invaluable hours each week to focus on the strategic... and to lead as I should.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least useful aspect of Zapier is that some advanced connectors are restricted to higher plans, which somewhat limits you when you want to scale certain automations without breaking the budget. In very large workflows, it can also become difficult to maintain if not organized with corporate discipline. Additionally, when platforms change their APIs, some Zaps may fail without prior notice. Nothing serious, but it does require governance and constant monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allowed us to eliminate manual tasks, operational frictions, and unnecessary dependencies between teams. Before, we had to move information between platforms manually; today everything flows automatically between CRM, forms, payment systems, marketing tools, and spreadsheets. This translates into fewer errors, faster response times, and scalable processes. In simple terms: Zapier became our iPaaS integration layer so that the operation works 24/7 without bottlenecks or rework.
Once it is setup properly, Zapier delivers the goods. Well done!
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has helped us connect various apps together, such as the Meta lead ads, EZTexting, and Mailchimp. Zapier is the bridge that connects apps together that otherwise would not communicate with each other. Once it is setup, Zapier actions run every day in some cases. Their customer support is very responsive and can help you work through potential functionality challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you log into Zapier, it always brings me to a page that says, “Unable to access Zap
You either don’t have permission to see this Zap or the Zap does not exist. Please try reloading the page or switching to a different account. Switch accounts”
I have to edit the url of the page I’m on in order to get to the home page of Zapier (https://zapier.com/app/home?conversationId=bc38f537-7998-4839-8a84-720ed0296edf). Ideally, I would just be brought to the home page instead of having to edit the url.
I have tried to click on the elements on the page that says “Unable to access Zap
You either don’t have permission to see this Zap or the Zap does not exist, etc” but the elements do not respond.
The integrations can take some time to set up, but once they are in place, they typically run like clockwork.

Zapier allows us to send an automated, immediate text message to our leads that come in via our paid ad campaigns. This is tremendous because text messages show up on the top of people’s phones, there is no default spam folder for text messages, and we establish a digital touchpoint with a lead. In not for Zapier, Meta lead ads and EZTexting would not communicate with each other.
