Effortless System Integration Made Simple with Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it incredibly easy to connect different systems. Even though I have a technical background, I find that setting up a zap is much faster for me than writing the actual API integration myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see better AI integrations with APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick api integrations
Easy Integrations and UI, looking forward to more advances automation options
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has an extensive list of integrations and the user interface is very easy to learn, even for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my main complaints is just the lack of multiple triggers and routing options for more complex automations. But for most automations, Zapier is pretty straightforward to use and great for business automations!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier for automated notifications, updating database records, document generation, etc.
AI Co-Pilot Makes Zap Creation Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The Ai co-pilot makes creating zaps super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't get me wrong, it is worth it, but the tasks get used up very quickly with complex zaps. In certain scenarios, it is not cost effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving automatically giving access to a private podcast feed for product subscribers from Shopify. It also removes them when they cancel their subscription, all while updating their status and activating email flows in Klaviyo.
User-Friendly Integration Tool with Cost Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zapier to be incredibly user-friendly with an intuitive user interface that makes it easy for anyone to navigate and use, regardless of their technical expertise. This intuitive design ensures that my team can focus more on building workflows without struggling with the software itself. Moreover, it's extremely reliable, consistently performing tasks as expected without unexpected hiccups. The setup process is also very straightforward, allowing me to log in and authorize access to various tools with ease. This simplicity in setup and operation saves me time and enables my team to integrate with other tools like Atio, Notion, Slack, Stripe, and Google Sheets seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free or low paid tiers were more cost effective for smaller organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to reduce manual data entry and enable team members to connect tools and build workflows without developer experience.
Integrations for dummies and amazing connections for everyone else.
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it possible for people like me, who have a basic understanding of how systems can connect but lack the technical skills to write integration scripts, to link complex systems with just a few clicks. Over the years, my customer support team and I have built hundreds of small integrations using Zapier, all without having to rely heavily on our engineering team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model is difficult for a smaller company like ours. We probably need about 3 ppl to have access to the system, but the pricing to move beyond a single user becomes a bit prohibitive. I wish it was less of a jump from one user to two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In both my current, and previous company, engineering resources were precious, and integrations were key to our success. The ability to create a lot of connections with disparate systems allowed us to be more sticky and create a better user experience for our customers, without a heavy lift from our engineering team.
Versatile Automation That Boosts Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Zapier as an attempt to automate my customer service communications for my arts venue rental business in Brooklyn. It is versatile, and so far the most capable platform I've found for doing things like generating human-like replies, checking the venue calendar, scanning the emails and populating variables, and executing sections of code.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not Zapier's fault, but my experience is that AI technology as a whole is not yet ready to replace the capabilities of a human being using a laptop. But we're getting closer, and Zapier is a good tool to seize some new low-hanging fruit of productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping me automate my customer service communications for my arts venue rental business in Brooklyn. Zapier is versatile, and so far the most capable platform I've found for doing things like generating human-like replies, checking the venue calendar, scanning the emails and populating variables, and executing sections of code.
Zapier is mostly reliable, very practical, and quietly powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
It’s become one of those tools I rely on quietly every day. It connects apps that normally don’t talk to each other, and once you set up a few automations, you feel the difference immediately. The learning curve is simple, and because it integrates with so many apps, you rarely hit a dead end. Even when I switch tools, Zapier usually bridges the gap, which brings a sense of stability to an ever-changing software setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost increases rapidly once you require more advanced workflows, and occasional silent failures do occur, which means important automations need a quick check periodically. It’s also not ideal for heavy logic or complex branching; once your workflow starts resembling a decision tree, you'll feel like you’re pushing Zapier beyond its intended capabilities. Still, the time it saves and the reduction in mental clutter make it worth the trade-offs for most day-to-day operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to move leads into spreadsheets, tag emails, back up files, ping Slack, update CRMs—basically all the small, repetitive tasks that add up.
Effortless Automation with Intuitive Design and Premium Features
What do you like best about the product?
Its features are great, It has a simple layout that anyone can use. You can pretty much get up and running with an automation in 10 minutes or less
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! I do wish its was a bit cheaper although that features you get are premium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting email addresses from campaigns for email senders.
Seamless App Integration and Effortless Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier connects seamlessly with all the apps I rely on to run my businesses. Thanks to this integration, I can create workflows that move data between various applications, allowing me to automate tasks that I would otherwise need to handle by hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up workflows can sometimes be challenging, especially when trying to achieve exactly what you want. However, the AI feature has made significant progress in addressing this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest advantage for me is being able to gather data from multiple sources and bring it all together in one place. After consolidating the information, I can use it to automate actions within various applications, such as scheduling meetings, sending out guides, or responding promptly to customers. Once the zap is set up, it runs continuously, handling these tasks around the clock so I don’t have to.
