The perfect tool for Citizen agent builders
What do you like best about the product?
It’s really easy to set up, and the templates make it simple for anyone on the team to get started. It also helps people move away from old, clunky processes and replace them with something cleaner. The integration is also solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a built-in way to discover or map existing processes. That would make it easier to spot what to automate next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For internal workflows, Zapier lets our teams build their own simple automations without needing a developer. Admins still get visibility, which keeps everything organized. When we need something more complex or customer-facing, we use other tools with stronger compliance and testing. That mix lets us move fast while still handling advanced use cases when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can automate tedious workflows. It saves me time while building my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it is great so far. Haven’t used it a lot yet to find any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with my email marketing automation, sending emails when a user signs up for my app. I will use it to build AI agents as I continue to build my business.
Effortless Workflow Automation Across Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier helps me connect my platforms to each other even when they do not integrate natively. This is huge for my team for being able to automate workflows across multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up Zaps can be complicated, and pinpointing exactly what in your steps may be causing a Zap to not execute properly can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite Zap that we currently use is one that sends a Slack notification to an agent when they get mentioned in an internal comment on a ticket in Zendesk. It helps make sure those tags are not missed.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up new accounts and the array of programs with native support
What do you dislike about the product?
The IP address it uses being hidden makes API issues harder to diagnose

It is currently automating the customer leads for us so we can help our clients sooner, it is also allowing us to automate agent messages

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier gives me the ability to easily connect two platforms that would not work together otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is not as intuitive as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is allowing me to put together reports from our adserver and combine it with information from Salesforce for our monthly reporting.

Zapier automates a lot of the rote day-to-day tasks that consume a fair bit of my time. For example, Zapier has streamlined the task and project management workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't disliked anything about Zapier.

I have multiple projects each with their own tasks that I'm trying to balance and manage. I have different tools that I use to manually manage projects and tasks. Unfortunately, orchestrating these tools is time consuming and difficult. Zapier helped me automate this orchestration.

The ability to connect tools across our entire tech stack enables us to work more efficiently and build workflows that would not be possible otherwise.

Some tools are still not available in the healthcare space.

There is little to dislike about zapier. It could be more helpful in helping me understand where zaps may be broken and opportunities for other connections and workflows with my systems.

Effortless Data Transfers, Incredibly Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's been extremely useful to move data from one of my apps to another. I'm not a super technical person but it was super easy to set up and utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I don't particularly like is that some tasks accidentally take a TON of zaps and I'd love to get told before I implement or if all of a sudden my zap amount increases drastically would love to get told as soon as the system realized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping move data across multiple different apps without needing to get my engineering team involved. It allows the rest of my team members to create stop gap solutions in order to solve problems until the engineering team has time to hard code it.
