Automates Lead Integration, Needs More Reliable Connectivity

  • May 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier for marketing lead integration, specifically for channels like Meta and LinkedIn to easily route lead generation forms from platform to CRM. It helps save time by automating the lead transfer from marketing channels into CRM, which previously required manual downloading, editing, and sending to our marketing operations team. Once Zapier was set up with the actual logic and workflow, it turned out to be a pretty simple setup. The return on investment is profound given the man hours it took to complete the work Zapier does in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the integrations get disabled for some reason, specifically with LinkedIn. Every thirty or sixty days or such, we see a break in the actual integration, and leads do not route into our CRM. I wish that wasn't the case and that Zaps did not need to be re enabled, this is specific to LinkedIn automation however. Performance wise this really kills our time to first touch rate, which is a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier for marketing lead integration, saving time by automating the process of routing lead generation forms from platforms like Meta and LinkedIn into our CRM, eliminating manual downloads and uploads. Zapier allows my team to quickly route on platform marketing leads to our CRM. Previously we had to manually upload these leads from the platform which was time consuming and hurt our lead to demo rate, and overall pipeline.

Zapier’s Integrations Make Automation Effortless

  • May 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many integrations Zapier has. It really feels like the OG of automation platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Zapier for 3 years now, have never had any problems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual copy-pasting work, and essentially making different software connect with each other.

For instance, we use it to connect forms with our CRM so that all leads drop into our CRM as soon as someone fills out a form. There are multiple other use cases like that as well.

Complex Automation, But Time-Saving for Backend Management

  • May 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are able to do things we would not be able to do without Zapier because some of our back-end products do not talk to each other natively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, I think it's a little bit hard to use. And unless you have a computer science type mind, it is a little bit hard to write the if-then connections for Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps us track things we couldn't otherwise and saves us time by connecting our services to alert us about sales on Teachable.

  • May 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zapier is its ability to connect with almost any other tool you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It charges you based on number of Zaps or actions taken which is extremely unaffordable and could've been a subscription model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us connect our data via our CRM to other platforms.

Intuitive Automations and Powerful Integrations That Save Us Tons of Time

  • May 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool that allows many different types of software to talk to each other. The integrations have allowed me to create many automations for my company, and all of these mini tasks/automations have added up to a lot of time savings.

I've experienced very few outages/slowdowns, even with my 15+ step zaps.

The UI is intuitive, but even if you're having issues, the support is great, and there are a lot of resources to learn from.

The monetary investment is definitely worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were even more integrations, but it may not be Zapier's issue, it may be the other software's issue due to a lack of a public API
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves repetitive, predictable tasks by allowing me to create/reuse automations for different scenarios.

Powerful Automation Without Coding Effort

  • May 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zapier is that it automates repetitive tasks across different tools without requiring any coding. For instance, I use it to connect CRM and marketing platforms so leads are automatically synced and follow-up workflows are triggered without manual effort.

The drag-and-drop workflow builder makes it straightforward to create, manage, and adjust automations (Zaps), which improves the overall UI/UX experience. Even basic setups can be completed quickly, and the onboarding process feels simple enough for beginners to follow.

In my day-to-day work, Zapier has significantly reduced manual effort and consistently saves me a few hours each week. That time savings translates into a solid return on investment (ROI), especially when I’m managing multiple workflows at once.

Another major strength is the wide range of integrations available. It’s flexible enough to connect different tools and keep workflows running smoothly across systems. Performance is generally reliable, and most automations run without issues.

One unexpected benefit I’ve noticed is better consistency in processes when multiple tools are involved, which helps reduce the chances of human error. Zapier is also adding AI-based features and suggestions, which could further improve automation efficiency.

Overall, it boosts productivity and saves time, although setting up more advanced automations can take some trial and error at first.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zapier is that while the interface is simple for basic use, it can become confusing when building more complex workflows. The UI/UX for advanced automations is not always intuitive, which increases the learning curve.

Performance can sometimes be an issue, especially when dealing with multiple Zaps or high task volumes, where delays or failed runs can affect workflows.

Pricing is another concern, as costs can increase quickly when scaling usage, which may impact ROI for smaller teams or businesses.

Although Zapier offers many integrations, some advanced use cases are limited or require workarounds, which adds extra steps to the process.

The onboarding is good for beginners, but for advanced setups, better documentation or guided support would help reduce setup time.

Also, while Zapier has started introducing AI features, they are still somewhat limited and could be expanded to provide smarter automation suggestions.

Overall, it is a powerful tool, but improving performance, pricing flexibility, and advanced usability would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Zapier, we were handling a lot of repetitive tasks manually, like transferring leads between tools, sending follow-ups, and updating data across platforms. This often led to delays, missed updates, and inconsistencies in workflows.

Zapier solved this by automating these processes and connecting different tools seamlessly. Now, leads are automatically synced between CRM and marketing platforms, and workflows trigger instantly without manual intervention.

As a result, we’ve significantly reduced manual work and improved process consistency. It saves us several hours each week and reduces the chances of human error.

It has also improved overall efficiency and team productivity, allowing us to focus more on strategic tasks instead of routine operations. From a cost and ROI perspective, the time saved and increased accuracy make it a valuable tool for scaling workflows.

Zapier Powers Our Digital Distribution with Seamless Automation

  • May 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is at the core of our distribution across all our digital platforms. It enables our website to “talk” to our CRM, automates our spreadsheets, populates reports, and triggers email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity. Zapier is a reliable sandbox tool with almost limitless possibilities, but that also means you should expect added complexity and a fairly long learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use multiple platforms for client meeting scheduling, marketing, data tracking and reporting, plus shared spreadsheets and databases. Zapier is the wizard that connects everything so these platforms can communicate with each other. It also powers up our other apps by extending beyond their limitations. With it, we automate internal processes for managing client profile data and communications, which helps keep everything consistent across tools.

  • May 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It helps automate things easily and is straightforward to integrate. Overall, the performance is good, although it does lag sometimes. My main downside is the price—it’s kind of expensive, to be honest.
What do you dislike about the product?
the pricing. it does perform subpar/ the user interface is messy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
connecting our google sheets to quickbooks.
