I'm basically a one-person shop, so anything that saves me time is ultimately helpful for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve could be a bit simpler to get started, and the AI isn't as useful as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having enough time in the day. Zapier takes some of the mundane tasks off my plate.
Zapier Makes Connecting Systems and Automating Data Transfers Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier provides a non-coding method of connecting disparate systems that I use regularly. It has replaced some manual, batch processes with an automatic way of moving files and data almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me there was larger learning curve when creating my first Zaps. It's not as intuitive and I'd like. Their new (beta) AI tools seems like it might help with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to move contact and project data from one CRM (Kiflo) to another (Hubspot). When a deal reaches a certain workflow stage in Kiflo, a corresponding deal is automatically created in Hubspot. It's saving me time and producing more accurate results.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it incredibly easy to connect apps and automate repetitive workflows without writing any code. The library of integrations is massive, and setting up multi-step Zaps is intuitive even for non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can escalate quickly as your task volume grows, which makes it harder to justify at scale. Error messages when a Zap fails can be vague, making debugging time-consuming. It would also be helpful to have more advanced logic and branching options built into the interface.

Zapier eliminates the need for manual data entry between tools by syncing information across our CRM, email, project management, and communication platforms automatically.

Can be cumbersome to add advanced function programming.

Centralizes My Workflow with an Expansive, Versatile API
What do you like best about the product?
It centralizes my workflow so I don't have to switch contexts constantly. The API is expansive and supports virtually every business and productivity service

Inability to export Zaps, there are some services that other similarly situated companies do have APIs for without naming names – and that can be frustrating because you start playing FOMO or having to buy yet another Zapier
