Simple, Flexible Automation with Tons of App Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zapier is its simplicity and flexibility. It allows me to automate complex workflows without needing any coding skills, and it integrates with a huge range of apps, making it super versatile for almost any task.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Zapier is the pricing structure, especially for higher-volume tasks. It can get pretty expensive as you scale up, and some features are limited to higher-tier plans. The learning curve for more advanced workflows can also be a bit steep at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of manual, repetitive tasks by automating workflows across different apps. It saves me time by syncing data between platforms, sending alerts, or creating tasks without needing constant input. This boosts productivity, reduces human error, and frees up time for more important work.
Wide App Support and Easy Integration

I appreciate the wide range of applications it supports, as well as how easy it is to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI isn’t very user-friendly to use. A simpler layout would be helpful and make it easier to navigate.

It helps connect multiple platforms with different functions and niches, integrating them seamlessly to enable smooth data transfer.
No-Code Zaps Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you don’t need to know how to code in order to create a simple Zap.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan has limited amount of connections, so you have to upgrade to a paid plan if you want to have the multi-step zaps for complex connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have manually enter data from from Wufoo form submissions onto TrackVia.
Set-and-Forget Automation That Keeps Us Notified of Every New Sale
What do you like best about the product?
Set and forget automation that helps us be notified of every new sale our team makes. Notifications get triggered on our end numerous times every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing—being the first product of its kind they became the gold standard, and the price shows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without having to look into our DB and other tools, using Zapier ties it all into one up-to-date stream of notifications important to our team.
Good software just pricey
What do you like best about the product?
It’s pretty easy to use, I don’t have a computer degree but I figured out how to use it via YT videos and connects my softwares together

It’s sucks that you have to pay based on how many zapes it uses, it gets expensive

Connecting my manychats to Kajabi to get email opts in without getting ppl off of IG, because ppl don’t trust websites

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to connect different apps that I use. My small business website routes new lead information to several different apps so I remain organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike. It can be expensive for power users but I do not need a ton of zaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to connect different apps. That may sound trivial but it is super helpful to be able to route information between platform, automate small tasks, etc.
Great for Automation and Instant Workflow Building with the Canvas Tool

Great to generate automation and love the canvas tool to implement new workflows immediately

Interfaces workflow is a bit tricky to work with

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has a really great free version. They also have a lot of platforms you can connect to, or you can easily find a workaround that works for the automation you are looking to create. I am not very tech-savvy, so an easy-to-navigate platform is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier meets all of my needs. I don't have any complaints about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently use Zapier for lead generation.

Was adaptable to almost anything we used at the time.

Sometimes the connected apps, eg Meta for Business was disconnected due to no reason.
