Outstanding Experience with This Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it allows me to build new workflows and features that are just interrelated products that are not possible natively. It's pretty easy to integrate between platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues with the support team when we were transferring our enterprise plan to a different plan and we had issues with account management and getting someone to help us with our problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a couple different use cases of Zapier one being like leaderboard system in webflow another is having CMS driven pages automatically export through cloud convert and give me auto-generated styled PDFs through every time I publish through webflow CMS and Another one is driving webflow form submissions to hub spot among other places
Effortless Syncing Without Coding Skills Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to sync information without needing a programmer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its not as intuitive as I would like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking my information and bringing into all other spaces automatically is incredibly helpful, as I am a staff of two people and the manual data entry would take forever!
Zapier Streamlines My Solo Workflow Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has made my workday much easier as a sole proprietor. Although my job involves a lot of administrative tasks, as a contractor, I only earn money for billable hours. By setting up Zapier with numerous integrations, I’ve managed to automate about 90% of my time-consuming, non-billable administrative work. Zapier goes to work for me every single day and at times I even forget that it is working - it's that seamless!
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Zapier required a significant amount of logical and conditional reasoning to set up automations effectively. I managed to create nearly all of my zaps on my own, despite having no prior experience with Zapier. However, I found the learning process to be unnecessarily complex and somewhat directionless. More comprehensive tutorials would have been extremely beneficial. At the moment, sub-zaps in particular need improvement. It is quite challenging to understand how to create sub-zaps, as their function within a zap is not clearly explained. The most difficulty I encountered with Zapier was in running tests to ensure my sub-zaps were functioning correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business has grown to a point where I do not have the time in a workday to do all of the necessary administrative work in addition to all of my billable services. Zapier has replaced my need to hire an administrative assistant and I could not be happier!

The ease of use and wide array of integrations provide powerful automation capabilities

We wish the free plan allowed for some multi-step zaps or that there was a more start-up friendly plan with this access.

Zapier saves our team countless hours by allowing us to automate repetitive, operational tasks. This time saved is invaluable to our lean team. With the extra bandwidth, our team is able to focus on developing other areas of the product and company.

With Zapier, I love that I can automate a process that streamlines consistent communication with constituents.

It is frustrating how many steps it can take to accomplish one thing.

Zapier is helping me solve the communication between two software platforms that don't currently connect.
Great for Simple Automation and Integration, But Pricing Limits Advanced Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is really helpful for integrating different software and workflows together in a unified manner so that they can function together automatically. It has an easy to use and intuitive UI to perform automated actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who uses Zapier on a small scale the free plan is perfect but it doesn't allow multi-step actions. Also the pricing is a bit steep for infrequent use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping me to integrate together Constant Contact with Google Forms so that there is less work in transitioning the data we receive from various forms to Constant Contact.
Huge Time Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier saves me hours of time everyday. I have a small business that I run on my own and Zapier helps me do a lot of manual input automatically by connecting all the different software and marketplaces I use to run my business. It is more affordable than hiring an assistant or employee and once the zaps are set up it is very hands off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes me awhile to figure out the zaps I want to create. I would consider myself to have basic to moderate tech knowledge and the more involved complex Zaps can take awhile to figure out. But now between Zapier's customer support and chatgpt I can figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, tedious data entry, and avoids having to hire someone to create custom software for me. I'm not sure how I would run my business without it.

I appreciate how simple it is to set up workflows that link different applications, which makes tracking information feel effortless and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to rely on the AI helper to set up workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I started using Zapier, I used to manually copy and paste data from my meeting AI notetaker into my Google Drive. Now, everything is automatically synced and organized just the way I want it.
Zapier Makes My Automation Effortless and Scalable
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Zapier is how incredibly user friendly and reliable it is. Even complex workflows become easy to build thanks to the intuitive interface and clear step by step builder. I love that I can connect tools that normally do not talk to each other, such as CRMs, spreadsheets, communication platforms, and project management tools, without writing a single line of code. Zapier has a huge library of integrations, and new features like Paths, Filters, and AI steps make automations more intelligent. It truly feels like having an invisible assistant running tasks in the background 24 hours a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier is powerful, but as workflows grow more complex, managing a large number of Zaps can become a bit overwhelming. The pricing can increase when you need higher task limits or advanced features. Occasionally, certain app integrations do not support every possible action or field. These are not major issues, but they are areas that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier eliminates repetitive manual tasks such as data entry, notifications, reminders, platform updates, and lead routing. Before using Zapier, these tasks required constant human attention, which often led to delays and errors. Now everything syncs automatically, which improves productivity and accuracy. Zapier helps streamline operations, keeps data consistent across tools, and speeds up processes that used to take much longer. The result is increased efficiency, fewer mistakes, and a smoother experience for my team and customers.

The new AI features (copilot) are fire! It really cuts out 90% of the automation work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Priced very well and works great.
