Effortless Automation and Seamless Integrations with Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier stands out for its user-friendly design and straightforward implementation, enabling users to automate workflows without coding. It offers a wide range of features and supports integration with thousands of apps, such as Slack, Gmail, Notion, Jira, and Salesforce, making it highly versatile. The interface is intuitive, allowing users to create and launch automations, known as “Zaps,” within minutes. For teams aiming to reduce repetitive manual work, Zapier is frequently used and proves to be an invaluable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is powerful, customer support tends to be limited for users on the free tier, and more complex, multi-step workflows often require upgrading to a paid plan. Troubleshooting failed automations could be more straightforward, and enterprise-level integrations sometimes demand technical adjustments, which can make implementing advanced use cases a bit less seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier addresses the challenge of manual, repetitive workflows between applications and platforms that lack native integration. By linking various tools—ranging from email services to CRMs and project management systems—it enables data to move automatically, eliminating the need for developer intervention. This automation not only saves time and minimizes human error but also enhances productivity for teams by streamlining routine tasks.
Effortless Automation for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for creating simple automations for beginners. With no coding knowledge, I'm still able to create a simple automation that makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that holds me back from creating it more quickly is the number of steps or workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has eased the communication, making it much easier and quicker to notify everyone about new projects, like those in Trello, or incoming payments in Xero. Thanks to the integrations, sharing important updates with the team about projects and accounts has become much more straightforward.

Automation that Simplifies Daily Work
What do you like best about the product?
Forget about Repetitive Tasks: Automatically, I can make a new row in a spreadsheet become a contact in my CRM, or have an email from a client registered as a task in my project manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Big Problem is the Price
This is the hardest point. The free plan is practically a bait: it lets you try it out and that's it, but if you want to do something useful, you need a paid plan.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What Zapier solves:
Nowadays, we use dozens of applications (CRM, email marketing, spreadsheets, Slack, project managers). The problem is that these applications do not communicate with each other. This forces me to be the "human bridge," going from one tool to another, checking notifications and moving data.

Effortless Integrations, Minor Automation Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zapier because it seamlessly integrates my entire tech stack, especially those without native integrations. This capability allows me to connect workflows from different apps effortlessly without needing detailed API knowledge. Creating automations and workflows with Zapier is extremely simple, thanks to its intuitive interface. Furthermore, I find it to be probably the largest integration software available, which provides extensive options to link various tools and services, making my workflow efficient and interconnected. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which further adds to the overall positive experience I have with Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Zapier experiences occasional lapses where automations fail to trigger. This typically happens because integrations aren't always flawless—such as when a form in one application changes, which can cause the 'zap' I've created to break.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to integrate my tech stack without native connections, creating seamless workflows across apps without needing an API.

Effortless Integrations and Powerful Automation with Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zapier is how effortlessly it allows us to connect and integrate a huge range of services. It handles everything from simple, everyday automations right through to complex workflows that would be impossible for us to build on our own. It’s reliable, flexible, and makes it easy to streamline processes across tools that don’t naturally talk to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about Zapier. It’s reliable, easy to use, and consistently does exactly what we need it to do. Even as our workflows have grown more complex, Zapier has kept up without causing issues. For our use case, it’s been smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping us bridge gaps between platforms that don’t offer native integrations. It removes manual work, reduces errors, and speeds up processes that would otherwise take hours each week. By automating data transfers, notifications, and routine tasks, it ensures information flows smoothly across our CRM, advertising platforms, reporting tools, and internal systems.
Zapier Makes Slack-CRM Integration Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is an excellent integration tool for connecting Slack with various CRMs. It makes the process of linking these platforms straightforward and efficient. Also, it can support hundreds of daily users on the same integration allowing our workflows to be fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zapier goes offline frequently and can make inputting client data difficult when it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier addresses the challenge of building API systems from scratch. With Zapier, most of the complex work is handled for you, leaving only occasional maintenance to take care of.
Reliable Automation, But Expensive for Small Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes automations simple, even for someone without a technical background. It allowed me to connect multiple platforms (like TikTok Lead Ads, Meta Lead Forms, and Google Sheets) so our lead management became much faster and more organized. Once the Zaps are set up, they run reliably in the background and save us a lot of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the cost. For a basic user like me, Zapier feels more expensive than it should be. I use only a very small portion of the task limits and credits each month (as shown in my screenshot), yet I’m still required to pay for a higher plan just to keep my workflows active. Another issue is that Zapier doesn’t integrate directly with MINDBODY, which is a major platform in the fitness industry. Because of that, I had to use Pipedream as a middleman to make the automation work, adding extra steps and complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier automates our lead-capture process across multiple platforms. When leads come in through TikTok or Meta, Zapier sends them directly into Google Sheets and into our analytics, ensuring no leads are missed and reducing manual data entry. It keeps everything organized in one place and helps us respond faster to potential clients. Even with the MINDBODY workaround, the automation still brings significant time savings for our business.
Effortless Social Media Integration for Lead Generation
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is easy to implement and very user-friendly, making it ideal for integrating with social media lead generation campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zaps disconnect suddenly specially when integrating LinkedIn campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier currently serves as the main integrator for all lead generation campaigns managed by the agency across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. It efficiently delivers the generated leads directly to the customers' Customer Assistance Service.
