What do you like best about the product?
The amount of apps and integrations. It possible to connect almost everything.

Connect differente apps
Effortless No-Code Automation with Multilingual AI and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Building automation flows using AI is super easy and explanatory (you can use other language than English to intercat with AI as well). For no-code, Zapier is the best option in the market. Integration with other tools is easy as well, with explanations about navigating in those other tools to get access keys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now with Loop and Pathways resources, perhaps make the workflow more friendly to see (e.g. Pathway should be represented as a diamond/lozenge)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integration with other automation tools such as computers up-and-running and alerts message delivery, network balance backup mode alerts. Also doing speech-to-text conversion, email automation (automatic replies and alerts)
Seamless Integration Across Our Stack
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with basically any tool that we use, so it's usable across all our stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on usage, it can get expensive but manageable with careful planning of zaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetitive tasks, and pulling and pushing data across our tools.
Zapier has allowed me to maintain the ability to continue being an entrepreneur doing what I love.
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Zapier for over 10 years, and it’s been an absolute game-changer for my boot camp business. From running promotions like the 21-Day Fat Loss Challenge and Free 6-Week Challenge to 14 Days Free offers, Zapier has been the backbone that keeps everything running smoothly. It seamlessly connects every platform I’ve used — from ClickFunnels to GHL — making sure every lead instantly lands in the right place and gets the right follow-up. What I love most is how it’s allowed me to scale by automating the little things that used to take hours, freeing me and my team to focus on what really matters: changing lives and growing our community. Zapier isn’t just a tool — it’s the engine that drives consistency, efficiency, and success in my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has made me dislike Zapier over the years is its lack of integration with Mindbody or mindbodyonline.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has addressed one of the biggest challenges in my business: keeping everything connected and running smoothly without the need for constant manual oversight. By automatically transferring leads, messages, and data to their proper destinations, it removes the hassle of managing multiple platforms. I no longer have to spend time copying and pasting information or worry about missing important follow-ups. Zapier makes sure that every lead from my promotions—whether it’s a 21-day challenge or a free trial—reaches the right system and team member immediately. This has eliminated inconsistency, reduced human error, and prevented lost opportunities, enabling my business to function more efficiently, scale more quickly, and provide a seamless experience for both my team and clients.
Intelligent automation for companies that value their time
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zapier is its ability to automate practically any workflow without the need for programming. It is a robust, reliable, and very flexible tool, ideal for connecting multiple platforms and saving operational time. In my case, it has allowed me to integrate accounting systems, CRM, payment platforms, and marketing, all working automatically and in sync. It is a true "invisible assistant" that makes the business run even when you're not there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that really bothers me is the cost, especially for users in Latin America. The prices are designed for markets with stronger economies, which limits the number of tasks or zaps one can scale without the cost skyrocketing. If Zapier adjusted its pricing model to more reasonable levels for this region, I would do many more integrations and automations without a second thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has allowed me to automate processes between platforms that previously required manual intervention, eliminating human errors and saving countless operational hours. In my company, we use it to integrate accounting systems, CRM, payment platforms, and marketing tools, creating a continuous and reliable flow of information. In practice, this translates into more efficiency, fewer dependencies on the technical team, and a much more agile and scalable operation. Zapier literally connects the pieces of the digital business without the need for programming.
Zapier Automates Tasks and Boosts Team Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier automates the mundane and makes our team more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to find automations by industry and additional filtering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier reduces duplicate data entry, creates consistency across platforms, and makes our team more efficient and effective.
An essential tool for automating my marketing flow between Meta and Brevo
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of connecting apps that don't natively talk to each other. Specifically, the ability to create a 'Zap' that automatically sends new leads from our Meta campaigns (e.g., Facebook Lead Ads) directly to a specific list in Brevo. It's reliable, and the initial setup is very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
On the lower-tier plans, the polling time isn't instantaneous. Sometimes we have to wait several minutes for a lead to transfer from Meta to Brevo, which can be a slight delay when we want immediate follow-up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I like best about Zapier is the sheer simplicity and empowerment it provides. Our team isn't made of developers, but Zapier's 'no-code' interface allows us to build powerful, complex automations that would otherwise require significant engineering resources.
My favorite and most critical use case is connecting our Meta campaigns to Brevo. We've set up a Zap that instantly takes any new lead from a Facebook Lead Ad and automatically creates or updates that contact in a specific Brevo list.
The setup process itself is what makes Zapier special. It's incredibly intuitive. The visual editor guides you step-by-step through setting a 'Trigger' (New Lead in Meta) and an 'Action' (Create/Update Contact in Brevo). Mapping the data fields like 'email' from the ad to the 'email' field in Brevo is a simple, visual process that anyone can understand. Beyond the easy setup, it's just plain reliable. It runs 24/7 in the background, and I have full confidence that our lead data is being transferred accurately and immediately without any manual intervention

Effortless Setup and Seamless Platform Integration
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up and allows for seamless connection to various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I think the app should automatically update in future whenever a zap is configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue it solved for us was with Meta ads. It enabled us to transfer all Meta leads directly into Salesforce without requiring any complex coding or specialized knowledge.
Empowering Automation with Unmatched Community Support
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Zapier is that it makes automation feel accessible. Even if you're not technical, you can connect your tools and build workflows that actually make your day easier. It removes a lot of repetitive tasks that usually slow teams down.
But something that stands out even more is the ecosystem around Zapier. There’s a ton of content, tutorials, examples, and conversations online — not just from the company, but from real users. You can find YouTube walkthroughs, community threads, ready-to-use templates, and step-by-step guides for almost any use case. It feels like there’s always someone who has already solved the challenge you’re trying to solve, and they’re sharing it openly.
So it’s not just the tool — it’s the support system around it. You don’t feel alone learning it. You feel like the internet teaches you as you go.

What do you dislike about the product?
When workflows start getting more complex — like branching logic or multiple conditional paths — things can become harder to track and maintain. It works, but you need to be careful with organization and naming to avoid confusion later.
Also, as automation volume grows, pricing can rise faster than expected. It’s fair considering the value, but definitely something teams should plan for as usage increases.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping us keep our marketing and sales data connected across different platforms. We run campaigns on Meta Ads and Google, capture leads through forms and landing pages, and manage follow-up in our CRM. Before Zapier, each system felt isolated, and we had to move information manually to keep everything updated.
Now, when someone interacts with an ad, downloads something, or fills out a form, their information automatically flows into our CRM and triggers the right next steps. This means leads are followed up faster, data stays accurate, and our team has a clearer picture of where each opportunity comes from.
In short, Zapier helps us maintain a healthy flow of information between platforms. It keeps our marketing and sales aligned, saves time, and ensures no potential client gets lost due to manual delays.

Powerful automation with excellent CRM connectivity, but pricing scales quickly
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zapier is how reliably it automates lead workflows. I used it to send leads directly into our CRM, and the process was seamless, fast, and consistently accurate. It eliminated manual work, reduced errors, and ensured our sales team received leads in real time. The ease of setup and the stability of the integrations were key to making our pipeline more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is cost at scale. As workflows grow in volume or complexity, the pricing can increase quickly, especially when premium apps or higher task limits are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves manual data transfer and workflow fragmentation. It centralizes and automates the movement of leads, syncing information between acquisition channels and our CRM without manual intervention. This improves lead response time, reduces human error, and ensures data consistency across systems. As a result, our sales team can act faster, reporting is more reliable, and we save significant operational hours previously spent on repetitive tasks.
