Exceptionally Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, good customer support, lots of features
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. It is a very good system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to automate my facebook ads responses
Automation that saves time and simplifies cross-platform workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes automation incredibly accessible, even for non-developers. I love how easy it is to connect apps that don’t normally “talk” to each other, from CRMs and spreadsheets to email marketing tools. The interface is intuitive, the setup process is quick, and the visual workflow builder makes it simple to map data fields and triggers. It’s saved me countless hours by eliminating manual data entry and repetitive follow-ups. Once a Zap is built, it just works in the background flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that more complex workflows can get expensive quickly, especially if you need multi-step Zaps or higher task limits. Occasionally, integrations break if an app updates its API, and debugging those issues can take some time. I also wish there were better built-in reporting tools to track Zap performance over time or see where bottlenecks occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps bridge the gap between platforms that don’t natively integrate, allowing me to automate tasks that would otherwise require manual updates or complex development work. It keeps our CRM, marketing, and reporting tools in sync automatically, eliminating data entry errors and saving hours every week.
Intuitive Interface That Saves Time and Automates Tasks Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface. This tool saved us a lot of time by helping us easily automate tasks. The price also makes it a no-brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am yet to have a single issue with this service. All automations that were set have run smooth and without a single error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of automations to execute repetitive tasks means we save time and money, while maintaining quality data that is updated in real time.
When you need to connect your apps... JUST ZAP IT!
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly straightforward and effortless to set up a zap and have it running in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I dislike about Zapier. Of course, there are features I wish it offered—such as a more straightforward zap creator—but overall, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all of our leads—whether they come from Facebook, landing pages, or AI chatbots—into a single location.
Effortless System Integration Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
It makes connecting different systems very simple, saving time and cost. The number of built-in integrations is fantastic; I've not yet come across anything that I've not been able to connect to, coupled with hte ability to process data within Zapier make incredibly useful
What do you dislike about the product?
I preferred the older UI; I don't find the new version pleasant to work with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing data between systems and doing away with hte need to manual data transfer
Effortless App Connections Without Complicated Credits
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it super easy to connect apps together. No complicated weird credits system like other platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't download Zaps if you want to transfer to other account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting two different apps together
Effortless Automation and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that Zapier allows me to automate tasks to save time. It connects with just about any software that you would use and it is easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that certain apps are considered "premium" and cannot be used without a paid subscription. This isn't a big deal for me because I use it enough and for enough features that it is worth paying for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a social media marketing agency, we use Zapier to connect the leads generated from marketing into their CRM of choice to increase conversions. Having a tool that automates the lead processing and follow up makes a big difference for our clients to be able to convert more of the leads.
Effortless Automation with User-Friendly Blocks
What do you like best about the product?
I love Zapier's easy to use blocks, which allow me to quickly deploy automations for my clients. The internal tools and their newly restructured payments plans allows our agency to do a lot more with these new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Zaps can get complicated, and the interface isn't the best for really complicated Zaps, but otherwise it's a solid interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allowed us to hook in many different tools, depending on the client's needs and existing tool usage, to automate their lead generation systems and more. This benefits us by allowing us to use a single tool.
Effortless Integrations and User-Friendly Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is very easy to use, has a ton of pre-builet ready to go integrations. Any integrations that is not already built in, you can use webhooks to accomplish it. Error logs and execution logs are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of it is relatively high when compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving connecting third part tools with client CRMs. We use it alot for connecting lead forms or lead submissions directly back into client CRMs and then trigger whatever automations are necessary for the client. One in particular is when a website visitor fills out the contact form on the website, we have a zapier zap set up that adds the user to the CRM and then triggers our AI voice agent to call the user based on their contact form message.
Zapier's Native Features Make Integrations Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Zapier's native functionalities, such as the steps I can configure with code or formatting options. This solves a lot of my daily integration needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the interface with external apps like Facebook or Google Sheets could be improved a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason we use Zapier in our company is the trust in its ability to send sensitive lead data. The integrations with CRMs like Hypnobox and Anapro give us more control over the data sent by Zapier. It has even helped us confirm that certain leads were sent from our online campaigns when the broker working with the lead changed its origin.
