I love how the UX creating Zaps, very intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to connect different tools and set up automations in minutes. The interface is intuitive, the integrations are seamless, and it saves me countless hours by handling repetitive tasks automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike — occasionally, complex Zaps can be a bit tricky to debug, but the documentation and support make it easy to find a solution. It would be great to have a few more advanced filters and actions on lower-tier plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps automate repetitive tasks between apps that normally don’t talk to each other. It eliminates manual data entry, saves time, and reduces human error. By connecting our CRM, email, and project management tools, we’ve streamlined our workflows and improved team productivity. It allows us to focus more on growth and customer service instead of routine admin work.

There is nothing to dislike about Zapier.

I love the simplicity, and the fact that it simply... works and saves us time and improves the internal processes. The fact that the breadth of apps available in Zapier covers the vast majority of our software stack allows us to use it intensively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main need solved by Zapier today is automating processes through API. But we understand there are many other features worth using and we're learning how to.

It is a life hack for marketers, you can use it to integrate where otherwise impossible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely cannot really fault zapier all that much, especially for what you pay.

Activating several services with just one trigger is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform relies on several different services, troubleshooting can be challenging and often needs assistance from more than one support team. It was previously simpler to replay zaps in bulk, but that process has become less straightforward. Additionally, team access is only available as a paid feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier's extensive integration capabilities have enabled us to address a wide range of challenges, from managing email notifications and delivering website form submissions to automating marketing tasks and archiving. Its flexibility has proven invaluable in streamlining our workflows.

Easy Automations, Occasionally Gets Stuck
What do you like best about the product?
The automations and the ease of use, the UI/UX is easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it gets stuck sometimes, sometimes, especially if somebody from my team leaves or changes their email/account the automation has to be redone and super annoying b/c it takes us a while to find out when/where the bug/gap is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me mostly with notifications about things like payments and contracts being signed. They help me know EXACTLY when things go down.
AI-Powered Zaps Make Automation Effortless and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The AI function to create new zaps makes it so much easier. I used to have to go through steps I didn't really understand, and what I created didn't work well. Now easy peasy lemon squeezy

With the old sapier I had to be more technical in my knowledge of what I was doing. Most of the times the zap said I created just didn't work. Now solved with the AI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is sending prospective clients from Facebook leads directly into my CRM. When I create a new contact in my CRM zapier says that information to my Google contacts. Next one that I'm going to work on is having zapier send leads directly to the new MailChimp that I am creating
Rock-Solid Stability and Easy Integrations, Minor Support Delays Abroad
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zapier for over 6 years, and what I like most about it is the stability of the service. I don't remember it ever letting me down. Another point that makes me prefer it over other competitors is the ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything to complain about, maybe a slight delay in support (because I'm outside the United States).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier makes it easier for me to integrate my clients' CRM and ERP systems with our marketing campaigns.
