Powerful Automation with Great Connectors, But Tables Need Improvement

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very powerful tool that offers a wide range of connectors. Once you grasp the platform's logic, creating zaps becomes quite straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my perspective, Tables isn't quite where it needs to be yet. It still feels like simply connecting a Google Sheet offers more functionality and flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us connect up biz apps with quick and easy connectors. No code needed and solutions delivered in moments not days

Zapier’s AI CoPilot Makes Automation Easy, But Some Integrations Are Limited

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier meets me at any level of knowledge base I have about the automation. The AI CoPilot helps me quickly set up steps in an automation. It's one of my more frequently used websites for anything AI or process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some integration things that aren't always available. I have had a few times I couldn't set up an automation with the limitation of actions for a particular platform outside of Zapier. I am not a developer so I can''t write the code to hae it fetch/search/etc within several platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reducing human error and efficiency in timely automations. Instead of manually pulling lists, it effectively pushing leads/contacts/sales through our client's pipelines all while allowing us to do more creative things.

Time-Saving Automation with Broad App Support

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Zapier is its ability to automate repetitive tasks across various apps without requiring any coding knowledge. This feature saves me a significant amount of time and reduces the risk of manual mistakes. I’m also impressed by the extensive range of apps it supports, which makes it possible to create quite complex workflows with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the interface can be somewhat confusing, particularly when attempting to configure more advanced automations. Additionally, certain integrations have restrictions on their capabilities, though these limitations are generally manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Zapier, a lot of our manual work — like updating spreadsheets or moving data between systems — took hours every day. Zapier automates these processes, keeping everything up to date and letting us focus on more strategic work. It’s also reduced mistakes and made our workflows way more consistent.

Great for Simple Integrations, But Limited for Custom or Enterprise Needs

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that zapier is easy to use for literally anyone in the business and that it is very well priced for the market. I also like how many recipes zapier has for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that zapier makes it seem like you are getting an iPaaS tool, but you aren’t. You can’t build your integration architecture on zapier. It is point to point integrations. Doesn’t handle custom needs. I have custom fields in almost all the software I work, which makes the wonderful ease of use effectively useless, because I can’t use it. Zapier isn’t made for enterprise organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to move survey data to our marketing tool so we can send relevant marketing emails

Effortless Tool Integration, Reliable Sync—Support Speed Could Improve

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to sync & connect multiple tools. Zapier already has a good sync with many tools & there's no reason to break your head on the basics that Zapier already has sorted for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as much to dislike, the customer support is quick to revert at times the email wait needs patience but the support is helpful and able to resolve any concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me automate tasks that would otherwise take hours daily.

Intuitive No-Code Platform That Empowers, But Error Handling Needs Work

  • October 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to learn, and it is truly a no-code platform. It has enabled me to do the work of a whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The error handling process can still be improved. You kind of have to figure out what went wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled us to scale programming, while easing the data management, by keeping data flowing to all the places it needs to go, with no extra hands doing the work

The Easiest Way to Automate (Even When It Drives You a Little Crazy)

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Zapier is to use and how simple it is to show others how to build with it. I mostly use it for automations, but I’m planning to explore the AI Agents and Tables features when I get some time. What I love most is how many apps it connects to. Even the rare ones usually have triggers, which is super cool. Some people say Zapier is expensive, but I think if you use their built-in tools the right way, it’s actually pretty good value and really easy to set up. Finally for the few times I had to connect with their customer support, they are awesome and genuinely helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they change or remove features, and this can be annoying, especially if you have just built something and then have to rebuild it.I also have had some issue with JSON outputs many times and many types of error that do not really make sense in the error logs. So its really great, but when something breaks, figuring out what is wrong, it is not always easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to prototype and test new ideas fast, which is super useful for the kind of systems and experiments I build. Plus it makes it super easy to show beginners how automation works.
