the Goldilocks of iPaaS
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Zapier is the speed at which I can build. It’s the fastest platform I’ve found for quickly creating and testing ideas. There’s a lot of configurability possible, but sometimes I just need to take an hour, build something quick and dirty, to see if it works. Zapier makes that incredibly easy with little nuances like being able to test each step independently from within the step, reuse past runs as sample data, or enter your own.
When I joined Klue, I initially planned to replace Zapier, now it’s become my staple building platform. It’s also incredibly inexpensive for what it is. We’re always evaluating our tech stack with each renewal, and the closest competitor still costs 3–4x more, which means we can basically ignore cost as a factor when we build. For example, we run a 10 step workflow on every completed call to scan for different bits of information and log it appropriately which would be cost-prohibitive with any other platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't look as flashy as some of the newer platform and the amount integrations available can be intimidating to newer users trying to learn the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like most tech companies, we have a stack full of great tools — but the way we work is unique, and no single platform could ever build for those specifics out of the box. Zapier lets us tap into the APIs of all our platforms and hyper-customize our stack to match how we operate. It seamlessly passes information from one platform to another, allowing everything to function like a unified ecosystem.
Best Automation Tool Which save lot of Time for Repetative Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier connect most of different platform at one place which make it easy to do automation related tasks like trasnfer form data to google sheet & we can add filters as well before sending data to google sheet.

pricing is little bit higher compare to other similar platforms

Its provide to connect all platform under one roof like website, data transfer to google sheet, slack to get notification whenever get new form submission or sale & so on.

The amount of automation tools with popular programs. Even if the program itself isn't available, there are still options to make it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking a real mobile application experience.

Takes away greatly the manual work. Automatic reminders, uploading or updating data where needed, and enhancing productivirty.

I run marketing and demand gen campaigns. Zapier makes my work more powerful (AI) at scale (automation).

What do you like best about the product?
When I started automating my workflow, I set it up so that every new contact in our form would be added to Google Sheets, trigger a Slack notification, and create a contact in Mailchimp. It only took me a few minutes and I honestly felt like a huge weight was getting off our shoulders. The key for everything to work smoothly is that we don’t have to touch the code. In addition, the library of applications that already have built-in is super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did spend some time figuring out why certain Zaps wouldn’t fire. Wrapping my head around Paths and Filters took longer than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One example that really stuck with me: we had a product launch where every form submission needed to instantly become an actionable lead. I set it up so the entry created a row in Google Sheets, sent out a welcome email, pinged the sales team on Slack, and dropped a follow-up task in Asana. Zero manual work, zero copy-paste. That automation was a lifesaver—without it we’d have been drowning in data checks and coordination.
Great tool to automate things as non-engineerin
What do you like best about the product?
You can quickly wire together some automations. And with Zapiers new AI coding features, you can even vibe code some more complicated automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Eventually it gets a bit pricey (compared to make.com, for example)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several business processes where we need to send data from A to B, send some internal notification, write some data to other places, or simply enrich or combine mutliple data. Zapier allows us to do that, without engineering invovlement.
Easy and effective automation

I love how Zapier makes automating tasks super easy—connect apps, set it up once, and it just works in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get pricey if you need lots of Zaps, and complex workflows can be tricky to debug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of manual, repetitive work by connecting all my apps and automating tasks between them. It saves me a lot of time, reduces errors, and lets me focus on more important things instead of copy-pasting or switching between tools constantly.
Simple and powerful automation.

The best thing about Zapier is honestly how it takes all the boring, repetitive tasks off your plate. You know how you have to manually copy data from one app to another? Zapier does that for you automatically .

The free plan is limited after that you to buy . And amount is increasing as ours usage increases .

Zapier is helping a lot . It is doing automate daily task and sheet creation. It is reducing effort for us and help us to focus on the other things .
