Great addition for any business!
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has been great for us! We have been using it to automate a lot of stuff in our CRM that typically would take hours of time away from our team. The product is great, and there are so many use cases for it. It will be a staple in our business now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automations have a somewhat large learning curve. However, once we got the hang of it, there are so many processes that we can automate now. Well worth spending the time to get it down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have somewhat of a complicated internal onboarding process with our investors. Zapier has allowed us to automate a large portion of our CRM and inbound, which has saved us many hours and allowed us to simplify this process. I had not used it in the past but have always heard great things, so I figured it was worth a try. It will save you a lot of time on boring tasks like data entry and free up man-hours.

The ease of setting up zaps between different systems and companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t love that the free version only allows for 1 step zaps. I would live it if they offered multiple step zaps but maybe limit the usage/zap limit to 10/mo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transfer data from one system/tech to another system. Duplicating information is a thing in the past, thanks to Zapier.

It's easy integrations and robust marketplace.

There's nothing that I dislike about Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently use it for automations and lead generation as well as CRM triggers for systems coordination. I like how you can pretty much do anything with Zapier.
Makes our business more efficient so we can focus on more human interaction and higher level tasks.

Zapier is great for automation of repetitive tasks. Customer service and support has also been wonderful.

I've found the set up challenging at times, as someone who is not fluent in computer automation systems.

The monthly fee is usually very expensive.

The built in API integrations make things move very fast.

Pay per step monetization makes it unscalable for bigger apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it so much easier to connect my processes and find new ways to improve both my own business as well as my clients. I like best that options for improvement feel limitless.

Sometimes the software has a bit of a learning curve - there is a lot of detail. But once you get the hang of the basics, it becomes very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting processes that make it easier to follow up with leads and customers.
Effortless Integration for Shopify—Zapier Makes Everything Work Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier to integrate another program with my Shopify store, even though that program isn't directly connected to Shopify. Zapier makes it possible for the other site to work seamlessly for me.
Customer support has been extremely prompt when I've had a question.
I also know that Zapier can be used for many other purposes, and I plan to explore more of its features next year, especially for managing social media. I'm looking forward to creating more Zaps in the coming year!

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to complain about—my main challenge is simply finding the time to learn how to use Zapier more effectively for my business. I do wish Zapier offered a service where I could hire their team to create the zaps for me, as that would make things much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently switched to AWeber to manage my email subscribers, but unfortunately, it doesn't integrate directly with Shopify. Zapier has helped me bridge this gap by connecting my Shopify website to AWeber.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to automate my administration, such as mailing lists and other tasks. I also use Zapier as a way to connect Xero and Mailchimp and other apps. Love it so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a learning curve for me to become acquainted with the interface which is more technical and less 'user-friendly' than I expected. However, there are help bots and chats available to help you with anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem which turned me onto Zapier was finding a way to use various programs such as Mailchimp, Xero, etc. I also like the option of automating emails to make my workflow more efficient.
AI Chat Makes Setup Effortless and Supportive
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the AI chat feature because it lets me ask questions and assists me in setting up connections whenever I need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Zapier itself. My frustrations are actually with other software that doesn't integrate properly with Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier addresses the problem of getting different software and websites to communicate, which used to require me to transfer data manually. It allows me to make better use of my time.
