Great integration and automation tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is the easiest automation tool I have used for getting quick results. Setting up a workflow only takes a few minutes, so you can immediately see its benefits in action. After that, you can enhance your workflows by including error handling, retries, and notifications. This tool helps reduce operational friction and ensures that your processes stay consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a Zap fails, troubleshooting often takes more time than anticipated, particularly with multi-step Zaps or when the problem stems from an upstream app altering its fields or permissions. While the task history feature is useful, figuring out the exact cause can still feel like a process of trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier addresses the challenge of getting different apps to communicate with each other. Rather than building and maintaining custom integrations myself, I rely on Zapier to coordinate workflows across areas like coding and operations, voice AI, and e-commerce. For example, I can route structured AI call results into CRM or ticketing systems, trigger WhatsApp notifications for confirmations and exceptions, and automate various Shopify back-office tasks. This approach leads to faster response times, reduces manual errors, and significantly lowers engineering overhead, all while maintaining logs and visibility in case something goes wrong.

I was very frustrated with Zapier. We faced repeated integration challenges, especially with Third Party APIs. The lack of live support made things worse. The task-based pricing model makes the cost difficult to predict. The initial setup was not easy, and the overall experience was frustrating.

Easy to use and integrate into Hubspot for automation purposes

It requires a certain level of technical support and constant checkups to ensure accuracy

Zapier makes it easier for me to build automations for my team to help streamline work flows
Easy to Use with Great Platform Connections at a Great Price
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and number of compatible platform connections, all at a reasonable price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to get more than one user off the bat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management primarily. But looking to integrate with other platforms like Lead Forensics, ActiveCampaign, etc.
Effortless Notifications Keep Me on Track
What do you like best about the product?
It notifies me when I have been tagged in something making it a lot easier to stay on top of things and reply quicker. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to have any issues with Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay on top of urgent tasks in a fast paced job where losing track of things can be easy.
Effortless to Use and a Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and really reduces the amount of time spend on redunandant tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt anything that comes to mind of not liking it. The UX is easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists me in connecting all the systems together so when one system populated, it sends out to other systems and kicks off the automated functions i need it so I can focus on growing the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier connects the tools that I use - Clickbank and email to trigger an action. I use Zapier to send an email notification whenever a Clickbank sale is made. It was very easy to create a zap to trigger the action. No coding was needed. Zapier turned repetitive work into background process so I can focus on higher-value tasks such as creating and promoting ads for my product on Facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to get a text notification through Zapier when a sale occurred but that was only a paid feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting an instant email notification that a sales has occurred helps my business immensely. I am able to scale my business depending on the sales. This has saved me lots of time and made my work more efficient and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. I was able connect my social media platforms to my CMS for easy automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some connections to social media platforms can time out or disconnect from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to be active on things like Facebook or X, but I still need to connect with my readers on those platforms in some form or fashion. Zapier allows me to connect my site to those platforms with ease.

I like that Zapier automates parts of projects so that I can use my time doing other tasks for my project.

I was trying it out for a college class and found it a little hard to find features I could actually test out without having a business with data to really use.

zapier solves the problem of tedious processes taking up time.
