Connects the Dots Brilliantly and Makes My Workflow Easier

  • April 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can connect things that I would never think of. It goes above and beyond to make my job easier and flow better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more personalized responses when using the support chat, but it was a while ago. I also could have been asking the questions wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of not having to dive in-depth into each website and figure out a way to get them all to work together. I love that it uses AI to automate as much as possible for us.

Empowers Advanced Workflows but Needs More Integration Depth

  • April 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier to build workflows in my daily job, and it has made my life easier by automating time-consuming manual tasks. I really like the built-in CoPilot AI because it helps me build fairly advanced workflows and troubleshoot issues, especially with aspects I'm not confident in, like Python code. My Zaps started out basic, but now they are more advanced, and having AI assistance is invaluable since I'm not a coder. CoPilot helps me achieve a level of complexity that I would never manage on my own. Zapier integrates really well with tools like Slack. We chose Zapier due to its many integrations compared to other similar products, and the initial setup was VERY easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some workflow automations were beyond the scope of Zapier due to certain integrations. I wish CoPilot had been honest at the beginning and advised me that it would never be achievable, instead of persevering for hours in order to get it to work. Majority of my automations and workflows include the Google Workspace, and I would prefer if it had assessed my brief and told me straight up that it wasn't achievable with the current Google Sheets integration level, and to instead build an Apps Script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to automate time-consuming manual tasks, build advanced workflows, and troubleshoot, thanks to the built-in CoPilot AI, which is invaluable given my limited Python knowledge.

It streamlines processes and efficiencies for allowing us to automate key steps of our workflow and send information between systems.

Bridged Our Systems, Setup Could Be Simpler

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is a really great way to connect systems that weren't previously able to speak to each other. It makes a significant impact on the sales team because when people fill out a quote request form on Klaviyo, we need the sales team to quickly pick up that data in intercom and action it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's very user friendly for someone like me who isn't hugely tech minded. I find it quite complicated and I had to get a tech person to help me actually set it up. The other thing I find is that whilst I've managed to get it to send an email to a customer who completes a quote request form in Klaviyo, I can't actually do something simple like have a subject title on that email. I find that really clunky, and it doesn't look great at all when it lands with our customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier connects Klaviyo and Intercom, allowing the sales team to quickly access and act on quote requests. It enables systems to communicate that otherwise couldn't.

Time-Saving Automation with Minor Hiccups

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier for automation, like sending emails to clients, which helps save time by automating processes. I find the newer AI feature helpful for troubleshooting or creating new automations. Also, the initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier can be very finicky and break easily. Sometimes, the zaps turn off or get unsynced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps save time by automating processes for emails to clients.

Intuitive Automation Tool for Seamless Workflows with CRM

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier for several automation workflows like integrating forms with my CRM and bringing data from Facebook Leads into my CRM. Even if my CRM doesn't have native apps, I often find workarounds. The interface is really friendly and intuitive for anyone starting with automations. The support and AI features are getting better. Although the initial setup felt scary, I got familiar with the options and tools really fast, and the ability to create complex workflows with just a few clicks is great.

Also, the speed of the workflow is incredible.
You can test each step in less than a second.

The email parser tool really was a game changer, because I can bring a lot of data from my emails and adapt them to bring data into the automation.

Filters and Lockuptables also made my experiences more tailored, so I can make automations that fit my specific needs.

Formatter and Storage tools made it possible to make a round robin scenario to deliver deals to different users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI bot isn’t always fast at finding errors, but it’s improving. Also, some really important apps are marked as “premium,” and at times the billing conditions aren’t the best. In the beginning, the setup felt a bit “scary,” but you get familiar with the options and tools pretty quickly.

I also think LinkedIn could use more triggers as an app, because I have a lot of usage scenarios that just don’t fit into Zapier.

Finally, I prefer the “drag and drop” approach for building automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I couldn't connect all my apps into my CRM, because they didn't have a native integration. But using Zapier changed this.

Zapier simplifies complex workflows, allowing me to integrate forms with my CRM and import data from Facebook Leads seamlessly, even without native CRM apps.

Also, I can find solutions for my constantly changing daily workflow.

  • April 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has automated so many workflows for us - from client lead sheets to internal onboarding flows, it's reduced so many manual, tedious tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always completely intuitive - I often have to lead on the AI tool to help with set up - matching form fields isn't always obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating work flows and saving us tons of manual work - which helps prevent us from dropping the ball

Building Bridges Across Systems to Save Our Sanity!

  • April 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is the bridge between systems that don't speak to each other. The integrations allow you to make a big difference in so many ways.

Plus, I like the UI better than some alternatives. Having Copilot is a big plus!

Something that the alternatives don't have. Zapier has allowed me to streamline inefficiencies and saved hundreds of agent hours!

Another plus is the free trial/plan -- it allowed me to build out the concept to show leadership what could be done without any cost. They quickly bought a year membership once I showed them what I built!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn't a lot I dislike about Zapier! I have spent a lot of time in the system and built out many different zaps, even going back and creating V2 and V3 of the first zaps I created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many things! The latest zap I built helped auto solve 200+ Zendesk Child tickets that were
left open after their individual parent tickets were solved. And that was in the first ~11 days!
