Connects to Just About Everything
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to work with so many products. I love how it connects to just about everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
For some, it could be challenging to set up workflows, especially the non-techie population.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me from having to take so many steps within my business.
Super Easy Setup That Takes the Guesswork Out of Coding
What do you like best about the product?
Its super easy to use, and almost requires no training to set up. It takes the guesswork out of coding for us business people
What do you dislike about the product?
I always want more tokens for more zaps!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In an otherwise siloed company, Zap helps me connect systems quite easily, effectively and cheaply without requireing high levels of approval. It really makes a difference.
Seamless Workflow Automation Between Systems
What do you like best about the product?
I love the workflow automation between my software systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more details on how to use the AI feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving my challenge with sending automated emails whenever a website visitor signs up on my website.
A really good automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has saved me time. It connects apps I use and handled stuff automatically. I’m not super technical, but it was pretty simple to set up. I did watch some videos and some trial and error but once it was running, it just worked and made managing my marketing across apps much, much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little harder to set up than expected and needed some trial and error but once it works it's pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates email and text responses to customers. Keeping contact and helping drive sales
Customization and Endless Integration Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization and the endless possibilities for all of the integrations you can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming to use because there are so many ways to use it. I also don't like that it feels like you'd need to pay for the premium version in order to be able to take full advantage of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not been using Zapier lately. I am about to start using it again now that I have been getting reminded of all the features it has. The way that I am going to use it would be to find integrations between the different services I use for my insurance clients. Last AEP I was using Google Sheets, Excel, and Agencybloc to keep track of different things. It would be nice to find a way to keep all of those things together. I am also looking into integrations between Ring Central and Agencybloc. There is pretty much unlimited potential, I just need to figure out how to take advantage of it.
Easily Integrate and Automate your appreciation and rewards platform with your business processes
What do you like best about the product?
Anyone can use it—you don’t need a technical IT person on hand to integrate disparate solutions and create a more automated setup. It also has a real “set it and forget it” feel, and it simply works.
What do you dislike about the product?
We honestly didn’t run into any real downsides. If I had to point to one small thing, it’s that not everyone is familiar with Zapier or what it can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allows our customers to seamlessly send digital rewards from a wide range of other platforms or products based on simple triggers. The main benefit for us is how easy it is for our customers to use; in many cases, they can set it up once and then let it run automatically based on specific triggers in their business process.
Zapier Automates Day-to-Day Tasks and Elevates Customer Care
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier does the day to day tasks that I don’t have the capacity to do myself, allowing me to offer a high standard of customer care. This includes communication with my customers before, during, and after their stay. It’s resulted in more happy customers and more 5 star reviews for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I could use the tool to do more workflows, but I’m not very tech savvy and don’t know how to use all the functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own a business that requires frequent guest communication (and frankly I don’t have capacity to offer the level of customer attention that I want to offer doing it myself). Zapier handles this daily with automated workflows. When a guest makes a reservation, Zapier sends an email with all of their reservation details. On the day of their arrival, Zapier re-sends that information along with a nice welcome message. We send one more email after their first night to ensure their stay is going smoothly, and finally one more message after they depart asking about their experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very user friendly to new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to learn it full potential without paying first. Minimal issue though.

Making workflow and automating tasks much easier and quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has helped me to work more efficiently across platforms led letting the data stored in different locations work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would wish it were more intuitive and have more obvious uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is helping solve the problems of cross-interface connection, and conditional formatting (such as when someone submits a form, I can use Zapier to create a subsequent result
Zapier Makes Automating Manual Tracking Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zapier is that it lets me automate manual tasks like tracking for updates on iOS and android for a new beta releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zapier is that I wish the free version didn’t have a task limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve for manual tracking and helps us automate this monitoring which saves time and effort and makes us more efficient as a company.
