So easy, even an old man can do it!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Zapier. It’s one of those rare software tools that feels intuitive from the very first click. I don’t have to be a developer to make powerful automations — I just connect my favorite apps, set up a “Zap” in a few easy steps, and let it run. It saves me time, eliminates repetitive tasks, and makes my workday so much smoother. Zapier is automation made simple, and I can’t imagine working without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m a big fan of Zapier — it’s intuitive, powerful, and makes automation accessible to everyone. That said, I think it could be even better if some of the app connectors offered more functionality. Sometimes I bump into limitations where a connector only supports a few actions or triggers, and I wish it went deeper into the app’s features. Expanding those capabilities would make Zapier even more of a game-changer for complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve harnessed the power of Zapier to completely transform our sales and client onboarding process. By connecting ConnectWise PSA (Manage), PandaDoc, Dynamics CRM, and Cognito Forms, we’ve eliminated manual handoffs and created a smooth, automated flow from signed deal to active implementation.
Now, the moment a proposal is signed in PandaDoc, Zapier springs into action — updating Dynamics CRM, generating the necessary onboarding forms in Cognito, and creating service tickets and project tasks in ConnectWise. This means our team can welcome new clients almost instantly, with everything they need already in place.
The result has been that we get clients into our implementation process faster, with a much more impressive and friendly first impression. No more delays, duplicate data entry, or wondering where things stand — just a seamless, professional, and client-focused onboarding experience powered by smart automation. Zapier has not only saved us countless hours, it’s helped us make every new client feel valued from day one.

Digital Duct Tape Holding My Tools Together
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes my work life dramatically easier. I use it to connect tools that were never meant to talk to each other — like automatically syncing form submissions from my website to Slack, triggering emails, or updating CRM fields. It saves me hours each week, and once a zap is running, it’s nearly maintenance-free. I love the wide range of app integrations and how even the free tier gives you real value. The interface is user-friendly and the task history logs make troubleshooting simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more powerful features are locked behind the higher-tier plans, which can get expensive if you're running a lot of zaps. The filtering and conditional logic sometimes feel a bit basic unless you upgrade or use workarounds. Also, if one part of your zap fails, the rest might not run — I'd love better error handling or branching logic built in without having to rely on paths or third-party helpers. I've also had difficulty with the native parser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier eliminates repetitive tasks by automating the movement of data between tools I use every day — like form submissions, CRM updates, project management boards, and email platforms. As someone managing multiple client workflows, it's a lifesaver for keeping everything in sync without hiring extra hands. Instead of manually copying data from one app to another (which is both time-consuming and error-prone), Zapier ensures it just happens. That gives me more time to focus on strategy and client work instead of admin tasks. It's like having a quiet assistant in the background that never forgets to do the boring stuff.
Great tool with a buggy UI!
What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to connect multiple sources of Data or platforms with other platforms. It brings every tool together and automations are relatively easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit difficult to navigate, Zaps with errors needs a better management system. They charge on the basis of per step basis, which can prove expensive if you have a longer workflow.

The user interface is simple nothing too complex, making zaps easier to setup. Tool is well connected with a lot of third party systems as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its does not have the best in terms of UI and its very buggy and things do break from tie to time. Pricing is also an issue, its costs a zap per step.

What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be improved, its a lot buggy for the user to manage & platform is on the pricey end as each step cost us credit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlined my workflow by automating repetitive tasks and seamlessly connecting my apps
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zapier is how easy it makes automation without needing any coding skills. It connects hundreds of apps seamlessly, allowing me to create custom workflows (called "Zaps") that automate repetitive tasks like syncing data between platforms, sending follow-up emails, or updating project management tools. The interface is user-friendly, so I can set everything up quickly without any technical knowledge. It has truly saved me hours of manual work and boosted my productivity by allowing me to focus on more important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like about Zapier is that some of the more advanced features, like multi-step Zaps or premium app integrations, require a paid plan. Additionally, while most workflows are easy to set up, troubleshooting can be tricky if something goes wrong, and the error messages aren’t always helpful. I also wish there were more customization options for certain tasks or triggers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of manual data entry and repetitive tasks by automating workflows between different apps. It has saved me a lot of time by syncing data across platforms, sending automatic notifications, and streamlining various processes that used to take hours. This has allowed me to focus on more strategic work, improve efficiency, and reduce the chances of human error.
