Always Improving
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is constantly improving and adding more features. Compared to Make, Afterpieces and Microsoft Flow, Zapier usually is easier to set up and has more integrations. It's one of the best automation services available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the actions to automate are not enough and you have to find another work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetitive tasks and saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to utilize custom python or javascript in zap steps to process data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The jumpy GUI in the listing of My Zaps causes me to click on the wrong things all the time. Very annoying. I loved the interface about 4 years ago, it didn't have as much data displayed, but it also didn't jump around and cause mis-clicks. I've actually deleted zaps because of this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary task is to take in leads from various sources (web, facebook, linkedin, sms), process them (heat score, normalize data), distribute to our various databases and CRMs, and send any client notifications (SMS/Email). All in real time.
The secondary task is Zapier has become my bookeeper. It can take in tasks from mulitple sources (email, google sheet, Stripe) and complete the task in Quickbooks! Very few manual tasks are done in Quickbooks anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
AS small business owner, Zapier is very helpful for me, it is helping me to connect multiple services and setup automation things, its improve our customer experience as well.

The price of Zapier is bit costly for small business or startups, but anyways it's worth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I connect multiple services toghether and setup automations for it. For example I have my ecommerce store, So I have setuped like whenever someone place order, or give feedback everything will be organized in my Google Sheets and at behind the seen other actions also will be performed. Like, we can setup endless flows.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zapier to integrate other applications on Wordpress for a few years now. What I love about Zapier is the ease of use. Specifically, that even without coding skills, setting up "Zaps" (automated workflows) is intuitive and straightforward. The step-by-step guidance ensures a smooth setup for even complex automations. I also like being able to customize Zapier. I love the ability to tailor Zaps with filters, conditions, and multi-step actions allows for nuanced workflows that align perfectly with my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is pretty high for creating Zaps. I was able to get some help from a Zapier expert which worked out great for m.e
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found that Zapier is an exceptional tool that delivers on its promise of making my apps work better together. I needed to be able to help a law firm automatically record all leads and this worked great when I created the Zaps.
Zapier helps me to identify new users in my platform - so they become leads.

I like Zapier because it connects with my open talent platform. Once it's connected, it helps us to identify new users on the platform, so they become leads for our commercial team to act on. Zapier also connects at our site; when integrated with Zapier at some landing pages, and when viewers become leads through signing forms, we are able to see wherever they came from.

I dislike the fact that Zapier is in our technology's team hands.
