What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of it it's very easy to automate a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I once created an automation that created a loop (my own fault), this costed me a lot of Zapps and some money. However when I contacted their customer service they could help me. I still use Zppier a lot now and the more I use it, the more convenient the tool becomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is use it mainly to automate sending e-mails to new leads, but I also use the Google Contacts and Google Sheet integrations a lot to save time.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Zapier to build systems and processes, workflows, and features in 8 companies. From early-stage startups to post-IPO. I've used Zapier for product, sales, marketing, operations, and much more. It's an invaluable tool that saved me months of work and millions of dollars. I use it a lot. It is easy and they have great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Always a bit of room to improve but overall, I've built entire systems on top of zapier at a fraction of the development cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling integrations, workflow automation, and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is robust and reliable, with excellent support available and an extensive knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support, while very, very good, is not as timely as one might wish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling users of ServiceNow to have their Requests and Incidents handled by MSP that uses ConnectWise PSA internally.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is so essential in my work. The ability to connect different tool and extract and acquire data. Very useful in my automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitation when gathering a data, but very minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solve my automation of data from my typeform to other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier helps to integrate different webservices and automate process without much code. Zapier have integrations with few thousands services and connecting your applications with zapier is easy. It can save a lot of time by using zapier instead of building inhouse integration. Building zapier integration is more than enough to connect with many service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There will be occational downtime on fetching things, and may not be suitable for mission critical services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps you to integrate your product with 6000+ apps, we only have to build one integration with zapier. It saves a lot of effort and reliable results.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier allows a small business owner to operate on a large scale. Automating busy waork, making your data instantly useful on a number of platforms and keeping your organizations backend running smoothly.
The automations are easy to set up. The sheer amount of connection available makes it rare that you can't find a "ZAP" that works for you. For real estate when time is of the essence, I like knowing my clients and collegues get a response in a timely manner even when I'm unavaialble. My data being sent to multiple platforms saves me a great deal of time and expense that would normally require staff. Once you set up a good set of automations, your time can be better put to use on more complex office processes. Currently, we use Zapier with Grist Spreadsheets via webhook to update our dashboards, agent profiles, and CRM. Zapier has an email parser that allows incoming emails from our Tripetto Forms to be scanned, parsed and added to our database automatcally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I don't have any dislikes. The price is comprable for what you get. Free tier is generous. And I find the offerings to be abundant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allows one person to act like a full administrative team. If you really take the time to thoughtfully create your zaps and workflows you can get a lot of productivty handled with minimal effort.
I no longer have to deal with writing documents with automatic merges. setting up your triggers gives you a way to respond to clients and teammate instantly. This includes texting as well as email. Previously, Zapier was used to update our Wordpress website by keeping the real estate data on the homepages dynamic.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love this service! It is amazing. You can pretty much program any flows you want to accomplish a task. For example I connect it to my shopify acocunt and when a customer purchases it I can have it automatically do all the fulfillment on it's own. I also have the ability for it to provide licenses to my customers automatically and sign them up for things. It has discord integration as well! There is SOOOOOOOO many uses for this. It is one, or the best, service I have ever seen! Their customer support is also amazing. They will help you get setup so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little wonky and slow but you get used to it. Also, it is a little expensive but not terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eveyrthing! I do not have to worry about automating my business and customer purchases. I am a software developer and this makes is so easy omg!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zapier helps to connect my other software to help with my business's day-to-day operations. It works every day on autopilot, without my involvement every day and it's easy to use. It's really easy to use and now for people who are not tech savvy, they have an ai bot that helps you learn how to connect things or set it up with tutorial videos without even needing to reach out to support. Overall I would highly recommend Zap for many reasons but it will help you in your business and have you up and running in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to understand with connecting the zaps to other platforms, support isn't that easy to get ahold of as they focus on a lot of FAQ responses. I'm grateful for YouTube videos, their new zap automation for not-so-tech-savvy people, and the price. I hate to say it but the price is high compared to other similar companies but they are good at what they do so it's hard to say whether I would switch to another company or not if they have similar features as I don't have a personal touch or experience with the company to maintain loyalty if I have to be honest. However, I am enjoying their services now and like what they are doing. Maybe if they improved the customer service features more people would maintain loyalty and would want to use their services every day as they have made it easy to use and integrate with other software that's out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps to autmoate not important tasks or updates that would usually need manual attention. Like adding in contacts to my voip phone line, connect to clickup, slack, and so forth for day to day operation and updates.

What do you like best about the product?

What I Love:

1. Ease of Use: Zapier's drag-and-drop interface allows me to set up automation flows without any coding skills. It's intuitive and doesn't require a steep learning curve.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside I've encountered is that setting up more intricate Zaps can be a bit time-consuming. Sometimes, I find myself investing more effort than expected to get everything running smoothly. Also, as my automation needs grew, the pricing structure, tied to tasks and apps, became a bit costly.

Nevertheless, Zapier remains my favorite tool for automating workflows. It has saved me a ton of time and effort, making my daily tasks much more manageable.
