Zapier makes integrations easy for people with a simple solution and frees time for important stuff
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier just works for simple tasks and give non technical people a hand with data transfer tasks between readily available applications. It reduces a lot of time of clicking and copy pasting between apps and has some ability to smart filter, rename of do other things with information between apps. And yes it is realiable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tiered model basis on usage of flows, triggers etc. is fine now but because it is based on certain usage scenarios it does not fit our usage needs. Which is fine as we buy its functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect multiple environments and exchanges data in a functionally separated environment. So all data between for example, Salesforce and Workspace is handled by Zapier and not using its integrated features in these products.
Probably the best, but not practical due to pricing
What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool for automating tasks and integrating different apps and services.
Regarding features and UX, Zapier is still superior to other alternatives like Flowmattic, which I am currently using. While Flowmattic is more affordable and offers no limits on tasks/runs/integrations and full ownership of logs and data, Zapier has a broader range of integrations with niche apps.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. It became too high for the business, and we had to switch to multiple systems to get all the native integrations we needed. We were able to centralize everything under a different provider using webhooks and APIs.
Zapier needs a more affordable pricing plan for businesses operating in developing countries (parity pricing).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to create clients, invoices and payment logs for our e-commerce, to streamline and reduce the cost of administrative tasks. We also used it briefly for social media posting but went with a dedicated platform instead.
User friendly, yet powerfull and mature solution for you automation needs
What do you like best about the product?
As a non-coder, my first impression was very positive since it is a very user-friendly graphical interface that can be easily understood by the typical office power user. The maturity of the solution also means there is a very vast number of integrations. I actually use Zapier as a mechanism to find new interesting apps, as I like to see what new integrations are created.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, Zapier lost a lot of goodwill with its customers due to some money-pinching practices and service issues. Its main premise is to automate, and if the automation stop due to issues on their side, that's as serious as it gets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use Zapier to automate the processing of incoming emails from partners and vendors. They always have the same format/content, so it's the typical work that can and should be automated.
Don't be fooled by the simple UI, this tool does a lot, including your own code execution.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple integration with so many tools, and if a tool is not available, you can code your own scripts, in nearly any programming language, making this tool everything you need for integrating tools and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a script stops working and continually sends you error emails, it can be quite overwhelming. And you're not completely clear what happens when you re-run the tool. Plus sometimes, you need to run thousands of executions when you really need just a few if the event trigger had more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect systems together to improve the operations of our org. Specifically, I integrate Site24x7 and gmail to automate notifications when website are performing poorly. I also use it to connect Jira and hubSpot so that when a task is worked on, the deal in hubspot will get updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement, no complex coding processes are required, and it has many built-in automations.
We can save a lot of work in process validation, we save many hours of work

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment everything is fine, from its free plan and everything else mentioned in the previous comment, so far the process of integrating doubt with Zapier has been satisfactory, every day we advance in testing new integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many, we reduce a lot of work time developing integrations through APIs, it allows us to validate many automations and validate it with the team, we do much more work in more important areas
Make life so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is thorough, friendly and polite when you have issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love for it to be cheaper. Our business relies on immediate Zaps, placing us into a higher plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed our website to speak to a Third Party supplier (OnFleet), pushing our orders over ready for drivers to deliver.
Zapier enables this to happen automatically, which removes the extra work required by the office staff.
We also use it to send sales figures to managerial spreadsheets.

Zapier - King of Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It honestly runs our business infrastructure. It connects almost every app out there in one way or another.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed, oh my god. It sometimes takes hours for a single field of data to move.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of native app integration with other platforms that we prefer.
Zapier helps my workflow by integrating all my important platforms together so they are in sync.
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier takes out all the manual data exchange between different tools I need for my business. It automates my work so I have more time and get work done faster and more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to not like about the tool. It can get a little expensive if you grow to a professional-level account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had internal communication issues where tasks were not in flow because platforms did not talk to one another. By autmoating the integration between platforms it helps keep projects moving between various people.
The best all-in-on integration tool on the marketing
What do you like best about the product?
UX/UI is top-notch, and their native integration list is extremely diverse. The tool functions as it should, and the menu navigation makes it easy to find what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the folder hierarchies become a challenge to navigate when you have hundreds of unique zaps in the parent tenant that belong to different departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is being used to connect and integrate tools that otherwise don't have a native integration or would require a custom API configuration to achieve the same result.
A simple tool for automation
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to learn. It can be implemented in minutes. An excellent tool that has tremendous potential to replace a lot of monotonous and mediocre work. This is a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Seems to be a very easy-to-use and excellent tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently experimenting with the tool, and it seems to fit my expectations and requirements.
