An extremely powerful tool that keeps getting better

  • August 08, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect apps that you couldn't otherwise connect (or that you couldn't connect easily). On top of that, Zapier's built-in tools are really, really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot to learn with any app and Zapier is no exception. There are just so many different things you can connect and do that it's sometimes a little overwhelming. But it's definitely worth the effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly the ability to sync data between different apps, many of which don't offer built-in integrations. And some that do offer built-in integrations do not offer the features or power that Zapier does.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Zapier to connect our tools when they don't have native integrations and mostly to get updates in our Slack
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now, would be great to be able to use conditions in the free plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missing native integrations + ability to send and get notifications from tools

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapie solves problems by automating all my client communication and places leads in organised sheets

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the fast setup are the things I like most from Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web editor sometimes is laggy and slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of systems to intercommunicate, and Zapier is a good solution to carry information from one system to another automaticallly.

An excellent service for integration

  • July 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration to bring leads in. It makes it so easy to import leads from things like SurveySparrow into Acculynx with this service
What do you dislike about the product?
The extra cost if you have a high number of leads coming in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use things like survey sparrow, google business leads, and other lead generating software, and instead of having to hand input in the lead information, Zapier automatically inputs as a new lead for us and assigns a rep based on location.

Quick and easy

What do you like best about the product?
Using Zapier is crucial to a sales/marketing business using multiple platforms to optimize performance.

We use Zapier to automate a ton of workflows and ensure that our teams are well connected and focusing their efforts on important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally goes down and when you rely on an integration tool to document payment or something else mission critical, it can be a pain to wait for Zapier to get back online.

Luckily this has only happened 2-3 times ever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier keeps our data organized by ensuring that it is filed in the correct place. This saves hours of manual entry that other companies are literally paying people to do.

Zapier Review

  • July 26, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's really nice to connect apps between each other automatically. It's easy to use even if we have zero notion of code or computer science. The integration with other apps is easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, the only downside is the price which is a bit higer for small business. But on the other hand it helps us to better monitor the activities and allows us to gain time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with other app and monitoring the activiies of my website such as subscription, payment or failled purchase. It's great to use and the analytics are easy to understand.

Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use. I use it primarily to move items from google tasks to to-do-ist. I like that I can put the item in my custom sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not affordable for personal use. I need more than 5 but I don't need 750 tasks. There's no price plan between 0 and 20 per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to move items out of google's crappy workplace into a more robust application like ToDoIst

Efficient automation and stable performance

  • July 24, 2023
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I am using it for automation – any kind of automation that we use along with other tools within the organization.

What is most valuable?

There are a few valuable features, like the stability that it comes with and also the number of features that it offers. I've used other services like Pabbly, but they don't offer similar numbers of applications that Zapier has or allows to integrate with – it's maximum.

What needs improvement?

There is room for improvement in the support. They are not responsive, and they don't take much time to get resolved.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Zapier for more than four years. I currently use the latest version.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I would rate the stability an eight out of ten. There is room for improvement.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I would rate the scalability a nine out of ten. There are around ten users in my company using Zapier.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is very easy. The deployment didn't take long because we just needed a subscription to get started.

What was our ROI?

I saw an ROI.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing is average; it is neither too cheap nor too expensive. Moreover, there are additional costs to the standard license.

It comes along with the number of tasks that you consume. That's something extra cost.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend using the solution. No prior knowledge or any other no-code automation tool is needed. It's very easy to get started. The advanced features might take a bit of time to grasp, but that's it.

Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten.

Used to be my favourite, now it's the worst of the bunch

  • July 21, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to integrate varing software and pass the information across to ensure consistency and uniformity of the data. Also can ensure that data is where want it, when we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to love Zapier. I've been a user for more than 10 years. It used to be the flagship and the most effective software to use.

Now, it's the most bloated, expensive and unhelpful software out there.

As with so many software solutions, they seem to think that more "features" is the way to go, totally forgetting about the actual users.

That and they now want to increase prices from our old legacy pricing by 100% for 25% of the original usage.

It seems like they are no longer interested in the people that built the company, they just want enterprise clients now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well it used to be used to ensure our collected data was located in whichever system we wanted/needed it, as well as we used to use it for aggregation and cleaning of the data.
