What do you like best about the product?
Zapier brought in automation which was missing in our daily office routine. Today we have multiple zaps that sends out emails or notifications to the tools that we have integrated with. Works like a charm and quitely in background as if is never there. Our created Zaps are running everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Abrupt disconnections of the Zaps. The error codes it provides are hard to understand as there is no way to decode them unless we raise a ticket. The response is quick, but they don't teach how we can solve the error permanently. It is sometimes very difficult to create the Zap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If my employee sends a time-off request, my HR should get notified in Microsoft Teams as a private message. We were missing this automation as our HR was always overwhelmed with the number of emails, and often the time-off request emails used to get ignored. Now they get addressed immediately. It increased process effifency. Whenever a sales team sends our a quote using Jotform, a Zap is sent to our Microsoft teams channel. All of these automation creates a nice ecosystem that improves efficieny.
User Friendly, Problem Solving!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the number of apps that it lets you connect to expedite your company processes! How easy it is to set and that they give you the option to have an expert help you set your zaps if you ever face an issue an affordable price!
What do you dislike about the product?
I did face a few issues with certain zaps but it was mainly on how they were set up on the root program, not on zappier, however, it took me a while to figure it out since zappier's solutions on their articles were a bit vague.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, and confidence that things will run smoothly even though I am not that focused on certain actions, but Zapier will make the process so effortless that I don't need to worry is something falls through the cracks.

The amount of integrations is very impressive, there is literally a solution for everything I needed so far

The fact that they charge multiple credits for Zaps that require more than one step

Connecting CRM with other tools like google sheets, texting tools, LinkedIn, etc

Helps to automate and improve processes. As my background is in processes, helps knowing how to automate stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
bit complex! would help to have more pre-required to know stuff (for hardcore automations)

Great integration software
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier helps me bridge the gap between the various software I use and saves me A LOT of time on a monthly basis so I don't have to do manual data entry as a business owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations with certain software that could be improved upon. Not sure if these issues are strictly due to Zapier, or the limitations of the secondary software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allows me to create triggers in my work and have repetitive tasks be automated in a way that saves me time and money.

Creating notification in Glide and automating email reply in Glide

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to build automation pipelines; you can do very basic stuff until very complex automation, including data parsing and transformation to achieve complex results
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find a really important thing that I dislike, the only thing maybe is sometimes there is a lack of documentation or examples to achieve complex automations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to automatize the quality assurance processes and reports that we have set in my company, also help us to track user actions in the onboarding processes of new customers

Simple to use and straightforward - coding is not needed to do tasks you would otherwise not be able to do

In need of more websites/softwares to Integrate with Zapier and begin using their services! Also in need of other websites to have more "triggers" for Zapier

Zapier is currently allowing us to collect lead submissions and send them to Salesforce, creating a lead and an account for the submission

Some resources are limited, as the tricks to execute the jobs.

Zapier is connecting my Pipefy processes. So I can share information between the pipes from each team, such as Logistic, Commercial and PCP.

What do you like best about the product?
Things which I like about Zapier are as such:- (I have a vast list, but this is just a demo)
1) it has 50000+ Applications
2) Zapier University (Videos helped me learn Zapier from Basic to advanced).
3) Step by Step flow of Data ( across applications)
4) As easy as Driving my Ferrari on a straight road.

What do you dislike about the product?
Things which I dislike about Zapier:-
1) Pricing is a bit high (For Small business owners, if it can be reduced or extra Tasks can be added).
2)There is no way to Duplicate a step ( if we have to repeat a step repeatedly). We must do the tedious task repeatedly ( unless it is inside Path).
3) Zapier Expert Program ( even though I know Zapier as much as an Expert knows) I can get approved for the Zapier Expert Program just because I don't have a Higher Plan of Zapier ( we as a freelance don't go with High Plans but we have clients, whom we have worked with has High Plans), and experts like me are building the zaps for them.
