Love the concept - makes automation easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to automate tasks and connections throughout the different apps and services we use. From Gmail to Facebook and our CRM, we use this consistently throughout everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much. The free version gets you too excited to not move it a paid version.

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to do whatever I imagined through zaps. From webhooks to python script for on-the-fly data manipulation
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can get very very high very quickly. It will really depend how critical my data is. Some items which are very easy on zap, are not configured by me simply because it does not make economical sense to pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to take data from one platform to the other without worrying about errors and manual intervention

Takes care of work so your assistant doesn't have to. Connects securely with so many programs I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive if you only need a little functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps my different programs work together, makes sure diverse aspects of my work stay on track and in sync, saving time and increasing productivity.

Ease of use, ability to connect basically any apps you are using, affordable cost, logging of errors

So far it's been great. The error notifications when setting up a zap are sometimes challenging to figure out

With Zapier if is do easy to sync the data received via the numerous saas software we are using. Thus we can always ensure we are using the top performing tool in a specific area, while still being able to sync all lead info into one single place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and user friendliness of the platform. It allows for me to easily connect multiple points of software together with ease, and minimal (no) code knowledge necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does depend a lot on the 3rd party software about what capabilities that they allow. There's a lot of tricks that work, but only if you know what you're looking for or where to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting different software (Google suite / Slack / Insided / Zendesk / SFDC / Pandadoc etc) seemlessly and with ease. I am able to automate much of my work, so that I can do a task and know that it gets recorded and passed along to the relevant teammates without having to stop and check.

The step-by-step guidance when creating a new Zap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is poor, lacking and I believe is intended to push you towards hiring a Zapier expert on another platform.

Zapier integrates two different Saas products for ease of use. You can save time by using Zapier.

Lots of integrations - zapier is almost iconic in the API integration space
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier is a victim of its success - the product has some obvious shortcomings that haven't been fixed in a while. Also, pricing is exorbitant for some common integrations.

Automating parts of my business, especially lead management and CRM

This is good integration between XEncall and Zapier for us to get all the information into our cloud based CRM Salesforce

I think on the fields for some ...it needs to cutomize

integration, it helps to get all the leads information moving to our CRM and because of that our sale increase

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Getting a zap set up with Appcues was pretty quick, and their solution allowed us to skip asking for eng help. Any time we can give back to our engineers is a win.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I will note, it's important that both Zapier and the product you're connecting keep their docs/help/faqs up to date. There was a small part regarding the linked ref that was not quite accurate and I needed to experiment to get that right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving for the need to export/download the raw csv files for a table. In order to update the intake of data we would need to do this daily, potentially multiple times a day. Connecting a zap allows us to automate that and not have to worry about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has a lot of flexibility in connecting systems together that do not have native integration and the price point enables easy adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team collaboration is only available at higher packages and some limitations of branching at free and personal subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between ad platform / MAP / CRM without involving a developer or coding. This allowed the marketing team to work very efficiently.
