What do you like best about the product?
I think its good for tracking event data and giving detailed metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI seems a little clunky. Its hard to figure out how to compare data from 2 different time ranges. There should be an easy way to figure out a spike in errors and link it to certain viewer sessions immediately without going to multiple different subpages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us track issues in Production and address it in real time. Helps us pinpoint which team is affected by the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
I like from user perspective is very useful and each user can view and generate alerts pretty easy
What do you dislike about the product?
From admin perspective isn't easy! Specially if you manage multiple index/orgs it's so hard when you need to enroll new users!

Help very quick to view how our view is going on

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Conviva’s Operational Data Platform is its ability to provide real-time, granular insights into streaming performance and user behavior. The platform gives a unified view across metrics like engagement, quality of experience, and audience trends, which makes it much easier to diagnose issues quickly and make data-driven decisions. I also appreciate the scalability and reliability of the platform—it handles large volumes of data efficiently while still delivering actionable insights. The visual dashboards and drill-down capabilities are intuitive, helping both technical and business teams align around the same data.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Conviva’s Operational Data Platform is very powerful, one challenge is that the interface can feel complex for new users, and it takes some time to get familiar with all the features. In addition, some advanced customization and reporting options require extra effort compared to standard dashboards. Occasional data refresh delays or syncing issues can also impact real-time analysis in certain cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conviva Operational Data Platform helps solve the challenge of monitoring streaming performance in real time by providing visibility into audience behavior, engagement, and quality of experience. Instead of relying on delayed or siloed reports, we can now quickly identify playback issues, understand content performance, and track user journeys in one place. This has benefited us by reducing troubleshooting time, improving decision-making with reliable insights, and enhancing the overall streaming experience for our users, which directly supports customer satisfaction and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows to have a clear view of of the user experience, integrating all the info necessary to undertand what's going on. Allow deep dive to user level session in an easy way after you understand how it works, we use it everyday in our company
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to get features if it's not a widespread request from multiple customer, it's an expensive product. Not super easy when you start

Clear view of the user experience and deep down in case of issues

One potential drawback is that the platform can feel complex at first, requiring some time and training to fully leverage all its powerful features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Conviva Operational Data Platform is solving the challenge of accessing and analyzing customer data in real time. In many cases, delays in data retrieval or incomplete insights can lead to slower decision-making and a less responsive customer experience. With Conviva, I’m able to monitor live customer interactions, identify issues as they happen, and take immediate action to resolve them.

Limited Insight into CDN and ISP-Level Issues
Problem: Without granular network performance data, it's difficult to tell if issues are caused by CDNs or ISPs.

How Conviva Helps: Offers granular CDN, ISP, and geographic insights for troubleshooting.

Benefit : Enables faster root-cause identification and smarter routing or vendor decisions

What do you like best about the product?
It puts user-focused, real-time information at the centre of operational analytics. It gives teams the ability to identify and address problems immediately, automates root-cause investigation, and does it on a uniform, highly effective platform that streamlines processes and reduces expenses. Conviva provides a significant advantage if you wish to provide smooth, fulfilling digital experiences, particularly in streaming or app-based contexts.

Complexity is brought about by the platform's wide range of functionalities. It requires time and onboarding work to become proficient in all areas, including schema, queries, and visualisation.
