What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to use, no drama and to the point. The support team led by Nishant Badhe is top notch, always available, even on weekends. The integration is super easy, and one can do it by themselves. We use this platform often and recommend to all our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface looks slightly old fashion, That's it. But if you want to get the real work done then this tool is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is our primary CRM solution, as unlike many other platforms, we can integrate new clients on msg91 in a matter of minutes.

The ui look uninutivie and clumsy. Other than that we are good with them.

MSG91 helps us manage bulk messaging efficiently, but the sender name approval process takes too long and delays campaign execution.

The dashboard is user-friendly and provides clear insights into message performance. What really stands out is their responsive support team Mr. Amit, who is always helpful in resolving queries. Overall, MSG91 is a trustworthy solution for scalable customer communication, and we are very satisfied with their services.

I appreciate that MSG91 solves reliable and scalable customer communication by enabling fast OTP delivery, automated notifications, and bulk messaging. The simple dashboard and consistent OTP and transactional messaging improve authentication success rates, reduce login failures, and minimize support issues. API integration was quick and the documentation was clear, allowing basic messaging and OTP flows to be up and running with minimal configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can feel limited for advanced analytics, delivery reports could be more detailed, and support response times can be inconsistent at times. Pricing and routing options could also be more transparent for better cost control.

Also, the clear documentation and intuitive APIs made integration seamless, allowing us to start sending OTPs and notifications almost immediately.

While MSG91 is very reliable, there is room to expand advanced analytics and reporting features. Having more detailed insight on delivery performance and user engagement would make campaign tracking even easier.

Seamless Integration and Stellar Support with MSG91
What do you like best about the product?
I use MSG91 as an SMS gateway for my Shopify app Simplify My Login (https://apps.shopify.com/login-using-otp) to send OTP on SMS and WhatsApp for easy login using mobile number. The platform is very user-friendly, and the APIs are defined for the right standards, making them easy to understand. Support from MSG91, especially Nishant, has been great. He is very responsive and knowledgeable, helping me to get better pricing and quickly solving any issues. The pricing is great, and the platform, along with its support, is best in class. Any issues I have, even on a Friday night, are addressed almost immediately by Nishant with replies within like ten minutes, which has been amazing. I have no reason to switch to another SMS provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SMS capability is already best in class, they can further improve on SMS delivery to countries like Malaysia where none of the SMS gateways provide coverage across all Network providers

I use MSG91 as a SMS gateway for my Shopify app Simplify My Login (https://apps.shopify.com/login-using-otp) to power easy login using OTPs. It's reliable for sending messages on SMS and WhatsApp, making my service more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the integration with MSG91 was smooth and very easy. There was no complexity involved which made the setup seamless. The support from their team was also good, and their assistance was nice which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
They couldn't provide a staging environment due to some restrictions. Having a testing environment for UAT purposes would be nice, though it's not mandatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MSG91 for IVR call services. The integration was very smooth and easy, with good support and no complexity. It's feasible for our SaaS platform needs with affordable initial costs. A staging environment could enhance testing.

MSG91 is great overall, but it does miss a few features that some other platforms offer. Adding more Meta marketing features would make it even more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 helps us handle customer communication smoothly and reliably. We use it to send important messages, such as OTPs, order confirmations, shipping updates, and abandoned checkout reminders, through SMS and WhatsApp, all from one platform.
This has made our work much easier. Messages go out on time, delivery is reliable, and we don’t have to manage multiple tools. The integration is straightforward, which saves us a lot of development effort, and the delivery reports help us quickly understand what’s working and what’s not. Overall, it allows us communicate better with customers and deliver a more trustworthy experience.
