I find MSG91 to be a good marketing tool that works great for WhatsApp marketing, especially in Indian markets. It's very easy to use and convenient, which any user can navigate with ease. The support is quite good, and their team is responsive; whenever I have any issues, I can ping them and they are right back to me with solutions that are up to the mark. Additionally, MSG91 is cost-effective and the initial setup only took a week, which was handled efficiently by a responsive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
MSG91 needs more features, especially compared to other tools in the market. Report dashboard feel cluttered and overly summative , making it difficult to understand to new client

However, these issues are relatively small compared to the overall value the platform provides and can usually be resolved with support assistance or documentation.

I think file hosting and getting the URL can be simplified.

I really appreciate the engineering documentation at MSG91; it's very clear and makes it really easy for our engineers to write code and implement the MSG91 integration. It helps our startup a lot, and we're so glad to be part of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the integration with the DLT portal. Sometimes it gives some, other error codes. Apart from that, all is well.

MSG91 helps our startup by making it very easy for engineers to send messages and write code. The clear engineering documentation simplifies integration and we use it for sending OTP messages to customers.

They are quick to provide solutions and help customers understand any issues they encounter. MSG91 is also easy and affordable, and they offer startup credits, which are quite beneficial. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I'd rate it four out of five.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the startup benefit program needs to be more flexible, and more credits need to be given because some startups take some time to get things working. So it should not be time-bound.
