What do you like best about the product?
MSG91 is extremely easy to configure and integrates smoothly with platforms like Rezolv for large-scale digital communication. The interface is simple, API documentation is clear, and onboarding new client sub-accounts is quick.
Customer support is also quick.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, DLT validations can behave inconsistently across operators and require manual re-checks. The dashboard UI could offer more advanced filtering and search capabilities for logs. WhatsApp template approval timelines can also vary, which is dependent on Meta, not MSG91, but it still affects go-live timelines. Having automated error-reason classification in the panel would improve troubleshooting further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 helps streamline all customer communication—SMS, WhatsApp notifications, and automated journeys—under a single scalable platform. It allows us to onboard multiple clients using sub-accounts, each with separate sender IDs, DLT mappings, and log visibility. This significantly reduces operational overhead and speeds up integrations for new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using MSG91 is its reliable, easy-to-integrate messaging APIs, backed by strong delivery rates and responsive support. The platform also scales well for global use while keeping pricing transparent and developer-friendly, which makes it straightforward to adopt and maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
MSG91 is that the dashboard and documentation can sometimes feel cluttered, which makes it harder to quickly locate specific features or the guidance I need. In addition, some of the more advanced configurations and certain error messages aren’t always very intuitive or clearly explained, and that can slow down troubleshooting—especially for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 ensures reliable SMS and WhatsApp delivery, streamlining customer engagement with OTPs and notifications while reducing manual effort through automated messaging.

MSG91 has a very superb customer service operation. Their response and feedback is extremely swift with a huge touch of best practices professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have absolutely no cause to dislike MSG91 services.

The challenge of verifying the genuine identity of the users' of our application via the OTP process.

I like that MSG91 offers 24-hour support and has a technical team capable of fixing technical issues. I also appreciate having a dedicated relationship manager who assists and helps my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the support team could be stronger. They need to be able to identify and review technical issues or in-depth data instead of just replying with usual responses.

Honestly, I haven't encountered any major issues with MSG91. If I were to mention anything, it would be that sometimes response times can vary during peak hours, but this is common with any service. The overall support and service quality, especially from Mr. Karan, make up for it, so it’s really not a deal-breaker for me.

We are long-time users of MSG91 and have faced a few challenges over time. However, the team has always guided us and resolved issues on priority. A few months ago, our email domain was blocked due to a high failure rate, and the team recommended implementing the email validation service. We followed their suggestion, and it has significantly improved our email performance.
