What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing to like. Its a brand, so I availed the services, but later on I came to know, its a player of my choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything, which includes :
1. Rates are higher than others
2. Support services are poor
3. Interface is not user friendly and highly complicated.
4. They believe more on Robots rather than Humans.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Requirement was of Bulk Promotional and Transactional SMS & Bulk Voice Calls. They are just providing SMS services, nothing else. They don't have proper plugins to integrate with Wordpress Ecommerce Websites. So, actually not a beneficial deal. We are going to stop their services once, credits balance ends.

Integration was seamless. No hassle with template approval. Delivery percentage satisfactory.

Not much disliked anything. Have tried many solutions in the market but this is best.

We are using MSG91 for OTP delivery in our main product.
As we are doing only OTP login so delivery rate matters the most in our product, so the major benefit is a high delivery rate.

Easy integration, simple API's and flexible templates.

Bit confusing about the error handling and basic dashboard

We used it to verify phone numbers of our clients and customers. It was easy to integrate and start using.

They still don't have any wow factor, just like other message service providers

There UX is confusing, support is very bad. Delivery outside India is very bad

They don't have an exact reason for failed messages outside India and also they charge credits for them. Because of this, we are facing lots of issues in international clients

Customer support can be improved. Other than than, we haven't found anything as such which we can say we *disliked* about msg91.
