What do you like best about the product?
I use MSG91 for Email and Mobile OTP verification, and I like the smooth and fast operations it offers. It's budget-friendly, which is a great advantage. I also like their services overall. The initial setup was easy because the support team helps a lot. Also i would like to mention one support team members service and his expertiese in resolving issues and behaviour names. : Pratyaksh Yadav he helped me when i stuck in my email OTP deliveries. He is very good in his work.

I use MSG91 for Email and Mobile OTP verification. It's smooth, fast, and budget-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how MSG91 provides a fallback service for resending OTP via SMS or WhatsApp, which simplifies the process for me as a developer by reducing extra steps. The dashboard is very user-friendly, allowing setup with just a few clicks. Setting up on mobile was pretty easy and quick. Quick Support from Pratyaksh was very helpfull.

MSG91 handles OTP logic with an OTP widget, saving me the hassle. It also offers a fallback service to resend OTPs via SMS or WhatsApp, reducing extra steps for me as a developer with just a few clicks in the dashboard.

I appreciate the overall services and the supportive experience with MSG91. I was particularly grateful that Mr. Pratayksh resolved my issue with the email template very gracefully. It was a smooth experience setting up MSG91, and it helps me easily create email templates for my use case.

What do you like best about the product?
I use MSG91 for RCS and SMS messaging. I like that it offers competitive rates and has thorough API documentation, which makes integration with my internal tools easier and more cost-effective. Additionally, having a unified interface for my needs means I don't have to hop between different platforms for managing customer communications.

I find the UI clunky and the advanced workflow functionalities are not present. I wish there were workflows based on conditions and triggers.

I used it for SMS OTP services, and they are really good.

I rarely run into issues, but whenever something does come up, the support team—especially Daimini—gets on a call and resolves it.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate MSG91's support system as the team is always ready to help and find solutions for issues quickly, which means I don't have to wait long for resolving problems. Integrating MSG91 into multiple applications has been very easy, and I am satisfied with the process. The setup was pretty straightforward, despite minor issues that weren't noticeable at first. I'm satisfied with the service where the Pratyaksh Yadav have helped a lot where he made the onboarding service smoother for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was facing an issue with the onboarding to MSG91. In the guide, it was missing where we have to approve from the smartping, and the error code was a little bit confusing.

MSG91 makes it easy to integrate OTP verification in our app. Their support is great, always ready to help, and resolves issues fast. It's easy to set up despite some minor unnoticeable issues.

I like the service and pricing of MSG91. I find their customer support really helpful. For instance, Shruti Jaisawal from the sales team was very attentive and fast in assisting me. The initial setup felt like a cakewalk because of their excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's, UI and UX. And also their monthly pricing for WhatsApp services ( like its being rigid on payment from 1 St 1 St )
