Perfect message delivery with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed of support at MSG91, as well as the fact that all countries are supported and different sending channels are provided. This greatly helps the users of my application to go through authorization. The setup was very easy, and tech support, especially Karan Chandwani, also helped with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to improve the personal account with support for the mobile version, so that managing it from the phone would be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MSG91 to send OTP messages, which helps users of my app to go through authorization. The advantages include support for all countries and different sending channels, as well as the responsiveness of support.

Some time 20 mnt slot looks not sufficient and in that case next slot is generally not available.

Feature-Rich but Documentation Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like using MSG91 for creating IVR flows because it has a lot of features. I can create templates and choose from different voices available, which is really helpful. I also appreciate the team collaboration features, and I find setting conditions in the IVR flow very useful. The ability to set ring groups and forward calls to specific agents is very beneficial. Overall, these features are what I like most about MSG91.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored much, but the voice service can be upgraded a little bit. The dashboard is not clearly explained, and it can be tricky to configure it. You have to contact their support team because the documentation isn't very great right now. The initial setup wasn't that easy, and the documentation could have been much clearer, but after calling their support team, everything was explained well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 provides a reliable customer support number for my app with IVR flows, allowing me to handle the support team efficiently. Its features like creating templates, choosing voices, and team collaboration are really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like MSG91's simplicity and transparent pricing. The platform's integration of all communication channels is convenient, as I can sign up for MSG91, get their API key, and integrate the APIs into our apps without needing different providers for SMS, email, and WhatsApp. I also appreciate the startup credits they offer for six months, which is really helpful for early-stage startups like us. We switched from Twilio because it was expensive for us, and email and WhatsApp setup with MSG91 was really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their documentation needs to be updated as it's not clear if we have to use the flow API or the OTP API for sending OTP SMS. Improving documentation to be according to use cases will be very useful not just for our company but to every company using MSG91.

I use MSG91 as a single platform for all communication channels, eliminating the need for multiple providers for SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
