What do you like best about the product?
I like MSG91 for its reliable message delivery, which ensures our OTPs and alerts reach users instantly, thus reducing login failures and support tickets. The easy-to-use dashboard makes it simple to track message delivery, manage templates, and analyze reports without requiring technical support, saving time for our operations team. I also appreciate the flexible APIs that help streamline our communication by automating OTPs, notifications, and alerts directly from our system, reducing manual efforts and errors. This makes messaging faster, more reliable, and easier to scale as our communication volume increases. Additionally, the initial setup was fairly straightforward, especially for basic SMS and OTP use cases, as the dashboard and API keys were easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
While MSG91 works reliably overall, the documentation for some advanced features could be more detailed, and the initial setup can feel slightly complex for first-time users. Some of the advanced features like WhatsApp API configuration, template approvals, and detailed reporting could benefit from clearer step-by-step documentation with real use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MSG91 to solve delayed message delivery, automate communication via APIs, and ensure reliable OTPs. It provides a single platform for scalable messaging, saves time with an easy dashboard, and the APIs streamline processes, reducing errors.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I use MSG91 for communications, engagement and conversion of my users and prospective users. It helps in increasing my funnel conversion and customer renewal. I like the Campaign and agentic AI workflow features of MSG91. Campaigns have helped me automate most of my customer communications by organizing and scheduling messages efficiently. The Agentic AI workflows in the Hello feature have reduced my customer support tickets significantly by handling most user queries. The initial setup was very easy, and I must complement the MSG91 support team, who was readily available throughout the process, especially Anchal and Nishant.
What do you dislike about the product?
MSG91 can add more features to WA templates, like enabling emojis in headers, to improve its offerings, though the current features suffice the need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MSG91 for user communications, increasing funnel conversions, and customer renewals. The Hello feature solves customer queries directly. Campaigns automate communications, reducing my workload, and Agentic AI workflows handle queries, cutting support tickets.

At Finxbridge, we found MSG91 to be a reliable and scalable CPaaS platform with well-documented APIs for WhatsApp, SMS, Voice, Email, and RCS, enabling smooth SaaS and CRM integrations.

The support from Nishant (Partnerships team) was excellent—highly responsive, technically strong, and proactive throughout onboarding and integration. His support significantly reduced integration timelines and ensured a seamless go-live.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with MSG91 has been great from the beginning. The initial intro call was very helpful and reassuring, and it gave me the confidence to move over from another platform.

APIs are pretty straightforward to understand and integrate, dashboard is powerful yet very simple to understand. Overall simplicity of their system is what made us at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s only been a few months since we migrated to MSG91. So far, we haven’t encountered any issues, but it’s still too early to draw any firm conclusions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, MSG91 brings SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and Push notifications together in one system. This significantly reduces the cost and effort of investing in, understanding, maintaining, and monitoring multiple separate systems. As a result, go-to-market time is much shorter with MSG91.
