Reliable and Easy OTP Service with Stellar API
What do you like best about the product?
I love the API integration with MSG91. It's very smooth and makes the handling of OTP verifications reliable, providing delivery with speed and consistency. The developer documentation is also very easy to understand, which helps a lot when developing applications for our customers. I really appreciate the responsive support team. They are quick to provide solutions and help customers understand any issues they encounter. MSG91 is also easy and affordable, and they offer startup credits, which are quite beneficial. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I'd rate it four out of five.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the startup benefit program needs to be more flexible, and more credits need to be given because some startups take some time to get things working. So it should not be time-bound.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 reliably handles OTP verifications with speed and consistency, offering smooth API integration that I appreciate. The developer documentation is easy to understand, and support is responsive, which is valuable for my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I use MSG91 for sending WhatsApp notifications and I'm happy with its simple and efficient API. They offer great pricing which makes the service cost-effective. The simplicity of using webhooks for sending notifications is a plus. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciated the good support during onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI looks a little old school.

MSG91 provides the best and simplest API to send WhatsApp notifications with excellent pricing. The WhatsApp API is straightforward with a simple webhook for sending notifications.

MSG91 was open to custom development and supported our specific requirements beyond standard out-of-the-box features.

There is no direct way to raise tickets to the engineering team or interact with engineers directly, which slows down issue resolution for technical or integration-related problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During high-traffic sale periods, when we need to deliver very large message volumes within a short time window (e.g., ~10 minutes), MSG91 helps by buffering messages at their end. We are able to push the data well in advance (around 1-2 hour earlier), after which MSG91 queues the traffic and releases it in a controlled manner at high TPS (1000+ TPS).
This approach eliminates processing bottlenecks on our side, avoids unnecessary delays during peak load, and ensures on-time message delivery during critical sale moments.

What do you like best about the product?
I would like to sincerely appreciate the support team. A special mention to Mr. Nishant Badhe, Mr. Lalit Purve, and Mr. Anurag Upadhyay for their excellent support and consistent follow-ups in resolving the recent issue we faced with Meta. Their coordination made the process smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s difficult to get an immediate meeting slot during urgent production issues. Apart from this, everything has been good.

Recently, we faced a Meta-related issue with WhatsApp messages. The support team helped us resolve it efficiently. We also encountered issues while sharing links via SMS, and the team guided us effectively to overcome those as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I find MSG91 to be a very good software. It's convenient and easy to use. I also appreciate that it has a lot of integrations which are useful, particularly the ODP integration, which is very useful for me.

The support team is really bad. The initial setup of MSG91 was very hard.
