What do you like best about the product?
At Finxbridge, we found MSG91 to be a reliable and scalable CPaaS platform with well-documented APIs for WhatsApp, SMS, Voice, Email, and RCS, enabling smooth SaaS and CRM integrations.
The support from Nishant (Partnerships team) was excellent—highly responsive, technically strong, and proactive throughout onboarding and integration. His support significantly reduced integration timelines and ensured a seamless go-live.
Key USPs: Unified communication APIs, easy integrations, high deliverability, and strong partner support.
Highly recommended for SaaS-driven businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with MSG91 has been great from the beginning. The initial intro call was very helpful and reassuring, and it gave me the confidence to move over from another platform.
APIs are pretty straightforward to understand and integrate, dashboard is powerful yet very simple to understand. Overall simplicity of their system is what made us at ease.

What do you dislike about the product?
It’s only been a few months since we migrated to MSG91. So far, we haven’t encountered any issues, but it’s still too early to draw any firm conclusions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, MSG91 brings SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and Push notifications together in one system. This significantly reduces the cost and effort of investing in, understanding, maintaining, and monitoring multiple separate systems. As a result, go-to-market time is much shorter with MSG91.
Msg 91 Team Delivers Timely Solutions and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
The Msg 91 team is very helpful and provides solutions on time. I would also like to mention Mr. Amit, who consistently provides timely solutions and has been very supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add at the moment. MSG91 is doing very well, and I hope it continues this way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Msg91 has been helping us by providing SMS services, which make it easy for us to connect with our customers.
Challenging Integration, But Excellent Features and Free Credits
What do you like best about the product?
I like that MSG91 offers a suite of products, not just messaging. In the future, if I want to explore options like WhatsApp or other communication models, they're all available there with MSG91. It feels like a one-stop solution, so I don't have to integrate with multiple services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration process with MSG91 is very hard. It should be simpler, ideally allowing completion with just one button click. Currently, it requires subscribing with providers like Jio or Intel and obtaining a message template ID, among other tasks, which makes the initial setup difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 provides APIs that we integrate with our server to send SMS for user login OTPs.
Efficient WhatsApp Notifications, Needs Better Template Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the option to trigger messages directly from MSG91 and view all message logs. The API documentation and the support from their team are also really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many restrictions by Meta for creating WhatsApp templates. It would be better if all this information was provided as a note or something in the dashboard. Now, we get some errors while creating templates, and then we have to do research and find out that there are some restrictions in the patterns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MSG91 for sending WhatsApp notifications and alerts. It allows triggering messages directly and shows all the logs, which is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
MSG91 is easy to use and quick to implement, with a reliable CPaaS infrastructure that scales well. The APIs are well documented, integration is smooth, and message delivery is fast and consistent. It helps centralize communication across channels and reduces operational complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features require additional configuration and are not always intuitive at first. The UI can feel slightly complex for new users, and pricing transparency for certain services could be improved. Occasional delays in feature updates would also be better addressed.

MSG91 helps us manage and automate customer communications at scale through a single CPaaS platform. It solves issues related to reliable message delivery, system integration, and scalability, allowing us to communicate efficiently while saving time, effort, and development resources.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate MSG91 for helping us handle high volume message data with low latency, which is crucial for our needs. I like their support and the low latency SMS delivery they provide. It aids us significantly in OTP verification for users and in sending promotional messages without having to manage SMS queues or handle scalability edge cases ourselves. The initial setup was good, and I'm quite satisfied with the experience overall.

Sometimes, there are issues logging in.

MSG91 helps us handle high-volume message data with low latency. It simplifies SMS queue management and scalability issues for OTP verification and promotional messages, backed by great support.
Quick Setup, Multinational Reach
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of integration and the support with the top technical platforms we use on a regular basis. The setup was very quick; I was able to set up in minutes. MSG91's ability to support multiple countries is particularly valuable, allowing us to streamline our operations without needing multiple partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean, the AI-enabled solutions are slightly in the early stages right now at Amazon. So I hope they improve more with AI communication solutions like AI calling and inference APIs integrated.

MSG91 provides a seamless OTP solution and supports multiple countries, which means I don't need multiple partners.

They have a very supportive team, and the platform is also easy to use and navigate.

I haven’t had any experience with MSG91 to date.
