User-friendly and pocket-friendly, this is an all-in-one application. It offers a solid solution to many customer support problems in one go, making it easier to handle most support needs from a single place.

No cons found yet. I haven’t noticed anything negative so far, but I still need to explore it more to get a clearer sense.

WhatsApp messages and a chatbot in one place, with voice support, plus the amazing feature of an AI chatbot for creating.

What do you like best about the product?
What I actually like most about MSG91 is the customer service. The gentleman I've been working with, Karan Chandwani, has been fabulous. He's one of the most responsive and proactive people I've engaged with. I appreciate his engagement, ability to respond quickly, and give me updates about what's going on, which has been really important for me because the approval process has taken some time, especially living in UAE and Dubai. A large part of why we ended up selecting MGG91 was him as he kept the progress going quickly and efficiently

Nothing as yet since my application is still in the pre launch phase

MSG91 helps me initiate SMS and OTP verifications for new users on my website or app.

I don’t have any major dislikes about MSG91 at the moment.

Ensures critical OTPs, alerts, and notifications reach users quickly and consistently. Handles high volume traffic without failures. Sends SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Voice, and even OTPs through one platform. No need to integrate separate services for different channels.
