What do you like best about the product?
MSG91 offers a robust and developer-friendly communication platform, especially for Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and OTP use cases. The APIs are well-documented, easy to integrate, and scale reliably even during high-traffic scenarios. OTP delivery is fast and consistent, which is critical for user authentication and onboarding flows. The dashboard is intuitive and gives good visibility into delivery status, logs, and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features and configurations can feel slightly complex for non-technical users initially. Pricing and credits could also be explained more transparently in certain cases, especially when using multiple channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 helps us manage transactional messaging, OTP verification, and customer communication at scale without worrying about reliability. It has significantly improved our authentication success rates and reduced dependency on multiple vendors by offering a unified communication platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the expert and polite support team at MSG91. They provide quick resolutions to issues, which makes things easier for me. The easy initial setup with their support team was also a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas are complicated to use, can be made more simple for beginners.

I use MSG91 to automate WhatsApp queries and replies, which lowers my workload.

What do you like best about the product?
Msg91 has delivered reliable and consistent service, with quick resolution of queries and minimal service disruption. We have not faced any major downtime so far, and they continue to be a dependable partner. Msg91 is an integral part of our daily operations. The integration process has been smooth and straightforward, including during new implementations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no specific dislikes regarding Msg91’s services. One key suggestion would be to introduce a post-paid billing model, especially for customers in the financial industry where messaging volumes are dynamic in nature. A post-paid model would provide significant relief by eliminating the need to constantly monitor message balances before launching campaigns. Month-end communication is particularly critical in financial services, and any disruption due to balance exhaustion can impact timely customer communication. Additionally, a post-paid model would be operationally easier to manage, as billing would be raised based on actual usage and settled by the customer accordingly, simplifying reconciliation and payment processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 enables reliable, large-scale customer communication, ensuring timely message delivery with minimal disruption.

What do you like best about the product?
1. MSG91 portal is easy to use, manage templates and monitor delivery status without a training.
2. It is easy to monitor the balance.
3. API integration is also very smooth.
4. Uninterrupted services
5. Account manager is proactive in addressing queries and issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations, his quick responses are also appreciating.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. OTP doesn't expire on repeated requests unless it is used (Security concern raised by RBI auditors almost 2 years back)
2. There is no response on Email OTP service.
3. Some of the MSG91 Portal features are not working/ accessible on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 is being used for sending Transactional and SMS OTPs from our business applications which is benefiting us for maintaining OTP based login and sending transaction alerts to the end users.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the high SMS delivery rates and the simple MSG91 API integration which reduces time. The OTP and authentication flows are secure, ensuring user verification. Pan-India DLT support is a distinct feature. The implementation is quick, especially for OTP generation and verification. Transactional messaging is almost plug and play, which shortens development and testing time. MSG91 has a robust and developer-friendly API, and the account and API key setup are quick. The clear API documentation, template management workflow, and DLT registration and template setup all contribute to the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the error messaging clarity lacking. Certain API error responses could be more descriptive, which would help to reduce debugging and tracking. Also, showing delivery success versus cost per template would help retire inefficient templates, potentially reducing costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MSG91 for SMS delivery, OTP, authentication, bulk messaging, API integration, and monitoring. It has high SMS delivery rates and simple API integration, reducing development time. Secure OTP flows and Pan-India DLT support make user verification seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
The support from MSG91 has been quite good for me. Whenever I called, I definitely received a response. Pratyaksh Ji and his team understood my needs well and supported me, which I really appreciated. The dashboard setup was simple and easy to understand, and I found it convenient.

MSG91 helped me resolve the issue of images not displaying in my email. They informed me that I would need to verify my DMAT.

What do you like best about the product?
I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Karan for the exceptional service he has provided to our firm. His support, especially in template creation, has been truly commendable. Whenever I faced any challenges, Mr. Karan was always the first to step in and assist, and he has been consistently supportive over a long period of time. He is extremely prompt, reliable, and delivers excellent service with a positive attitude. His strong product knowledge made the entire process smooth and efficient, and he was always clear and patient in explaining things. What do you like best about the product?
The no-margin option on meta prices and the OTP widgets are really helpful for carrying out the implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The DLT process took a long time. Even though it wasn’t handled by them, I still expected support, since it was my first time doing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The OTP verification with the widgets has really helped us. Their pricing, compared with AWS and other market options, is really impressive.
