From Weak to Strong: Best Password Manager

  • July 13, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1. Multi Device Support: Bitwarden provides the best multi-device support of any password manager available, and their seamless cloud syncing accomplishes the job flawlessly.

2. Valut: From Logins, Cards, Identities and Secure Notes the vault does everything perfectly

3. Functionalities: Bitwarden provides unrivaled features such as biometric unlock, pin unlock, login request, and the ability to create and organize folders for numerous logins.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Two Factor Autentication:One requires the key of 2FA for access to Bitwarden, but the password to the authenticator is kept in Bitwarden, so you become locked in both and risk losing all stored passwords. I recommend not using 2FA to secure it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multidevice Password Manager and Genetor for passwords from 8bit to 128bit

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything wrong with this application yet; this makes my work easy and saves me time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden is helping me to manage all my passwords, and it helps suggest me strong passwords whenever I create a new account on the web. I don't need to remember many passwords for various websites; I can easily access all the passwords by entering one master password in Bitwarden.

Bitwarden password manager

  • June 15, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is a password manager that helps you securely store and organize your passwords, logins, notes, credit card details, etc., across devices with strong encryption and syncing. It stands out because it’s open-source, affordable, and secure — making it a top choice for both individuals and teams.
Open-source code is publicly auditable and regularly reviewed, increasing transparency and trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autofill may feel less smooth compared to rivals… often requiring manual trigger clicks.
Also, Some users report the interface isn’t as polished or intuitive as premium alternatives like 1Password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden is solving my password management with simple clicks while using a laptop or mobile device. It benefits me to manage the password by applying a master password and securing my other confidential information within the vault.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is a secure platform that protects my passwords and sensitive information and helps me to generate strong passwords. This benefits me because I have to remember so many passwords so it keeps my password safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bitwarden is an excellent platform, but the UI is not up to the mark. It works smoothly on computers but not mobiles, so the mobile application needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a beneficial platform to remember and keep all my passwords safe and secure. I don't need to type every time my passwords on websites or applications it enters by itself.

Review for Bitwarden

  • June 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden has came u p with new features such as: Passkey support, authenticator enhancements, Bitwarden secrets manager. Moreover, I came up with understanding that it has rolled out more modern interface on desktop and mobile apps.
It is usually designed for developers and DevOps teams under IT sector field to securely store, manage, and access infrastructure secrets like API keys, tokens, and passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes, I feel there can be slight improvement in some areas like, performance speed over desktop and browser extensions as it's slight slower compared to NordPass. Whereas, offline access is still limited in Bitwarden as we couldn't add or modify entries while being offline. Autofill engine can be improved to match more sites and offer smarter suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden application is solving my problem to keep remembering all the passwords and to save them password. It benefits me simple access to random files and securely sharing passwords.

Great alternative to LastPass

  • June 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is an Opensource software, which means anyone with technical know-how can verify what's going on under the hood, with no private data collection.

UI is consistent and works both on browser (Chome, firefox etc) and phones (iOS, Android)
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I missed from LastPass is an option to select which login credential to use if I have multiple credentials saved for some site.

Little slow on Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use software like Office 365, 8x8work, and JobDiva at work, and it's easy to log in and manage credentials using Bitwarden.
Sometimes I use two computers, and signing in is more accessible with Bitwarden. Bitwarden auto-saves new login and even recommends a strong, complex password whenever there's a need to update credentials.

Bitwarden Review

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Managing passwords, Website links is the best part about this. It is one of the most excellent ways to keep your passwords on track, and all you need to do is keep track of bit warden's password.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not provide some extra features like web monitoring and storage, which other password managers do flawlessly. This can impact the growth, and other parts should be added quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generally don't remember a lot of passwords, and keeping them open is also a problem, So Bitwarden helps the user to be sure that all the passwords and websites are at a safer place.

Well made tool for password management

  • May 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you have the ability to host your own server. This means that you can keep all your data on your own machines, and don't have to rely on the cloud. This makes it far more secure than other solutions. Also, it is much more feature-rich than other password managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
LastPass has a little icon next to Username and Password boxes on websites. This was my most used feature of LastPass. The closest thing Bitwarden has to this is the menu when you right-click, and they auto-fill keyboard shortcut.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a password manager more secure than LastPass. After the many leaks and data breaches LastPass faced, we could no longer trust them with our sensitive data. With Bitwarden, we can host our own "vault," meaning that all our password data never gets stored in the cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing with my teams the critical password; with the SSO option, I can stop the sharing when there is any change.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Microsoft Store App has a lot of bugs!!. The auto-complete feature doesn't work some times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing the password database securely with my team. The licence also includes a personal vault that is appreciated by my team. I can share only a password or a group.

Simply the Best Password Manager, even on free tier!

  • April 18, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is easy to use and offers all the essential features you might want from a password manager, even on its free tier. The mobile app is excellent and easy to use. I like how the app pulls the website icon you're saving the credentials for because it makes it easy to identify the records.

UPDATE: The Browser extension has greatly improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Although the mobile and desktop apps are excellent, the UI could be better. The UX flow to add a record to your favorite records is obscure compared to other alternatives.
- There is no built-in dark web monitoring or automatic password rotation.
- Having the option to use the free tier app to store MFA authenticators would be an excellent addition to the free tier.

UPDATE: Do a better job at promoting new features and changes as they are added to the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need for a free password manager that syncs your passwords between all your devices. It makes it super easy to quickly log in to all your accounts on multiple devices
