Bitwarden is a solid product that I hope continues to improve
What do you like best about the product?
It has a robust desktop app and a clean UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple UI actions are not possible, e.g. dragging and dropping a password item from one category to another (this can be accomplished using the move button).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's freemium model is quite generous, something that can't be said of a number of other players in the market. In addition, it is open source which gives one more confidence in the product that some of it's closed and glitchy competitors. It also is less aggressive in auto-filling passwords which makes it less of a security risk.
The best open source password solution for enterprises
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with all devices and secure vault features is very befitting for us to store any confidential documents of our company. Again, the data breach or leak monitoring feature is intuitive for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to improve the autofill and auto-save functions. Whenever we change our old passwords, sometimes the password is not filled automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we can share passwords securely among our employees, Limit access to passwords. We can also store our confidential reports on a highly secure, AE256-bit encrypted environment inside bitwarden. Overall, bitwarden increased our productivity and ability to stay safe online and be fearless with passwords and documents.
Great at the basics (passwords)
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile Android app functions well at basic password autofill for websites when the vault is unlocked, and seems to allow you to associate apps to relevant websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Android app has a ways to go to match parity with LastPass because it lacks a persistent, easily accessible way of accessing it in the notification drop-down, and it does not fill web forms with identity or credit card information. Those are bare minimums in my book.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password, credit card, and identity form fill management.
Great Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is really easy to use and makes securing accounts and securely sharing passwords and other data very simple and easy. It's also not super intrusive when you sign into something and it asks to save your password. Some password managers are really annoying with their prompts to save new sites, but Bitwarden simply adds a small bar at the top of the screen that is easy to both ignore or dismiss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bitwarden is great and there's not much to dislike. The interface is a little dated and could definitely use some upgrading, but it's mostly just an aesthetic issue. The functionality is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden is helping us keep all of our accounts secured by allowing us to use complex secure passwords and enabling us to share them with other members of the team as needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Android app : sometimes logging out for no reason, and auto-fill sometimes doesn't pop up
- Item types : there's 4 of them : Login / Card / Identity / Secure note : login and card are so useful, but the rest is almost meaningless, it misses some features to be helpful
- "Send" section : I understand nothing to this section, and what it's for

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to free my brain and remember only a few passwords without compromising security of my accounts, moreover, securing them at maximum with like 14 characters random generated passwords
The best password manager that is extremely safe
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is a complete package, it is compatible with any device from any laptop to any smartphone. It made my life way better because now I can have secured passwords that too without any risk because it is open sourced and I can access my account from anywhere and at anytime
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about bitwarden but sometimes it is unable to autofill the information directly so I need to manually copy-paste the info from my bitwarden vault
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making my social media more safe and secure, It helps me to access my accounts easily and instantly and also I need not remember any passwords
Wonderfull
What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for secure password management software and finally with bitwarden free I found what I needed for password management
What do you dislike about the product?
for my needs the software works perfectly for my needs and at the moment I don't see any anomalies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to manage all the passwords in one place without having to remember them and above all have them always with me in every device from which I connect.
Good Software
What do you like best about the product?
Managing all the passwords for accessing websites, clouds, servers and various online services from one place is perfect for me with the free plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
On free-plan, sometimes auto-completing user and password don't work properly. Anyway, I hope it will be solved in the next release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accelerate work processes and secure access password management for all site access.
Web and app vault
What do you like best about the product?
For those who want to be secure like me, Bitwarden is easy to set up and has the power to create unique passwords thta no one can guess no matter the combination they use to try and crack your passwords
What do you dislike about the product?
Carefully transmit data to others to avoid your passwords landing to the wrong hands or people knowing your master password which can unlock everything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strengthened security and boosted productivity onlune and because we can track audit trails, user and group access to sensitive data is kept in check
UX needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
That the software is open-source and the free version provides decent functionality as compared to the competitors. Its availability on pretty much every platform one can imagine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface needs to prioritize information for everyday use-cases. Currently, on visiting a website, the browser plugin doesn't show me a fill icon button. Instead, I am given an option to copy the verification code. This 'Copy verification code' icon is mostly greyed-out and shows an irrelevant clock icon. I would appreciate it if fill password/username would be provided here as an option as opposed to other actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to move away from Google passwords, which has a reputation for unethical usage of user data. It is also allowing me to create stronger passwords without worrying about remembering them.
