Password Management with 2FA
What do you like best about the product?
I love the security of not having to remember all my passwords—just one. Plus, having integrated 2FA right within the platform makes everything so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the app, it doesn't always recognize the password fields. Sometimes I have to manually open the app and search for the password instead of relying on autofill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is the security of my accounts, both professional and personal. I can rest assured they’re safe and don't have to worry about my credentials being leaked by the platform.
Intuitive Integration and Security in One Click
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden to save passwords and generate new ones more securely. This solves the problem of having all my passwords in the same place. The integration with browsers is something I really like, as it makes logging into websites very easy, being just a click away. I also find the initial setup of Bitwarden quite intuitive and I use it on my phone, which is very good.

Affordable and Simple Password Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden for both personal and professional vault management. I like that it's cheaper compared to other solutions, yet I still see value in using it. I also appreciate the simplicity of use. I found the encryption to be more robust than my previous tool, KeePass.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the vault for archives could be improved. I've seen other solutions that work very well in that direction. The web app interface for the vault is good for encrypted sending, but it could also be useful for big encrypted files, like some sort of S3.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to remember 80+ complex passwords with Bitwarden, making password management much easier.
Feature-Rich and Simple, But Setup Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bitwarden's feature set and simplicity, which makes it easy to use with simple steps. It's consistent in performance, working well all the time, and our customers are happy using it. It provides the security I need for work and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the onboarding and initial setup of the Bitwarden account confusing. It didn't seem like there was a dedicated team to walk us through the process. All communication was by email with account managers, unlike other vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden enhances security, offering a simple, consistent feature set that keeps customers happy and works well all the time.
Secure, Affordable, and Works Everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden stands out for its strong security, open-source transparency, and great pricing. It works seamlessly across devices, and the browser extension with autofill and password generation saves a lot of time. Even the free tier is very capable, and it’s more affordable than most competitors while still offering advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is having to enter the master password frequently, which can be a bit inconvenient in day-to-day use. It would be great if Bitwarden had broader support for passkeys or more seamless authentication options to reduce friction while still maintaining strong security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Bitwarden, managing passwords across multiple devices and accounts was messy and insecure. Now everything is centralized, securely stored, and easy to access anywhere. It saves time with autofill and password generation, reduces the risk of weak or reused passwords, and improves overall security without adding much complexity.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Bitwarden is that the interface can feel a bit basic and not as polished as some competitors. Also, setup and some features can be slightly confusing for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves the problem of managing and remembering multiple passwords. It keeps everything secure in one place and saves me time with autofill, so I don’t have to reset passwords or reuse weak ones.
Effortless Credential Management Across Devices

The ability to share credentials, text, and files securely is a feature I appreciate because it allows me to share sensitive information with my coworkers safely. The initial setup was really straightforward, as easy as signing up and logging in.

Intuitive UI, Open-Source Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I find Bitwarden's UI quite outstanding, and it's really enjoyable to navigate and add new keys. The dashboard is intuitive, allowing me to easily pick and manage keys, which helps me find whatever I'm looking for. I particularly appreciate the ability to generate encrypted passwords, which are end-to-end encrypted and customizable across all its alternatives. I love that Bitwarden is open source, giving me control over what's happening behind the scenes. This makes it easier to see if any keys are leaked or how they are being used within my applications. Additionally, the plug-and-play integrations with other tools, including ones I'm developing myself, are really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think imports could be more useful in terms of the types of data I can import. Maybe a gateway between other providers of the same kind of application would help. If I have my keys stored in another software, it would be useful to have a button to connect with them for importing other passwords. Setting up Bitwarden and configuring it in Docker files was kinda tricky. It also wasn't very intuitive to use a pipeline to change some passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Bitwarden useful for managing and picking work-related keys. Its intuitive dashboard helps me find what I need, improving my workflow.
Secure and Seamlessly Integrated, Needs Improved Passkey Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden to secure my passwords, credit cards, and secure notes related to both my personal and business life. I really appreciate the integration with my browsers and profiles, which helps me organize my tasks efficiently. Bitwarden allows me to log in to websites and applications seamlessly, which is very helpful. I also like the security it offers and its integration with both my desktop and mobile devices. It's a single source of truth for me, so I don't need to switch between multiple apps, which makes my day much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The export feature of the passkey is lacking. I can't export and import the passkey, which I need to work with different software for my job. I wish Bitwarden would implement that feature. Also, importing passkeys from other vendors like 1Password and Password Safe is not as straightforward as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to secure my passwords and organize tasks. It integrates with my browsers and profiles, allowing seamless logins. It's a single source of truth for my accounts, minimizing app switching. I appreciate its security and desktop-mobile integration.
