Simplicity and Efficiency in Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden to centralize all my personal and corporate clients' passwords, which solves the centralization of access and the potential loss of important credentials and access. I like the ease of use and the clear and objective interface. I value the password generator for its ease of use and the creation of strong passwords. The initial setup process was very simple and straightforward, with a very clear step-by-step guide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface of the folders be more easily accessible and viewable. I would like the folders to be open by default or for there to be this option, making the user's journey faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Bitwarden for its ease of use and appreciate that the console is very easy to use and not bloated. The interface is very clean and easy to use, making password storage straightforward. The initial setup was very easy, which added to my positive experience with Bitwarden. Overall, I like everything about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing but good things to say
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Intuitive and Secure Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Bitwarden for its simple, intuitive UI, which makes it very easy to onboard new users and helps when we need to access credentials, secrets, or tokens quickly. The configurable vaults are also a big plus as they ensure adherence to the principle of least privilege while reducing the number of hoops to jump through to get access to appropriate credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to securely share a credential externally, e.g., when we create an administrator account for a client. Currently, we use a separate tool for this, but some other password managers include it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden stores passwords and secrets securely, adheres to the principle of least privilege, reduces access hurdles, and its simple UI eases new user onboarding and quick credential access.
Effortless Password Management, Stellar Features
What do you like best about the product?
As a user, I really like the convenience and ease of use that Bitwarden offers. Using the fingerprint unlock on supported devices is great because it means I don't have to remember anything. Once biometric setup is done, logging in is just a touch of the finger instead of manual work. This feature, alongside auto-filling login data has been a huge time saver for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, getting new users onboarded is still a bit rough. It's not always very clear to the users what they need to do, the first experiences with Bitlocker can be a bit confusing or intimidating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden with my team to manage passwords and second factors (TOTP, passkeys), moving away from insecure methods like sticky notes. It's easy to use, with features like fingerprint unlock saving time. However, the new user onboarding is still a bit rough and confusing for some.
Open Source and Reliable—Great Value Overall
What do you like best about the product?
Open Source, it works, and the price - the price has to be right.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't appreciate how Bitwarden rolled out the last price increase. That was not cool. Be up front, and be honest about it. It broke trust the way that happened. Also, smaller price increases are good, don't do such big jumps. Be open and honest about all of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both personal passwords and business passwords. I share with a team, and have a team account.
Multi-Platform Security Solution, Room for Admin Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Bitwarden offers many options to access or create secrets from the mobile app, desktop app, browser, and browser extension. I appreciate being able to use it everywhere, whether I'm on mobile or desktop, across different operating systems and browsers. I also value the secure place it provides for members to store their secrets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administration part could be a bit improved, especially if you have a complex organization it would help to have another visualization, maybe a graph to edit the configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden for a secure place for members to store secrets, accessible from mobile, desktop, and browsers. It provides a unified solution for secure secrets sharing with less administration.
Seamless Password Management with Stellar Enterprise Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden as a password and secret manager within the IT department. I like the user interface because it's clear and allows for easy storage of new passwords and rapid retrieval of existing ones. The enterprise features are well thought out and particularly valuable, especially the use of collections which helps us keep a tidy setup and provide granular access to specific team members. We also have the browser integration installed, which aids with logging in, and the mobile app is useful for password retrieval on the go. While I have experience with LastPass, I found Bitwarden's enterprise features to be superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden manages shared passwords and MFA codes, simplifies sign-ins, and keeps a password audit trail. Its user interface allows easy password storage and retrieval, and collections offer organized, granular access for team members.
On-Prem Control, Easy User Registration, and Flexible Licensing
What do you like best about the product?
We can host it on prem and have full control over the access to the secrets. Registration for the users is easy and the admin team likes the possibilities provided. The licensing is flexible and we can add users in smallest steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a time aprox. 2 years ago when the performance of the browser plugin was not so good, but this was fixed and performance is good now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide a password manager to all users. All OSes are supported. Linux and Windows are both supported without having restrictions on any OS.
