Streamlined Password Management, Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use with Bitwarden; the interface is easy to understand and navigate. The browser extension is a big plus for quick authentication via SSO and makes password autofill super easy. Generating login credentials on the fly and securely storing them in a vault is very useful. I also appreciate the vault sharing between our teams, which ensures high availability in the case of leavers from the firm. The initial setup was straightforward, and the support from Bitwarden was really good, making SSO setup easy. I'd give Bitwarden a solid 10 for personal and firm use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly cannot think of anything negative to add at this point in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Bitwarden for secure password storage and generation, solving issues with passwords stored in cleartext. It enforces good password hygiene, has an easy interface, supports quick SSO authentication, and makes autofill simple. Vault sharing ensures high availability for team members.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden as our organization's password manager, allowing us to securely store and share credentials. The pricing is perfect for a small organization or team, and the features are on par or better than any other password manager at any price point. Bitwarden works on all relevant platforms, and I like that their code is regularly audited, unlike some competitors. The initial setup was really easy, and managing users moving forward is super simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes auto fill fails on certain pages which isn't great, but that doesn't happen very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to securely store and share credentials, ensuring passwords aren't shared via insecure methods. Its reasonable pricing allows us to have a password manager, with features comparable to pricier options. It's cross-platform and regularly audited, enhancing our security.
Secure and Cross-Platform Accessible, with Very Few Downsides
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden for all of my logins, personal and otherwise, along with securing important information and even securely sending information to others. I appreciate that Bitwarden solves the problem of securing vital information while still allowing easy access across devices. I like that the developers are responsive to improvements, which they have made rapidly over its lifetime. Although there was a learning curve, I found it easy to catch on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little annoying with over-prompting, such as repeated requests to update a password.

Bitwarden secures my vital information while allowing easy access across devices.
Secure Password Sharing Made Easy with Bitwarden
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to share login information securely with my staff and employees. It makes it easy to store and use complicated passwords, making it more secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a recent study done that showed how hackers could get around Bitwarden's security by tricking users into clicking on different parts of the screen, giving up their passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In an organization there is a need to allow different employees to sign into different sites with the company's account, but when employees leave the company, it is difficult to remove that access. Bitwarden solves this problem for our organization, by allowing me to give each employee access to only certain sites, and allows them to use the logins without seeing the passwords. This means that when an employee leaves the company, I can simply revoke their permissions and they no longer have access. This avoids having to change the passwords for multiple sites every time someone leaves the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for non technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bitwarden needs more admin policies to centrally control access. Also need a way to share passwords securely with non bitwarden users.

Provides a way to securely store and use shared passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
The software that ensures my security with my passwords without the risk of losing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. It perfectly meets my needs.

I used to write down passwords in various different places and they were always outdated, now I no longer have this problem, as they are stored in one secure place.
Enterprise Security for Credentials with a Perk Employees Actually Love
What do you like best about the product?
Free Bitwarden Families for every user is a standout benefit and Bitwarden's open-source transparency and enterprise admin controls are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is functional but has been less polished than some competitors. This is a minor tradeoff for the value and security we get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized and shared credential management with strong admin controls. Family plans extend our security culture by encouraging employees to separate where they save personal and company credentials.

It is crucial during restructuring or tech changes when we need to share or remind staff of the passwords. I also found the initial setup to be easy, which was a big plus.

Maybe a bot that can be used by people with same domain name to search for passwords.

I use Bitwarden for password generation, safekeeping, and sharing within the organization. It solves the problem of saving and sharing passwords to shared accounts securely, acting as a keeper of passwords, especially helpful for the IT team during restructuring or tech changes.
Secure, Affordable, Easy Setup - But Needs Better Password Recovery
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bitwarden's pricing, resilience to breaches, and updates to the interface. The initial setup was so easy, even though there was an approval part from the admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
The personal accounts in Bitwarden do not allow for master password recovery. I wish a workaround could be created to recover or reset the master password if it’s forgotten.
