Enterprise Security for Credentials with a Perk Employees Actually Love
What do you like best about the product?
Free Bitwarden Families for every user is a standout benefit and Bitwarden's open-source transparency and enterprise admin controls are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is functional but has been less polished than some competitors. This is a minor tradeoff for the value and security we get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized and shared credential management with strong admin controls. Family plans extend our security culture by encouraging employees to separate where they save personal and company credentials.
Effortless Password Management with Bitwarden
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bitwarden for its ease of use. The password generation feature is really useful, and I also appreciate being able to store additional notes. Another thing that works well is launching websites directly from Bitwarden. The initial setup was straightforward, which was great considering it was my first time using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
recovery of master password
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves password management and security issues. I appreciate its ease of use, its capability for password generation, adding notes, and launching websites directly from Bitwarden.
Effortless Password Management for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bitwarden for its ease of use, which makes it convenient for password management tasks. The secure password sharing feature is valuable for us as an Admin and IT team, providing easy access to passwords for shared accounts. It is crucial during restructuring or tech changes when we need to share or remind staff of the passwords. I also found the initial setup to be easy, which was a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a bot that can be used by people with same domain name to search for passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden for password generation, safekeeping, and sharing within the organization. It solves the problem of saving and sharing passwords to shared accounts securely, acting as a keeper of passwords, especially helpful for the IT team during restructuring or tech changes.
Secure, Affordable, Easy Setup - But Needs Better Password Recovery
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bitwarden's pricing, resilience to breaches, and updates to the interface. The initial setup was so easy, even though there was an approval part from the admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
The personal accounts in Bitwarden do not allow for master password recovery. I wish a workaround could be created to recover or reset the master password if it’s forgotten.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden secures my passwords and files effectively.

Keeping all my passwords synced across devices
Secure Password Management with Easy Team Credential Sharing

Super great and secure password management, can share credentials between different teams
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing passwords and credentials for shared logins across the team, especially with new hires
Outstanding Customer Support and Feature-Rich Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the customer support. The features Bitwarden has, the ease of use and the security are all reasons that I chose this for my IT Department. The implemention and integration into our customers are really easy. We use it everyday, maybe every our too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Bitwarden logo (on which you can click to open the UI) is showing up glitchy. I guess this is due to the text field of the website itself, not necessarily Bitwarden
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User problems. Mostly not related to the software, but to the functioning of how and what.
Free, Open Source, and Surprisingly Polished—Plus a Rare Self-Hosted Option
What do you like best about the product?
It’s free and open source – and that shouldn’t be able to work together this well - but here we are. One of the things I really appreciate is that the self-hosted option is available if you choose it (which is somewhat rare) and the fact that you’re able to check the code for yourself matters if you are the type of individual who cares about that sort of thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing credentials within an organization can be a little clunky, and while the organization set-up will take you a minute or two to get your head wrapped around, the free plan is limited to one type of device (phone or desktop), which can be frustrating if you’d like to use both types of devices without spending money. I guess it’s a petty complaint, but the generated password popup closes instantly if you accidentally click on anything outside of the popup, and I’ve lost generated passwords that way more times than I care to admit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to store my passwords in a spreadsheet, some were in browser storage, and a handful were scribbled somewhere in a notebook – it was a disaster and wasn’t safe. Bitwarden stores everything in one encrypted location and then fills them into the fields I need to fill automatically. I only have to remember one password now. And since it’s open source, you don’t have to simply trust a company’s word that they aren’t doing something bad with your data – someone has looked at the code.
Effortless Password Management with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Bitwarden simplifies the massive headache of password management and integrates seamlessly with my daily flow. With the web extension setup, autofill is just a shortcut press away, which means I don't even have to think about credentials when logging in. The URL detection feature is great because it matches available logins to the page I'm currently on, so I'm always handed the needed credentials without needing to rack my memory. I also find it easy to import passwords from many systems to populate the vault quickly. Overall, the system makes me feel more secure and confident in my password management, and I've even adopted it for personal use separate from work.
What do you dislike about the product?
When rolling out to new users who are less tech-savvy, they sometimes have issues with adopting the system. The most common issue is the MFA setup and config in the vault. The app could offer a little more handholding on initial account creation, with a directed intro to the system on first login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to securely store and manage credentials, simplifying password management and eliminating the need to rely on personal phones for MFA. It integrates with my daily flow, using URL detection and autofill to streamline login processes, making credential management effortless.
Effortless Credential Sharing, Minor Autofill Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Bitwarden allows me to organize credentials and MFA into folders and collections, which helps keep everything in a single app. This organization makes it easy to manage access for specific groups and users within my team. Also, the initial setup was really easy and practical, making it convenient to start using.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, Bitwarden should improve the autofill, where the extension doesn't work sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden helps me share passwords and MFA codes with my team, organize credentials in folders, and control access by specific groups and users.
