What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer it to be free but I realise they have developers that wish to get paid :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden helps you stop using and reusing passwords that are simple.
Simple, Secure Password Management with Passkeys, OTP, and Open-Source Trust
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity! The ability to save unique passwords for all sites and use passkeys and OTP.
Bitwarden protects your passwords by using encryption keys generated from your master password, it is open source and has the code independently verified, which builds a stronger ecosystem.

What do you dislike about the product?
Bitwarden has a feature to generate a report for compromised passwords, you can also see them if you click onto the account within logins in the addon, it will display "Change at-risk password".
It would be good if these accounts were clearly marked a different colour in the logins list, or the compromised ones appeared at the top in a different colour, just creating more visibility and prompting for people to fix the compromises.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Ability to remember one complex master password and use MFA with access to account passwords.
2) Ability to have unique passwords per site, meaning if the site is compromised, not all accounts are.
3) Access to passwords either via the cloud, or stored in the applications cache when offline.
4) Ability to "share" passwords via collections with other family or staff.
5) Ability to see when the login was created / last updated to ensure passwords are rotated frequently.
6) Free premium accounts for staff members as a perk of the organisation.

Bitwarden Balances Strong Security Control with User-Friendly Credential Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bitwarden is the balance between security control and usability. It allows centralized credential management while still being straightforward for end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation of Bitwarden is that advanced administrative configurations can require some initial setup effort
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves the problem of insecure password storage and credential sharing across teams
Secure Password Management with Open Source Transparency
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden for storing passwords and MFA, and I really appreciate that it stores everything securely. I only need to remember one master password, which definitely reduces my mental load. It actually improves my security, not just convenience, by forcing unique passwords everywhere and reducing credential stuffing risk. Encouraging better security hygiene automatically is a big plus. I also like the open source transparency it offers. The initial setup was the easiest I've experienced, making it accessible from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app sometimes requires extra taps, which makes it less streamlined. Also, item organization with folders versus collections can confuse new users. It's functional but not as 'smooth' as some competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden for storing passwords and MFA. It secures everything, reducing my mental load. I no longer need to remember 50 passwords, just one master password. Bitwarden improves security by enforcing unique passwords and reducing credential stuffing risk.
Good app but convenience can be improved

What do you like best about the product?
Finally distribute passwords and store them securely
What do you dislike about the product?
SSO integration is great, but once you've had an admin role and a master password, you can't get rid of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auditability of access, group, and role management
Secure by Design, Practical by Nature
What do you like best about the product?
Safe, and very good interface. We use on premise it company wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning it's difficult to understand the idea behind collections and groups as a new admin user. Iit would be nice if they can be explained in simple talk. Make it better to understand this feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main feature was for us that it van be used offline. We experienced with other password manager (ZOHO) problems, because we had no internet on the job.
Secure Password Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden for password management, which makes it easy to store passwords, especially with the browser plugin. I also like the autofill option as it simplifies the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think how machines are allowed to use Bitwarden is a bit cumbersome. Verifying a machine, or browser, and then managing that for our options can be a bit much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden for managing passwords securely for myself and our users. It easily stores passwords with the browser plugin and has an autofill option for convenience.
Easy password management and everything well organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like this app because it's easier to manage passwords and keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its integration with the phone could be better, because sometimes it is not as practical as I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of accessing accounts and great convenience in daily life.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI a lot, it is easy to navigate, and I rarely run into issues with it. Adding users is also simple, and resetting their passwords is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a little easier to onboard users, there tends to be quite a lengthy process for non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to securely save shared login resources.
