Clear GUI and User-Friendly Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden for storing passwords and secrets, and I appreciate it for providing a single, tidy space to store secrets per team or application. I really like its clear GUI and ease of use, which makes it straightforward to manage. The user management feature is easy, and I also find that separating secrets into groups or folders in Bitwarden makes it clear who they belong to. The initial setup of Bitwarden was super easy, which was a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin section isn't always clear to navigate

I use Bitwarden for password and secrets storage. It allows for a single, tidy space to store secrets per team or application. I like that I can separate secrets into groups or folders, making it clear who they belong to.

The SEND function for sharing passwords.

Password use and security - Weak passwords, password reuse, ability to use complex/long passwords
Robust Password Management Across All Devices with Bit Warden
What do you like best about the product?
We are a cyber essential business, having a robust password management structure is essential and Bit Warden helps the whole team maintain this requirement. It covers all our devices, Macs, phones and IT infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it starts getting a little expensive with a team. The software works well though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us maintain Cyber Essentials compliant and not reusing or sharing passwords.
Secure, User-Friendly, with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything's in one place with Bitwarden, which adds a layer of security. The ease of use stands out to me, and their customer service is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
My first few times using it, it was a little bit clunky. I was able to figure it out. Upgrading from the free to the paid version actually had a little bit more friction than I'd prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I store my passwords securely with Bitwarden, avoiding insecure places and not having to remember them. I access them easily, share safely with my team, and track which team members use which passwords.

I like how the navigation is fluid and how we can handle the tool with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, small crashes end up disrupting and preventing me from being more agile in use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help with the issue of storage and custody of sensitive information, which mitigates possible leaks of this information.
Great app for work and family, a must have.

The UI has improved a lot over the years. It’s very easy to use, and saving passwords is straightforward through the browser or the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see support for bulk editing passwords, along with easier options to delete items and move them to other containers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to remember passwords for a lot, and I mean a lot, of sites, and it gets overwhelming. It really helps that I can store them in one place and also share a password with my spouse when we both need access.

Autofill Makes Data Entry Easy, and Collections Keep Us Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the auto fill feature and it's nice to organize the collections for the company
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.

I don't have to remember my passwords and I'm able to sort and label credentials by owner or relation
