Intuitive and Powerful Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to self-host Bitwarden, which offers great flexibility. I also appreciate the capability of the application and clients across multiple platforms and device types, making it versatile to use. The user interface is modern and intuitive, and the application itself performs efficiently. The SSH agent and the ability to store SSH keys work really well for me, as it streamlines the process of managing SSH keys. Additionally, the setup was easy using the provided shell script.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an enterprise perspective, as the application administrator, I wish I had more control over the authentication options for our users when signing into using SSO. If I configure SSO I would like to be able to remove other authentication options to avoid confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to securely manage, share, and store corporate and personal credentials as well as manage SSH keys, streamlining the cumbersome process involved.
Straightforward... does what it says it does.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, allows teams to use a shared vault. Fairly straightforward setup for our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you haven't signed into the web extension, the request to open Bitwarden can cover the login box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the head of the Information Security team, I know that the vaults are secure for our end users.
Stellar Security, Enterprise ready but still adding features to make life better!
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden has been pretty stellar with the security and documentation. The extension and Autofill work well. Collections make shared accounts with MFA trivial for multiple folks to use. Sam and bitwarden have made updates and issues pretty painless. Bitwarden seems to be adding enterprise features that are sorely needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still looks like they are building out the enterprise features. There is a lack of attributes to sync to from our IDP, making pairing existing users difficult. Website extension vault does not sync as regularly as I would like. Seems to be around once a day if not triggered manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management and shared access to sites that require MFA or multiple users to login to the same account.
Effortless Password Management, Top-Notch Security
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bitwarden for its ease of use and convenient admin portal, which is logically structured, allowing quick access to members and devices, and it provides insightful information about usage. I appreciate the policies you can enforce for users, ensuring data leakage protection by preventing employees from exporting work-related passwords. The help with adoption from Bitwarden's team is also valuable, and the addition of new features keeps the platform improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to set custom icons for each entry in your vault. Also, it would benefit from having more flexibility when it comes to integration with IDPs. For example, I wish I could turn off the trusted devices feature and leave only the SSO feature on, because we do device compliance checks upon SSO request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden for securely storing passwords and sensitive information, avoiding insecure storage. It streamlines data leakage protection with enforced policies. I appreciate the well-structured admin portal for quick access and usage insights, making it easy to manage and adopt.
Seamless Enterprise Password Management with Bitwarden
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bitwarden for its integration with Entra ID, which makes it easy to use. The Single Sign-On feature is great because end users don't need to remember a master password. I also appreciate the seamless integration that helps drive adoption and use. Bitwarden offers better enterprise features, it's more secure, and being open source with frequent audits makes it a very safe solution for us. The initial setup was simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX is a little clunky. I would like to see Folders / Collections cleaned up a bit to make it clearer for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden for securing credential storage and sharing among teams. It supports Single Sign On with Trusted Devices, so users don't need to remember a master password. The seamless integration facilitates adoption and usage.
Quite useful to keep all of your passwords in one place
What do you like best about the product?
It is filling out the form fields and storing the login credentials without my input. The sharing feature is great for the team as well because I can provide them with access without actually providing them with the credentials to mess things up. Also, the syncing is working fine between my phone and laptop without prompting me to pay money every five minutes. It works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface was ugly and looked like something from 10 years ago but it was recently updated but with a lot of bugs.
I feel the auto fill feature sometimes misses the field on odd websites and I have to click the fill-in button myself.
The mobile app seems clunky compared to the desktop version.

Stops everyone from using "password123" for everything.
Removes sticky notes from monitors which is good security practices I guess.
Allows our team to share account information without sending passwords via text and keeps all our account information safe from hackers.

A Complete Solution for Password Security
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ergonomics of Bitwarden and its options like the password suggestion and the confidential information sending module. It is a single solution that centralizes these features, which avoids the need for a multitude of tools. Moreover, the fact that Bitwarden has a cloud storage solution was a key reason why we switched from KeePass to Bitwarden.
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact that the web plugin disconnects every time the browser is closed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to secure our passwords in a secure vault. It offers password suggestions and a module to send confidential information. Bitwarden centralizes these features, avoiding the use of multiple tools.
Simplicity and Security in One Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like Bitwarden for its simplicity and quick setup. It's convenient when everything is in one place, and you can add multiple fields, as well as 2FA, directly in the same entry. Regular password managers only store the username and password, but in Bitwarden, you can add the original link to the page, and if I forget what the resource is, just go to it, or save some recovery code. Everything is very compact and clear, and setting up access didn't take much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
n/a
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden for securely storing passwords and personal data. It automatically fills forms thanks to the extension, conveniently keeps everything in one place, allows adding multiple fields and 2FA in one entry, which makes it simpler and more convenient compared to other password managers.
A Safer, Faster Way to Organize Passwords
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me organize my passwords, which I previously just saved wherever I could. They were often duplicated and difficult to access. Now, two years after I first downloaded the app, everything feels different. I mainly use the browser extension and the app, and they save me a lot of time. I also feel that my information is as safe as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autofill does not always work. In some webpages, I ask to autofill and save but once I need do log in again it does not autofill. It detects the site but just refuses to put the data in the boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to manage my users and passwords, as well as documents and credit cards. It’s helpful not having to write down passwords or try to remember them all the time.
Stable, Easy to Use, and Open-Source—Perfect for Local Deployment
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the stability, the ease of use, implementation. Also the fact that it is open-source and community driven plays a big role. I can also deploy this locally which is a huge plus to not having to be dependent on a cloud sevice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much really. Like I said, big fan of the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My entire family uses it and feels reassured of that fact that all passwords are unique now as opposed to trying to memorize each individual one. Also the realization of not having to link them to a specific browser is a major one.
