What do you dislike about the product?
UI feels dated — functional but not the most polished experience compared to 1Password
Auto-fill can be clunky — occasionally misses fields or requires manual intervention
Self-hosting is technical — great option in theory, but not beginner-friendly to set up
Mobile app is slower — some users find it less snappy than competitors
No travel mode — 1Password lets you hide vaults when crossing borders; Bitwarden doesn't
Support is limited on the free tier — community forums rather than direct help

Bitwarden: Intuitive, Secure Password Management with Strong Access Controls
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is a great organizational tool that our entire team can use to keep passwords in a centralized secure space. Functionally the service offers great access controls, intuitive interface, functional desktop and browser applications/addons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see administrative functionality added to the desktop application and not required to go into the webbrowser/site to administer permissions/controls etc.
I also would like to see a temporary way of sharing/sending a password and then removing it.
Also password life cycle statistics would be nice: when do things need to be changed, updated, or audited.

Our team uses Bitwarden as a central password manager for the entire organization. Individuals store account information, teams share account information, and the company shares important org-wide info all through Bitwarden's various functions.
Flexible and Cost-Effective Password Manager with Cloud and Local Options
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bitwarden for password management, storage of confidential data, and sharing credentials. I like the use of very strong passwords because I don't need to remember them, and they're available on any device very quickly. I appreciate the ability to run Bitwarden both locally and in the Cloud. Having it in the Cloud means I don't have to open a firewall port on my home network or have a server running 24/7, and the local instance is useful when I'm in the office or working offline. It's also excellent value for money and, unlike some competitors, runs for good and the benefit of its users. The initial setup for the Cloud version was very simple, and I was up and running in minutes. Additionally, I have Bitwarden integrated in Chrome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it's a little clunky to use on Android, but that's mainly an issue with how Android handles Password Managers. One area is when signing up for a new account/service - it sometimes doesn't capture both the username and password which can lead to the need for password resets for services used infrequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden allows me to use very strong passwords without needing to remember them, and they're accessible on any device quickly. It manages passwords, stores confidential data, and shares credentials effectively, working both locally and in the Cloud.
Simple, Secure, and Efficient Password Management
What do you like best about the product?

In Bitwarden I can, in addition to storing my passwords, organize and access them across different devices without any confusion.
I am able to save time with the perfect synchronization between the computer and the cellphone. I can save passwords on my cellphone and access them at the same time on my computer. It has helped me a lot, as I can access them from anywhere and at any time.
I also appreciate the built-in password generator, which helps me create strong passwords for each account without having to think about it. This has significantly increased my security.
In addition, the autofill feature works perfectly and reduces the time spent logging into platforms daily.
The integration with browsers and extensions works very well, making it easy to use Bitwarden on different platforms without problems.
The integration process is simple and intuitive, allowing me to start using the tool quickly, without needing much guidance or help.
Although Bitwarden focuses more on security, its intelligent features, such as password generation, make the experience more efficient and practical.
Getting started with Bitwarden was very simple and straightforward, and the available support and documentation are helpful if needed. Overall, Bitwarden offers an excellent cost-benefit, especially considering that many essential features are available for free. It is reliable, efficient, and secure.

What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that could be improved in Bitwarden is its interface, which seems a bit outdated. A more modern user interface (UI) would improve the overall user experience.
In terms of integrations, browser extensions work very well.
Performance is good, but there are occasional delays in autofill or synchronization.
Regarding pricing, while Bitwarden offers great value for money, some advanced features are only available in the paid version, which may be a limitation for users seeking a more complete free solution.
The onboarding process is simple, but could include more tips to help new users better understand all the available features. Additionally, support is helpful.
Finally, Bitwarden doesn't focus much on AI or advanced intelligence features, which could be an area for improvement, especially for users seeking more automation.
Overall, these are minor points, and Bitwarden remains a reliable and secure tool.
