More secure passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden likes to keep everything well stored and secure, so I would say it likes strong passwords and protecting the privacy of its users the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bitwarden does not like to see weak passwords, security flaws, or anything that compromises the privacy and security of its users' data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although Bitwarden is an excellent password management tool, like any software, it can have some issues. Some users have reported problems such as occasional slow synchronization between devices, technical difficulties when using certain features, or even security concerns, although the latter are relatively rare.
However, these problems are generally minor and can be resolved with regular software updates and dedicated customer support. As a user, I can benefit from using Bitwarden, as it offers a convenient and secure way to manage my passwords, helping me maintain the security of my online data and simplify access to my accounts.

Best password manager after researching a lot
What do you like best about the product?
It's an open source password manager that adheres to security best practices and standards, including true end-to-end encryption. You have the option to self-host if you want. They are compliant with a series of standards that are checked by third-party security audits. Also their Bitwarden Send allows us to send sensitive files to customers in a secure and professional way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little to not like, but if there's one thing I could mention it's their user interface: there's a bit room for improvement there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves our problem of securely storing and sharing passwords in our company. Also the sharing of passwords and files with external users like customers.
Reliable and simple
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the new features for Passkeys, and I still use a lot of the safe notes to save information that are not specifically login or credentials. Additionally, in my previous feedback, I said that the interface was not so friendly, and I got say that this has changed. It looks smoother and the design is matching the new iOS update.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I had was resolved, so now I can say that I don't have any negative feedbacks or things I'd suggest to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had one password for all of my accounts, which is unsafe.
Now, I one different strong password, with the requirements of my own choice, for eache account, and I don't even have to remember them.
The fact that I can access, delete and change from any device makes it a lot convenient as well.

Bitwarden rising as a line of business application
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Quick and helpful customer support. Great free version, and the paid version is helpful for families and small business teams. I use the free version for my personal use. My company, Blackink IT, tested Bitwarden as a Provider. We ran a pilot program for a prospective client who ultimately chose the functionality of a different password manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Bitwarden. I believe increased support for MSP/MSSP resellers is on the roadmap, but the billing is not as seamless as other products on the market. For example, Providers are billed each time a new client account is created. There is no option to receive (and pay) one invoice for a bulk amount of licenses each month that the MSP/MSSP shares among its multiple clients. Bitwarden Enterprise has useful security integrations with SSO, MFA, etc. However, the security features are still developing compared to other, similar tools out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of remembering and creating long and complex passwords.
Best Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I love its simplicity and the graphical interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that Bitwarden does not let you upload documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our users save their passwords in a safe vault rather than placing their passwords on an excel sheet or word document.
Secure, Simple, and Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you can manage password collections for various projects. Browser extensions and password manager for iPhone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to have 2FA available for vault unlocking, in addition to the default 2FA Duo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our case it solves the problem of sharing passwords securely and managing those accesses that require shared 2FA.
Bitwarden support is always on point
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden doesn't always tell you what you want to hear. They do, however, have a vested interest in telling you what's right and doing their utmost to help you address the issue (whether they're at fault or not).
What do you dislike about the product?
They're not all-in on their beta offerings. As an admin runing a postgres database, I opted for the beta containerized self-hosted solution. I have a major issue that prevents syncing of a user's vault. In debugging, the end of my support thread was, "we're not sure, but you're runing the beta". As a software developer I understand the sentiment beind submitting to beta bugs, but we didn't even identify the bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password manager for all of my users. It's great and usually just does what it's supposed to.
Secure, User-Friendly Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
We can all use common account passwords together in a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything is all good. I love as it is at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no problem for me using this application at this moment
I love Bitwarden - so simple
What do you like best about the product?
I have used bitwarden for 4 years now. My wife and I share accounts.
As an IT Manager I have deployed it in to two organisations now.
Its just easy and simple.
It warned my wife that it saw logins from an unusual country and we were able to mitigate a threat very quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
i cannot think of anything wrong with bitwarden. i suppose an account mananegr and invoice credit would be good as opposed to cc payments and renewals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyber-security incidents are handled well.
this enabled us to be on top of a threat

Secure and organized passwords
What do you like best about the product?
This is helping me a lot to manage my passwords securely, they are protected with encryption and there is even the option to store them locally for more control over them. I can manage as many as I want, it automatically fills in on websites and apps which helps me a lot because I often forget, and there is the option to sync with my other devices, and besides that, it has support in Portuguese.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not very user-friendly, and some sites do not allow the extension to fill in automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safer password control and ease when logging into platforms
