What do you like best about the product?
256-bit AES encryption, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA, Data Breach Checking, Unlimited Password Storage, Password AutoFill
What do you dislike about the product?
Granular customization options, Initial learning curve, Lack of file management features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Bitwarden, the team spent time resetting forgotten passwords, which was frustrating and costly. Now, with password autofill, we can access accounts and apps instantly, saving precious time.

Bitwarden has also made it simple to securely share passwords between team members. We can collaborate on projects with ease, setting granular permissions to ensure only the right people have access to sensitive information.

Great Product

What do you like best about the product?
First thing i wanted to say is that the bitwarded documentation is very good for setting things like duo/yubikeys up. My correspondants with support etc has all been top notch and they reach out very quickly. Another awesome thing is how detailed the onboarding emails are for new enterprise organizations.

Now to the product. Its great and the organization managment UI is very easy to use and has everything explained in window.
What do you dislike about the product?
When onboarding users into the ogranization from thier individual Bitwarden accounts there does seem to be some delay in policies applying(not sure if its just me.) We have 2-factor with Duo enabled and enforced, but it took awhile before it would actually challenge them with the Duo prompt even though they had full access to the Org vault at that time. For some users that I wanted make sure were all set before going off premises I ended up adding the Client secret/API info manually.

Also, there is one very small nit-pick I have with the UI. I have credentials organized into specific collections/folders based on thier type and who can access them. It would be nice when you click the Organization vault(or "My vault") that it displays the collections/folders rather than just a huge list of items in alphabetical order. I know this can be accomplished by clicking on Collections/Folder so If i had an option or checkbox to "show this on login" it would really be the cherry on top of this great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For security reasons, we have begun changing vpn/service/etc account passwords far more often. This allows our teams to change them in a central location and have that updated credential available to the administrators who would need them based on thier security group. Another thing that we will be utiiizing is the Send feature as we send VPN credentials out to contractors, this mitigates some of the security concerns sending it over email.
