Dynamic software and great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate their extensive range of services. I also found their customer service team very responsive and understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of their online portal items can be a little difficult to navigate. Takes time to understand work flow process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A portal to house account credentials. Reduces dev team admin time for software development.
Best Password Manager? I think so
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is the perfect balance between convience and security. They alow multiple forms of 2FA and lots of different ways to access your password vault. As an enterprise user I can use thier CLI to make scripts and cut my time down on management as well. We use the cloud version so we dont have to worry about self hosting, makes it so much easier. Using the scripting we can make a backup in an encrypted json format. I use the edge plugin so many times every day. I recently had to use the customer service and they responded within 5-10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could make a scripted backup that contained all the file attachments and images we place in the vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using keepass previously and having to make sure there were nt multiple copies accidentally created was a pain. The ability to access our vault anywhere is also a really nice touch.
User-friendly tool to for password management and collaboration

Best Password Manager out there
What do you like best about the product?
Being in IT I have tested many different password management systems. Bitwarden is by far the best available with all of their options, MFA options, and their support is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I do not like about this system. I have tested out so many and this is by far the best one out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A secure place to store passwords with all browser and OS options and great MFA options for it as well.
Intuitive password manager that always delivers!
What do you like best about the product?
The new Bitwarden browser extension offers an even faster credential filling experience than the previous version. The UI looks amazing, and I have nothing negative to say about it! Bitwarden continues to meet my organization's needs for a great price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bitwarden is a solid tool with great support. I don't have any complaints about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a medium-sized nonprofit, Bitwarden solves the issue of securely managing and sharing login and payment credentials.
It's easy to manage users and groups, and we've been using it consistently with no issues! I like the options to use the browser extension, website, or app to access records.

Great, simple to use tool with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
I use bitwarden at work every day on a constant basis. Working for an MSP we have passwords on top of passwords to secure our internal systems. Using Bitwarden save me countless amounts of time having to retrieve passwords and helps in promoting the use of more secure passwords with it's built-in password/passphrase generator. We switched to Bitwarden approximately 4 months ago from another password vault tool and the transition was extremely simple. Our internal IT group was able to roll it out in the matter of a day and we haven't looked back.
I recently had to contact support for an issue of a OTP not being recognized by a specific system and I had a resolution in a couple of hours. Turned out to be something unrelated to Bitwarden, but the support staff was able to give me a fix on the first response. Overall the experience with Bitwarden has been very positive and integrating it into my workflow has been a rathre painless process.

What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-fill is one of the most helpful and regulary used features of the tool. However, I find the options of how to have to tool perform those auto-fills somewhat confusing at times. There are several options to choose from and at times I've had some unexpected results with passwords being filled on pages that weren't actually on a login page, but were on an information page for devices being saved in a information management tool. I'm not sure if this is something that could be easily remedied, but that's so far been the one annoying trait that I've come across. I appreciate the several options available when configuring auto-fill, but some additional logic built into that area could go a long way in making the already great app even better, imo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetetive password entry and the use of weaker passwords because of the repetition factor. Our standard passwords are now 16 characters with solid complexity, in large part, due to the ease that Bitwarden facilitates the creation and secure storage of passwords.
Bitwarden has been an excellent solution for managing passwords for our business and team
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden makes it easy when onboarding and offboarding. It adds a layer of security to our business that wasn't there before when bringing on new employees or letting employees go. It's added ease and security every day when logging in to any app or website and when adding new accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dealing with an employee who got locked out of her Bitwarden portal because she forgot her master password was a bit tricky. Resetting or deleting her account was not intuitive. But Bitwarden support helped my e find the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security for my and my team's/employees' passwords
Security and ease when onboarding and offboarding employees

Ingenious password manager for business and private use
What do you like best about the product?
We use Bitwarden professionally and privately every day. The protection options, the haptics for most website logins, synchronization PC <> smartphone app have convinced us. After initial skepticism, it is now a pleasure to assign a separate secure password for each site and each service. Would never want to do without Bitwarden again. Keep up the good work. I would never award 10 points, even if Bitwarden deserved it. Because otherwise there's no room for improvement :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, the web browser plugin was a bit tricky. But it's getting better all the time.
And it's a pity that not all APPS and websites are immediately recognized by Bitwarden. However, this is not so much due to Bitwarden, but to the APP or website development. PayPal was an example a few months ago, but it's now top notch.
Another disadvantage - those who use Bitwarden do not make hackers happy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Different passwords for EVERY service without exception is now not an issue - for every admin. We are all (comfortable) people. 2FA integration possible without a (business) smartphone.
BitWarden is a good tool for storing passwords but it lacks many improvements.
What do you like best about the product?
BitWarde is a good tool for storing passwords but it lacks many improvements in terms of usability for large enterprise users (for individuals it's fine).
- It integrates with Microsoft Azure AD authentication and adds strength to identification
- It provides many functionalities
- Support responds quickly

What do you dislike about the product?
- Improve performance: Sometimes it is very slow listing credentials and searching
- The user environment must improve
--> The credential list should be paginated and configurable (50, 100, 200, 500, 1000)
--> When you assign a collection to a credential, it does not allow you to search or filter
--> When you assign a collection to a credential, it does not allow you to filter by already assigned collections
--> A search with filters should be implemented to filter by the fields that interest the user
--> Each entry in the list should indicate the collection it belongs to and allow direct access to the collection
- A security improvement should be implemented to define a set of public IPs that can access the stored credentials. Currently, this cannot be limited.
- Improve auditing
--> Add filters to the field list
--> Add the IP and name of the device performing the operation
--> Add the name of the credential in addition to the password ID

I don't understand this question, I think it is poorly translated into Spanish.
