I can't do without it anymore, but it still needs improvements on the business side.
What do you like best about the product?
As fast as the browser's password manager thanks to the extension, being able to share passwords is very convenient. The autofill, TOTP support, password generator, and Bitwarden Send are a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too few strategies to configure clients in enterprise mode. Still quite a few bugs on new enterprise-oriented features like passwordless SSO.

Allows you to store passwords centrally and access them anywhere.

Though Bitwarden offers a very generous free plan, the premium subscription is required to access some advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The difficulty of managing several complicated passwords that one must remember is one of the primary issues that Bitwarden attempts to solve.Bitwarden reduces the risk of password theft and unauthorized access to your accounts by securely storing your passwords in an encrypted vault,so you don't have to memorize or write them down.

Enterprise features are new and incomplete

Bitwarden increases our control of passwords and access to shared accounts (e.g. webshops) within our organization. And increasingly keep those passwords safe even after offboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
open-source, which gives tech-savvy users transparency about the security measures it uses. It offers end-to-end encryption for maximum privacy, also allows unlimited password storage across unlimited devices for free, which is less common among password managers. It's also user-friendly; its interface is clean, and it's relatively easy to sort and search through record
What do you dislike about the product?
free version doesn't include priority customer support and some of the more advanced features, user interface a bit lacking in creativity and design compared to other options.

Having too many credentials and need to store it in a secure space

Nothing for now, maybe the autofill in android phone apps could be better

memorize secure passwords is very difficult, so with Bitwarden i can remember only one secure one and then generate all the others

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite parts of Bitwarden are the fact that they allow you you compartmentalize organizations and vaults. Being able to so properly premission base everything between multiple companies has been a savior.
I was impressed and saved by their support when needed in a much quicker response time than I have ever experienced with others. While many companies move away from customer service, they have clearly maintained a great standard. I had a response to my big concern within an hour.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like softwares that are bubbly and beautiful and have a modern Ui/UX, and Bitwarden is not really that, however the only thing that ever seems to matter is does it work, and work well, and Bitwarden certainly meets that criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves me being able to way more intelligently manage the parrwords amongst my 2 companies, and permissioning those critical players to have exact access to what they should have.
Simple and organized way to store password

The possibility to organize accounts in separated folders and the ability to generate phrases as passwords.
I use it every day to login into existing website, and I just have to remember one password.

The inability to create nested folders. It would be useful to avoid creating multiple folders and having a mess in the home page sidebar

Remembering passwords, and avoiding using the same passwords for most of the accounts.

Bitwarden always helps me to remender a lot of log-in passwords for sites that I don't use frequently.

Sometimes it takes time to sync new passwords on different platforms

Technical transparency, open source code, independant auditing are all 3 aspects of a good pasword manager I expect to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zero-knowledge architecture tend to create challenges for automation scenarios : it can be difficult to use scripts for automatic provisionning of collections
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden allows easy but organized password sharing among dev teams of my company. It also provide a very good storage/usage solution for each employee's individual passwords.
