My experience with Bitwarden at work
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing password and notes externally. Also the separation between folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to reload the page after login to be able to see password list (only from Chrome)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily share password and secure notes securely with people outside our organization

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing springs to m ind as it seems to cover what I need it for

We have a lot of sign ins, so this ensures we reduce the risk of using repeat password

The robust security measures including the end-2-end encryption, the ease of use, the cross-platform compatibility, the customization of the options the platform offers, the affordability, and the open-source philosophy
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Bitwarden offers customization options, some users may find the level of customization limited compared to other password managers. Apart from that, sometimes I have had longer-than-desired response times for resolving inquiries or issues when I contacted the customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves the problem of password management by providing a secure platform for storing and accessing passwords and sensitive information across devices. This enhances security, convenience, and organization while facilitating collaboration and compliance monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
Strengths include the organization of various credentials into folders and collections, the tools provided, and the integration with MFA solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have a lot of collections, the web view is not super convenient. It could be graphically optimized by using vertical scroll-bars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to save credentials and files. It also allows me to send externally encrypted credentials or notes with the option of self-destruct on first read or password protected to read them.

UI can be improved, but it's functional.

Its simple to use and has apps for all platforms. Easy for organizations to share data between users.

Used every day. The first app to Install on any new device. Trusted for years.

The auto fill capability allows me to not even have to think about anything. I trust Bitwarden with all of my most sensitive information. The browser extensions make my usage seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rare times can occur when Bitwarden doesn't automatically detect or offer to fill in something. Even on such rare occasions it is a configuration issue.

All my passwords are in one central place which can be accessed anywhere and from any device, globally.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have very few negative things to say, I also use BW in my personal life. However, as much as I know just how amazing and strict their cloud security and code is, so long as the cloud exists with vaults in it, it will always remain a HVT to threat actors. While I believe the chances of any form of breach or successful hack on their infra is very low, it is still a non-zero percent chance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden helped solve our password management issues. We also leverage the integrated MFA solution for TOTP, additionally, we use the Notes section for extra info pertient to the entry. It makes it much easier to manage thousands of credentials.

Integration with most operating systems, browsers and mobile devices, and the ability to implement TOTP
What do you dislike about the product?
Authentication on mobile devices sometimes requires full authentication, despite being set up with biometric authentication
