Indispensable tools! Especially in a team!
What do you like best about the product?
The sharing of passwords, notes among the team to be able to use complex passwords and share them without risk!

A must have app to survive the internet in 2024
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to generate secure passwords is the best part about Bitwarden due to the increase in data leaks. Being able to generate and store a secure password is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
None actually! It's literally a password manager that does what it says it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden solves the problem of keeping track of multiple passwords especially in an organisation. It also allows us to securely share passwords among employees that need access to it while blocking access to it for unauthorized employees.
Enterprise password management that works
What do you like best about the product?
It does the job of an enterprise level password management tool well. SSO integration with Microsoft is smooth and easy to implement. We are able to easily manage the product for customers that we resell the service to. We also like the fact that we don't get regular emails from Bitwarden telling us they have had a breach of their system unlike some other vendors in this space. Support is typically always responsive via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints. It would be nice to have some type of chat support avaialbe for resellers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure storage and easy access to login information.

Bitwarden is clean and relative simple. Their support is quick and proficient.

At the moment the lack of a folder structure (self hosted). This function is coming in the future (collection management).
SSO is kind off useless because it litterly adds a step instead of making it easier to logon.

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is really focused on Security. Their Open Source concept is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX isn't modern and intuitive yet. Ease of use lacks a bit behind from IT & user perspective. The new Collection Management feature is awesome already as this make it much easier to use in Enterprise Environments, but there are some more things Bitwarden should work on to make it easier for the IT and for Users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users stored Passwords everywhere before we started to use Bitwarden. Now Passwords found a secure home.
Easy to use product. Does the job
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and does what I need it to do. The Chrome extension is very useful and makes logging into websites simple, as it integrates straight into the browser - no need to copy and past from a separate app (although that is a possibility, if you prefer that). Easy to implement. I use this every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Firefox extension doesn't appear to work very well, so I end up copying and pasting from the Chrome extension or the desktop app, instead of using the Firefx extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a secure location for users to store passwords. It is also encouraging the generation of strong passwords, rather than users creating their own passwords, which are likely to be less complex.
Secure Password Management with Bitwarden
What do you like best about the product?
I find it convenient that Bitwarden can securely store and share passwords with other employees. It really works easily. Also, the initial installation of Bitwarden was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting Windows applications that require a username and password to log in is (still) not supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bitwarden to securely store and share passwords with other employees. It works conveniently.
The best free password manager out there
What do you like best about the product?
That even though it is free it provides all the necessary features I need on a daily basis. Nice integration in browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have a bit more modern, intuitive, nicer UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to remember long and complex passwords. Only 1, for Bitwarden.

It's cross platform and it enables me to manage both work and personal accounts in one place

Biometric access is inconsistent across platforms and browsers and needs to be universal
