Fantastic Product!!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Bitwarden for nearly three years now at my company. I am on the I.T. team so I was part of the testing process and have really liked the solution since day one. We have a self-hosted server for added security. It is a very secure and easy solution to use. Manageability is very easy from an admin side. Having the browser extension is a great feature that is very easy to install and configure. When I have had to contact support they have been very quick to respond and very knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to streamline inviting users and getting the user joined to the organization. Better documentation would be very helpful because the workflow is very specific on what steps users need to take to join the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at the moment
Bitwarden Review
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have that much experience with password managers - other than Bitwarden, I've only used LastPass - but Bitwarden suits our legal firm's needs (which are pretty basic). It has what I believe would be the standard features of a password manager, and it may be cheaper than some competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Bitwarden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden is acting as a way for our legal firm to securely store our passwords and other sensitive information that multiple people in our firm may need access to.
Bitwarden has been instrumental in correclt managing all our passeorfs efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
It allowed my tram to store, update, consult passwords seamlessly as well as filtering access by roles
What do you dislike about the product?
UX can be a bit messy sometimes. It's rrlatively easy for new users to get confused between their institutional and personal accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's especially useful for us when storing differents sets of passwords linked to particular roles
Great product and great for security
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use across platforms (multiple browser, os, and devices), open source, ability to self host, and no databreaches (so far!). It also promotes the correct password saftey practices by having a passphrase generator, and different password for different account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The android app somtimes is a bit wonky. The auto fill doesn't always pop up, but i suspect it's more due to the limitation of the application i'm signing in rather than bitwarden's issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to use different password for different accounts, only need to remember 1 password, and OTOP.
Bitwarden is very handy and secured in day to day life to secure my all types of logins
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create very complex passwords and more secure using multifactor authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about the product.Maybe change the user interface for more futuristic way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can access the Password Manager in different way sing browser and phones.
BitWarden provides a collaborative space for our team to be able to securely share credentials.
What do you like best about the product?
BitWardens simple interface is one of its most powerful features. No training required, simple and intuative.
We use the software multiple times a day and have found that it was quick and easy to implement for our team.
We use the software multiple times a day and have found that it was quick and easy to implement for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web application is easier to use than the app, would be nice to have feature parity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing password for access to adminstrate software environments and centrally control password resets and updates without mailing password around.
Perfect, lovely UX, does what it needs to do
What do you like best about the product?
UX interface, two factor authentication and support requests are usually answered in under an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could do with a slight improvement to the design. Functionality is spot on, design is lacking slightly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple passwords for different services is difficult to remember. Using Bitcoin helps to have them all in one place.
Encrypted security for all of your passwords.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage passwords in secure mode, the program is fully open source, a fascinating choice, the price is low and accessible to all companies that want to hire Bitwarden as password manager, the encryption is quite solid in fact much better than other competitors, the hosting is entirely in the cloud, but you can also do it locally, the authentication and password checking system only further complements this excellent service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times when logging into my phone app it generates errors, and I have a hard time logging in, especially on Android OS I find that the password manager doesn't save what you set, errors like these are tedious but manageable. Support team with slow responses that need to be reviewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Bitwarden to manage user passwords in the organization, it is very low cost, and you don't need to be an expert in technology to use it correctly with 2FA authentication, we also decided to hire the service for its 256 Bit architecture, which provides a broader security for all our users.
Efficient, easy-to-use password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Passwords load fast, easy to create collections and share with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you keep the window with Bitwarden open, you will be forcefully logged out from it pretty soon, so I have to log back in dozens times per day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to import passwords from another manager and share them with team members.
Good solution fior business use
What do you like best about the product?
Reasonable price compared to other solutions, also good for managing multiple organisations and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very pretty or intuitive compared to other solutions, a few areas which could easily be improved, and those simple improvements have been requested for years for quite a few users, but still not implemented, such as folder management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it's self-explanatory, its a password manager, so it solves the problem of storing and managing passwords.
I use it for business and personal/family.
