What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- A much more secure password manager (we were previously using LastPass, but their data breaches were getting tiresome).
- Meeting contractual security requirements our clients demand.
- Poor password hygiene within organization. Bitwarden being a repository to store passwords safely and create strong, randomly-generated passwords, has been huge in our security stance as a company.

Greate product support

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Bitwarden a few weeks ago. The experience has been very good. It has been very helpful for me to familiarize myself with the tools that my company uses and their respective accesses. I really like Bitwarden's agility in recognizing URLs and which accesses are available there.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of BitWarden's issues, in my opinion, is the need to enter the master password every time I exit and need to log back into the extension.
