Your Secrets are Safe
What do you like best about the product?
From the amazing UI to the Enterprise features, I cannot praise this platform enough. I had this set up and in use by our IT team within minutes. Including the migration from LastPass.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all things, I'd love for it to be cheaper but that's just because I'm cheap =)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving our company's passwords, keys and secrets. It is saving us loads of time and money in password management.
Bitwarden really does it all!
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is great because of the zero-knowledge architecture; if there is someone with malicious intent that gets internal access to the Bitwarden servers, all of my data is safe.
I use it everyday whether I am working from home or in the office, and their support is just immaculate. It's very user friendly as well.
I implemented it into my digital life by simply copying all of my written passwords into bitwarden.
It has numerous features that all integrate with my web browsers and Windows operating system.

What do you dislike about the product?
The web extension should remember where I was at if I accidentally click out of it, and not lose everything I just entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bitwarden allows me to securely save all of my passwords that I use for confidential work purposes, it ensures that I don't have to worry about any security issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Best things about bitwarden is that its a proper password manager and doesnt have constant leaks, I have never needed to contact support besides 1 time which they handled by issue quickly. the autofill ctrl + k is great. It is super easy to add websites for and works pretty well with everything. I use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
the popup for autofil is very annoying and gets in the way, no easy/quick way to add 2FA QR codes and need to use a third party to get the token.

What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden, to me, is the easiest and most secure method for creating and managing passwords and authenticator app duties. I especially like how it allows me to create a variety of complex passwords...alterative apps make that a cumbersome process. I upgraded my subscription so I could use their built-in TOTP authenticator (worth it!) as well as my Yubikey. Because I'm a security nerd, I might host my own vault.
Something I just started using, and would have used sooner if I realized it was there, was the "Send" feature that allows me to send a file or text in a secure way, and customize how recipients can open it, and for how long!

What do you dislike about the product?
Using it is intuitive to me, but I've noticed others struggle a bit with the learning curve, I think it could use some step-by-step wizards for the first few times a feature is used. I also wish it was easier to find and roll-back a previous password (for cases where I reset my password unintentionally).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have over 100 sets of credentials that I use for work, it is absolutely critical that each set is very unique and that I can keep them secure. Before I had Bitwarden I had to use manual methods, and any cybersecurity expert could list the business risks to such methods. I am a more secure employee with this tool in my browser, on my local machine, and on my mobile device.
Easy to use product and responsive customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
simple and intuitive password manager that lets us store and access our passwords securely across different devices. It also allows us to create different vaults and share them with different users, depending on their access level. Responsive customer support as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this time. The plan we purchased was sufficient for our needs at this time.

Enhancing security and providing access without compromising it
Bitwarden is the best password manager solution I have found.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Bitwarden for a long time at this point, and the software has remained stable, convenient, and very functional. I am also glad the price for premium has remained low, and that I don't have to worry about any technical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything at this point that Bitwarden needs to do for improvement. Simply offering the solid software they do at the moment is all I need.

It allows me to easily store and access my passwords on multiple platforms, which is necessary for the many sites I need to access for both work and personal use.

What do you like best about the product?
It has really good extension for Chrome and only one password protects my vault.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the other hand, i have to each time type this password to have access to all other passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving problem with my password protection, in my company there are a lot of different passwords to different systems and with Bitwarden I am sure that they are properly protected and I have them in one place.
Simple to use, Functions Well, A Password Manager which does what it says on the tin!
What do you like best about the product?
Bitwarden is incredible simple to use, sign-up and configured within minutes. I'm using it everyday and don't have any issues, and it's saving me hours fagging around with password management. I am amazed how well this integrates with other products such as Devolutions RDM. I had one issue which was a user configuration issued which required me to Contact Customer Support, I was surprised I didn't receive, "Thank You for contacting us", and Wait 48-72 hours for a response, they responded immediately, and accepted the Ticket, and Answered the issue in record time. Well Done Bitwarden! Unbelievable Customer Support.
