What do you like best about the product?
Feature set and functionality. I use Bitwarden to organize all my passwords but also use Organizatiins to share passwords with an elderly family member that needs assistance,it is the perfect solution for all my use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish automatic password add and update worked better. As I said I share passwords with someone who needs assistance and it can be confusing to know how to add/update passwords manually if automatic add/update do not work all the time.

Personally, I use Bitwarden to store all my passwords and sensitive information across my devices. Best password manager I've tried!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fantastic, secure platform for managing passwords. Between my personal accounts and my business accounts, I have nearly 900 logins to manage. Bitwarden made it easy for me to transition from LastPass and really upped my comfort level regarding security. It's a feature-rich, user friendly app that works in every browser and on every mobile device I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not seeing any downsides, unless you lose your 2FA app and don't have a recovery key. Suggest you regularly backup your vault and secure it in your private cloud or on a local USB.

Accessibility and security. Incredibly easy to use on all devices.
Great product across all platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The great thing about Bitwarden apart from working well is that it is cross-platform. I use it on Windows, and my two Linux boxes (MX21 and Linux Mint. I also use it on all my Android devices, where it does come in handy when you can use Biometrics. I use It on my Samsung mobile and tablet. It also has a function where you can use a pin instead. This can sometimes come in useful. Most browsers have a plugin that can also be used and a stand-alone app you can install. You can also use it on a public computer by logging in via the browser but you must remember to log out afterwards (you can set a timeout to autolock). Also can generate new passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't seen any downside at the moment.

Provides all the features I need for me as a freelancer: seamless password and email alias management, fast and secure passwordless logins, support for hardware tokens. Easy to use even for my familyCustomer support answers fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the option to sync the valut on refresh (i.e. with a swipe down) was on by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating, storing, and sharing secure passwords; keeping track of password history; creating and storing email aliases (via third-party integrations).
