What do you like best about the product?
The agent is hard to uninstall and operates silently but provides a plethora of data to the console. The console is straightforward to use, even for beginners. I highly recommend this product; it helps me sleep at night.

honestly, not much - it's pretty awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
With so many different security controls, having a single pane of glass to view and trace security details reduced our research time in the event of an incident.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple logins between some of the CloudOne Tools. Needs improved onboarding for apps and integration into Vision One.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vision One supports the aggregation and tracing of data related to security incidents.
XDR for server & endpoint suite from Trend Micro
What do you like best about the product?
Can integrate with not only Trend Micro products but also can integrate with third-party products

Very early to comment, but has vast capabilities, may be a detailed user guide can be helpful

EDR & XDR for better visibility into our network

Suggest evaluating to people who have existing trend micro solutions and it will really be very useful solution
Good XDR solution if you have existing TM Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Since we are using other products from Trend Micro, we have chosen an additional Detection & Response from Trend micro which gave us even better visibility for our Sec Ops team

The solution is good so far, nothing to dislike

Visibility across our IT Layers was lackluster, but with XDR in place, we are bridging the gap by lowering MTTD.

Good platform for XDR

Previously we had an EDR solution from Trend Micro, after switching to XDR we are able to see threat correlation from other sources too. This has helped our Security operations team

Need to switch between two different management console

It is very informative and give good status of endpoints related to activities of the users and machine

time of the updating of machines because it is not in real time but scheduled updates

vulnerability management was the big thing with XDR. seeing what the machines are lacking and how to patch them and keep them updated

The product is exceptional in preventing & detecting malicious activity along with staying on top of what is occuring on all endpoints, email, web and networks

There isnt anything to dislike with this product or the SaaS services that go along with it.

Easy to use & setup. With a limited resource internal SOC the advanced XDR SOC that the Trend Micro provides keeps us safe and aware or what is going on.

If you value your organizations data and security this company provides it all.
Powerful tool to detect and minimize threats attack
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting analytics are provided additional insights other than real-time scans on individual clients.XDR workbench shows an excellent overview of what may have occurred on an endpoint, though it can sometimes be very overwhelming to depict and isolate at first glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trend Micro XDR platform can integrated or collect logs only from Trend Micro Source and does not support other OEM.

To get complete visibility of alert for Trend Security product on single dashboard To enhanced security and reduce effort time in term of detecting/response/mitigating and alerting

If you need the epp to be light on your machines and need good visibility please go for Trendmicro
TM XDR is cross layered detection and response which helps to improve investigation response time.
What do you like best about the product?
The automated analysis of rich data detects faster and as a result investigations are quick for the action.
What do you dislike about the product?
The metadata value is limited by type and depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I have is to mitigate the challenges on SOC like SIEM integration which gives a good amount of reporting. EDR is limited where XDR helps to improve the scanning performance and analysis of network traffic.
