Impressive Stuff! An amazing world to dive into.
What do you like best about the product?
-Allows us to assess our security posture in real-time
-Workbenches give us meaningful, actionable, logs to mitigate potential andactive security issues

What do you dislike about the product?
Not that this is necessarily a downside, but the complexity of XDR is both a good and bad thing at times.
It would be nice if there were more wizardy bits, for the endpoint exclusions perhaps.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have a SIEM so Vision One is giving us great visibility of our estate. It means we have more work to do, but, with XDR we can point managment to alerts, logs, issues ect that help us build a case for more resources to tackle these issues.
Vision One is a Centralized Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a solitary platform with prioritized alerts based on a single expert alert schema, allowing us to understand data uniformly and meaningfully. a unified view to reveal events and the attack path through many security levels. guided investigations to comprehend the effects and determine the best course of action. Last but not least TM provides great support to its customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an area of improvement which we can see is already happening at a great pace. TM has a clear roadmap to improve and implement new features in its products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The following are just a few advantages of Trend Micro Vision One:

Outstanding solution.
What do you like best about the product?
XDR can detect and respond to various events automatically.You can find many sources to get data for analytics. Easy graphical interface. Deep analysis on every incident detected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many new features are not properly documented, the console change from time to time with this new feeature in preview mode, you can use it, but not too much documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AV detection, inspection of EAST-WEST traffic, email solution integration. Workbench with some automatic response, isolation of endpoint, locking out user access, etc.
Best product for XDR detection by far!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
The best things about Vision One are the ease of use and user friendly. With its advanced threat detection, Vision One could identify threats quickly and come to a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything so far that I have found that I dislike about the product. Vision One has lived up to everything we were looking for in an (XDR).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our only problem is that we currently do not have all the features, but what we do has helped to increase protection against cyber attacks and reduced the complex management of so many different security tools that we previously had.
Vision One: Gaining more than visibility with a solid Security Posture
What do you like best about the product?
All the features and capabilities and the excellent integration with several brands not being necessary to stay attached to Trend Micro solutions. Others usually are tightened to their own security agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agent disconnections from the console or deployment from Trend Micro products sometimes require manual deployment of XDR Agent to gain complete visibility. So, a more stable agent and deployment process with be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To correlate events from different layers and different sources, providing a single pain of glass of visibility and a single source for any SIEM and SOC services.

What do you like best about the product?
Workbench alerts and reporting and also way to investigate workbench alerts.

Trend Micro Vision One have most of the features are very helpful to understand the suspicious activity regarding virus and malware and business going to safe.

Some potential areas for improvement could include expanding the platform's integration capabilities with other security tools and adding more customization options to better fit the unique needs of different organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps expand visibility in a fragmented security landscape and does a great job of identifying hard to detect threats like fileless malware and zero-day attacks.
Great tool for your XDR detection needs
What do you like best about the product?
A must-have product for your XDR needs. Working with Trend Micro Vision One for almost a year now, having a single dashboard to view your entire risk exposure is highly beneficial. Vision One has everything you need, from XDR Automated Response playbook actions to detecting Highly Exploitable CVEs in your environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trend Micro is always open to receiving feedback and feature requests for Vision One, so it's constantly evolving. I have no complaints at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Viewing and drilling down into the telemetry data for an XDR event is highly beneficial.
Trend Micro Vision One after 1.5 years in production
What do you like best about the product?
Vision One has enormously improved in terms of coverage and functionality. It provides insight into our risk profile with many dashboards with very good and easy-to-use drill-downs into data. We use several products from the same company, leveraging the data; meanwhile, integration with many other vendors is also available. Vision One automatically creates workbench items for threat-hunting and to identify false positives. Playbooks allow automation, and risky devices can be isolated until investigated. Vision One has been very helpful in decision-making for addressing vulnerabilities with patching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vision One is constantly evolving with new features added. Trend Micro is interested in our feedback. The product has a lot of information and you need to get familiar. The UI is intuitive, with good explanations. So there is no downside at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trend Micro Vision One consolidates and analyses telemetry data from different sensors, making it available in intuitive dashboards with the excellent drill-down ability to understand the processes better. This insight allows quicker actions of preventive measures such as patching or understanding risk factors and isolation of an endpoint.
Formitable XDR with some room for improvements
What do you like best about the product?
The consolidation and correlations of detection data across Trend solutions are fantastic. The platform also gets frequent updates and improvements with a very responsive dev team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection to Cloud One Workload Security needs improvement. You get telemetry from Workload Security but lack inventory visibility and reverse shell to those agents (unless you disable event monitoring and deploy the EndpointBasecamp agent instead). Both items the dev team is working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It ties all of my detection data into one place. Vision One lets me take items of interest (i.e. a domain seen on the wire) and use it as a pivot point to search across my environment (i.e. endpoints, network, emails).
